This problem is generally due to the presence of air in the internal pump. Here’s how to resolve it:

Step 1 - Purge the air from the system

During the first use of the spray mop, the air present in the internal pump and tube may cause a delay in the vaporization of water. Press the (+) button several times to completely purge the system.

Step 2 - Check the pump operation

Remove the water tank from the mop
Press the (+) button and listen carefully
You should hear a noise coming from the pump, confirming that it is working properly

Step 3 - Fill correctly and prime

Fill the water tank with cold, clean water
Reattach the tank to the spray mop
Press the (+) button several times to fully prime the pump

Important: Never use hot water, detergent, or chemicals, as this would damage the device. In WASH mode, you can press the (+) button once to spray a single mist, or hold the button down to spray water for 2 seconds.
