First step to resolve WiFi issues: make sure your WiFi router is broadcasting on the 2.4 GHz band and not 5 GHz. The Connect 250 only works on 2.4 GHz. To connect via WiFi: turn on the Connect 250 and press the source button to select WiFi mode. The green LED above the WiFi logo will light up and the device will announce "Wi-Fi mode".
