Frequently Asked Questions - Clover Evenflo

What is the maximum weight and height for a child using this stroller?
The maximum child weight is 50 lbs (22.7 kg) and maximum height is 40 inches (101.6 cm).
Can I use an infant car seat with this stroller?
Yes, but only Evenflo SafeMax™, LiteMax™, and LiteMax™ Sport infant car seats are compatible. The car seat must face the parent and the child tray must be attached. Always ensure it clicks securely.
How do I convert from Stroller Mode to Comfort Mode?
Remove the child tray, adjust harness straps, recline the seat fully, unfold the leg rest flaps, zip the Comfort Mode flaps on both sides, and thread the buckle strap under the Comfort Mode webbing.
What is Comfort Mode and for which age is it intended?
Comfort Mode provides a more reclined, flat position for newborns and infants up to 6 months of age. Never use it with a child over 6 months.
How do I fold the stroller?
Ensure the stroller is in Stroller Mode, close the canopy, lock brakes, and remove the child. Pull up the fold release levers on both handles, then rotate the handles down until the side frame lock clicks. The stroller must be fully folded for the lock to engage.
How do I clean the stroller?
Clean minor spills with cold water and mild soap. Air dry. Wipe metal and plastic parts with a soft damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
What are the weight limits for the trays and storage basket?
Child tray: 1 lb (0.45 kg). Parent tray: 2 lbs (0.9 kg). Main cargo basket: 10 lbs (4.5 kg). Exceeding these can cause tip-overs.
How do I adjust the shoulder harness height?
Reach behind the stroller, push the retainer out to the front of the seat, and reinsert it into the set of slots closest to your child's shoulder. Ensure the retainer goes through both the board and fabric. Both straps must be at the same height.
Is the canopy UV-protective?
No, the canopy is not intended to provide UV protection. It is for shade only.
What should I do if I am missing parts or have a problem?
Do not use the stroller. Contact Evenflo ParentLink at 1-800-233-5921 (USA), 1-937-773-3971 (Canada), or 01-800-706-12-00 (Mexico) for replacement parts or assistance.
