How do I install the dash mount?

Clean the mounting surface with the supplied wipe. Remove the backing from the adhesive base, place the mount in position, and press firmly. Attach the T-notch/ball adapter and mount head as described in the manual.

Can I use this charger with any phone?

The StuckUp is designed for smartphones that support Qi wireless charging. For non-Qi phones, a separate Qi receiver may be required.

How do I adjust the side supports?

Press the side support release button to open the arms. Place your phone and manually press the side supports inward to secure it. The bottom support can also be adjusted by pressing its release button.

Is the vent mount compatible with all vents?

The vent mount works with many flat or horizontal vent designs. It is not compatible with curved or circular vents.

How do I remove the phone from the mount?

Press the side support release button to loosen the arms, then lift the phone out. The bottom support can be released if needed.

What is the maximum charging speed?

The charger supports up to 10W wireless output, but actual speed depends on your phone's Qi compatibility.

Can I use the charger with a phone case?

Yes, most slim cases (up to 3mm thick) are compatible. Cases with metal attachments or thick batteries may interfere with charging.

How do I clean the mount?

Use a dry, soft cloth to wipe the mount. Avoid liquids or abrasive cleaners to prevent damage.

Does the product come with a warranty?

Yes, Scosche offers a 1-year limited warranty against defects. Contact customer service for details.

How far should I keep the charger from my body?

For FCC compliance, maintain a distance of at least 15 cm between the charger and your body. For IC compliance, keep at least 10 cm.

Dash Mount

Assembly

1. Remove collar from ball-joint socket.

2. Place collar over ball end of t-notch/ball adapter, then place ball end in socket.

3. Tighten collar onto socket.

4. Place t-notch hitch in opening.

5. Slide up to lock in place.

Removal

1. Press lever to release t-notch.

2. Slide down to remove.

Installation

Clean the mounting surface using supplied wipe*. Remove backing from adhesive base, place mount in position and press firmly.

*Supplied cleaning wipe may cause discoloration of certain plastics, vinyls and painted surfaces. It is recommended to test in an inconspicuous area first.

Assembly

Insert t-notch hitch on vent mount into opening on back of mount head (A), and slide upward (B).

Slide vent mount down to remove (C).

Installation

Rotate vent clips on mount (D) to align with vent (E).

Note: Works with many vent designs (F). Not compatible with curved or circular vents (G).

Press the side & bottom support release buttons (A & B) to fully open the Universal Mount.

Place the device in the mount and manually press the side supports inward to secure the device (C).

Note: The bottom support may also be adjusted manually to raise the device in the mount, if needed.

Press the side support release button to remove the device.

Loosen the ball-joint collar on the Dash Mount (D) to adjust mount angle or rotate mount (E).

Note: Vent mount may be rotated only.
