How do I access the router's web interface?

Connect your device to the router via Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable. Open a web browser and go to http://192.168.1.1.

What should I do if I cannot access 192.168.1.1?

Check the Power status of the router. Ensure your device is connected and disable other network connections (e.g., 4G/5G). Try a different browser or device. Press the Reset button for 5 seconds and reconfigure. If the issue persists, contact your ISP.

How to reset the router to factory defaults?

Locate the Reset button on the router. Press and hold it for 5 seconds until the LEDs turn solid on. The router will reboot with factory settings.

How to change the Wi-Fi password?

Connect to the router and access the web interface. Go to Status > WLAN. Enter the new password in Pre-Shared Key. Click Apply Changes.

What should I do if I cannot access the internet after configuration?

Check the LED indicators. In router mode, ensure the ONT obtains a valid IP address in Status > Device > WAN. In bridge mode, verify your dial-up router settings. Contact your ISP for assistance.

How to connect devices to the router?

Use Wi-Fi: Find the SSID and Password printed on the bottom label of the router and connect. Use Ethernet: Connect a cable from your computer to any LAN port.

What do the LED indicators mean?

Power: Solid on when powered. LOS: Off indicates fiber connection OK, on means link down. PON: Solid on when registered with ISP. LAN 1-4: On when a device is connected. WLAN: On when Wi-Fi is enabled. WPS: Blinking during WPS process.

Is the router safe to use?

Yes, but follow the laser safety warning: Do not look directly at the PON port or the fiber cord terminal when the device is powered on to avoid eye damage.

How to turn the Wi-Fi on or off?

Press the WLAN button on the router for 2 seconds. The Wi-Fi will toggle on/off, and the WLAN LED will indicate the status.

How to use the WPS function?

Press the WPS button on the router for 1 second. Then activate WPS on your client device within 2 minutes to establish a secure connection automatically.

3 Verify if the ⏻ Power LED and i PON LED is solid on, and 🌐 LOS LED is off, and your PON router is successfully registered.

Note: If the router fail to register, please contact your ISP for help.

RESET: Press 5s to reset the device.

WPS: Press 1a for WPS authorization.

WLAN: Press 2s to turn on/off Wi-Fi.

Caution, laser

DO NOT look directly at the PON port when the device is powered on, as well as the terminal of the indoor fiber cord, so prevent any harm to your eyes.

4 Connect your device to the router using A Wi-Fi or B Wired method.

A Wi-Fi: Connect your device to the router's Wi-Fi using the SSID (network name) and Password printed on the bottom of the router.

Go to step 5 and continue.

B Wired: Turn off the Wi-Fi on your computer and connect it to the router's LAN port via an Ethernet cable.

6 Troubleshooting LED

Q1: Why I cannot access 192.168.1.1?

Try following solutions—

1. Check the Power status of the PON router.

2. Check if your devices has connected to the router via Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable, and disabled all other connections such as 4G/5G cellular network.

3. Change another web broker or another device and try again.

4. Press the RESET button for 5 seconds, wait for the LED to turn solid on and reconfigure from the step 1.

5. Ask your ISP for help.

Q2: What if I cannot access the internet after the configuration?

Try following solutions—

1. Check the status of LED indicators.

2. If you set the ONT to the router mode, ensure that the ONT obtains a valid IP address and gateway on the Status > Device > WAN.

3. If you set the ONT to the bridge mode. Please check if the router you used for dial-up is configured properly.

4. Contact your ISP for help.
