How to turn the projector on and off?

The projector features a quick start of 8 seconds and a shutdown of 30 seconds. Use the Power button on the control panel or remote control.

How to correct image distortion (keystone effect)?

The projector features an automatic vertical keystone correction that adjusts the image when the device is not perpendicular to the screen. You can also adjust it manually via the menu.

When and how to replace the lamp?

The lamp has a lifespan of 3000 hours in normal mode and up to 4000 hours in quiet mode. To replace it, open the maintenance cover on top of the projector (even when ceiling-mounted) and install a new lamp with part number LV-LP31.

Can I control the projector over the network?

Yes. The projector has an RJ-45 port for connecting to a local network. You can then remotely control it from a PC or a centralized management system, and receive alerts (e.g., lamp end of life).

How to adjust colors if I don't have a white screen?

Use the Screen Colour Correction function which offers 9 preset modes: green board, white, sky blue, yellow, etc. This compensates for the color of the projection surface for more natural images.

Does the remote control work without batteries?

No, the remote control requires batteries. Make sure they are installed and in good condition. The remote provides wireless control of most projector functions.

Is the projector easy to carry?

Yes. It is designed with a built-in carrying handle and comes with a soft carrying case with shoulder strap. Its weight of 3.3 kg makes it easy to move.

How to reduce projector noise?

Activate quiet mode which reduces noise to 29 dB compared to 35 dB in normal mode. This also extends lamp life up to 4000 hours.

Which cables are provided with the projector?

The box contains: a VGA cable (1.8 m), a power cord, a DVI to VGA adapter, the remote control, and the carrying case. Other accessories are available separately.

Can I connect a computer via HDMI?

The projector does not have a native HDMI port. Use an HDMI to DVI or HDMI to VGA adapter and plug it into the DVI-I or Mini D-sub 15-pin port. The DVI port is HDCP compatible.

Each LV projector can be relied upon to provide powerful projection. Lamp changes are minimised, thanks to a long 3000 hour lamp life in Normal Mode. For even lower running costs, lamp life can be increased to a maximum of 4000 hours, with consistent use of Quiet Mode. In addition, lamp replacement is now quicker and easier than ever. The ingenious body design incorporates a top-mounted maintenance cover, enabling access to the lamp without the need to first uninstall the unit from its ceiling bracket. This makes routine maintenance much more straightforward.

COMPLETE CONVENIENCE FOR PRESENTERS.

With an 8 second start-up time, there's no waiting around for LV projectors to power up. A 30 second power-down time means that each projector can be quickly packed up and moved. An infra-red remote control is included, enabling convenient operation.

USER FRIENDLY DESIGN.

A soft carrying case and elegant built-in carrying handle are included with each projector, ensuring it is kept safe in transit.

If there is no conventional white projection screen available, Screen Colour Correction can help to recreate natural-looking images when projecting onto coloured surfaces. All four models are equipped with nine screen Colour Correction modes, including ‘Greenboard’ and new ‘Whiteboard’ options. While both of these settings are especially useful in teaching environments, the latter helps to eliminate ‘hotspots’ when projecting onto a whiteboard, ensuring natural colours and making images easier on the eye. Settings for coloured walls such as ‘Light Yellow’ and ‘Sky Blue’ are also included for maximum flexibility.

The LV-8300, LV-7375, LV-7370 and LV-7275 have a DVI port for connection to laptop and desktop computers, DVD players, and other digital sources. A digital-to-digital connection eliminates the flicker, ghosting and interference that can affect analogue signals and offers superb projection of High Definition images. The DVI connection is HDCP compliant, meaning that encrypted sources will be displayed correctly.
