Press the power switch located on the back of the unit. Ensure the power cord is connected to a suitable outlet.
What types of bills can the RBC-1000 count?
It can count most paper currencies, but it is calibrated for USD. For other currencies, calibration may be required. Consult the manual for details.
How do I set a batch count?
Press the BATCH button and use the number keys to enter the desired batch size (1-999). The machine will stop when that count is reached.
What does the 'UV' alarm mean?
The UV alarm indicates a suspected counterfeit bill based on UV fluorescence. Check the bill manually to verify authenticity.
How do I clean the sensors?
Turn off the machine and unplug it. Use a soft, lint-free cloth lightly dampened with water to clean the sensors and rollers. Do not use solvents.
Why is the machine counting incorrectly?
Check for worn rollers or dirty sensors. Ensure bills are not stuck together or damaged. Also verify the currency type is set correctly.
Can I count mixed denominations?
The RBC-1000 counts total number of bills, not denominations. To count mixed denominations, you need to run them separately or use a denomination counter.
How do I change the detection sensitivity?
Access the setup menu by pressing and holding the MODE button for 3 seconds. Use the arrow keys to adjust sensitivity levels for UV, MG, and IR.
What should I do if the machine jams?
Turn off the machine and gently remove any jammed bills. Check for torn or wrinkled bills that may cause jams. Avoid pulling forcefully.
How do I reset to factory settings?
Press and hold the BATCH and ADD buttons simultaneously while turning on the machine. Release after 5 seconds when the display shows 'rESEt'.
