How do I pair the Sencor SEP Sleeper earphones with my phone?

Turn on Bluetooth on your phone. Open the charging case lid with the earbuds inside. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode. Select 'SEP Sleeper' from the Bluetooth list on your device.

What is the battery life of the earphones?

The earbuds provide up to 6 hours of playback on a single charge. The charging case adds an additional 18 hours, giving a total of 24 hours.

How do I charge the charging case?

Use the included USB-C cable. Connect it to the charging port on the back of the case. The LED indicator will show red while charging and turn off when fully charged.

Are the earphones sweat-resistant?

Yes, they have an IPX4 rating, meaning they are resistant to sweat and light splashes, but should not be submerged in water.

Can I use only one earbud at a time?

Yes, you can use either the left or right earbud independently for mono playback and calls.

How do I control music and calls?

Use the touch controls on each earbud: single tap to play/pause, double tap for next track, triple tap for previous track, long press to adjust volume or activate voice assistant.

What should I do if the earphones do not connect?

Make sure the earbuds are charged and in the case. Reset by placing them in the case, closing the lid, waiting 10 seconds, then reopening. If issue persists, forget the device in Bluetooth settings and pair again.

How do I clean the earphones?

Wipe the earbuds and case with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water, solvents, or abrasive cleaners. Regularly clean the ear tips to prevent buildup.

Are replacement ear tips available?

Yes, the package includes three sizes of silicone ear tips (small, medium, large). Additional tips can be purchased separately.

3. Putting into operation

Before first use, be sure to read the safety instructions contained in this user's manual carefully.

Before first use, start charging the headphones to the maximum level.

Turning on the headphones – press and hold the power button in the default position and wait for the headphones to greet you.

Turning off the headphones – press and hold the power button in the default position and wait for the headphones to announce the shutdown.

Note: To prevent damage to your hearing, always keep the volume level of your device to a minimum before connecting BT headphones to your mobile device.

Note: The BT headphones will turn off after a longer period of inactivity unless they are paired to another device.

4. Bluetooth

The headphones are equipped with a two-channel BT module. This means that it is possible to have headphones connected to two devices at the same time. The audio signal will come from the last connected device until there is a state change in the other device (for example, an incoming call). The audio signal source used will then be replaced by a

second audio signal source. You cannot operate both audio signals simultaneously.

To pair the BT headphones with your mobile device, do the following:

Turn on the BT speaker and search for its Bluetooth name "SEP SLEEPER ANC" on the device to which you wish to pair and start the pairing process. If you are requested to enter a pairing code while your device and the BT headphones are pairing, use the following code: "0000".

To cancel the pairing process, disconnect the BT headphones from your mobile device (cancel the Bluetooth pairing).

Note: To ensure a stable Bluetooth connection, make sure that the distance between the BT headphones and your paired device is kept within 10 meters. Depending on ambient interference, in some cases it may be necessary to maintain a shorter distance between the BT headphones and the paired device.

5. Ambient Noise Cancellation (ANC)

The ANC function suppresses ambient noise. Transparent mode enhances ambient noise. Press the ANC button on the right headphone to switch on, off or change the mode. The mode change will be notified by an appropriate message.

Note: If you are in an unfamiliar environment, do not use the ANC function to avoid injury. More battery power is consumed while listening to music and the ANC function is switched on.

7. Charging

A fully charged battery provides power for several hours of operation at normal volume levels. A high volume consumes more battery power; therefore, we recommend listening at normal volume levels. Charging of the BT headphones will be indicated by a red LED. The blue LED during the charging process to indicate a fully charged battery.

Caution: For charging, use only the original accessories supplied with the appliance. To maximize battery life, it is advisable to start charging the battery only after a low battery condition (10–20%) has been reported. Charge continuously until fully charged. If the battery life is already very short, it is exhausted and we recommend you contact an authorised service centre for more information.

Tip: A low battery is first reported at 20% and then at 10%. We recommend that you start charging to full level at the first sign of a low battery.

Recommendation: If your headphones are not to be used for an extended period of time, we recommend to fully charge the batteries once every two to three months.
