These warnings are provided for safety reasons. Check them before installing or using the appliance.
Your safety is paramount. If you are unsure of the meaning of these warnings, contact the Customer Service Department for assistance.
Intended Use
-The wine cooler is intended for household use. It is suitable for low temperature storage of wine. If the appliance is used for other than its intended purpose or used incorrectly, the manufacturer will not assume any liability for any damage that may be caused.
-For safety reasons, it is not permitted to make any modifications to the wine cooler.
If you use the wine cooler in a commercial application or for purposes other than food refrigeration, the manufacturer will accept no liability for any damage that may occur.
Before initial start-up
- Check whether the appliance has been damaged during transport. Under no circumstances plug in a damaged appliance. In case of damage, contact your supplier.
The wine cooler contains butane (R600a) in the wine cooler circuit of the appliance, a natural gas with a high level of environmental compatibility, which is, however, flammable.
-During transportation and installation of the appliance, ensure that none of the components of the wine cooler circuit are damaged.
-If the wine cooler circuit is damaged: avoid open flames and sources of ignition;
thoroughly ventilate the room in which the appliance is located. It is intended exclusively for wine storage. -This refrigeration appliance is not intended for use as a built-in appliance. This refrigeration appliance is not suitable for freezing food.
-It is recommended to design the wine refrigerator at 12°C.
-Shelves are set in factory mode which results in the most efficient use of energy for refrigeration appliances.
-Note: Setting the temperature too high may cause the wine to spoil, and setting the temperature too low may waste electricity.
Child safety
-Packaging (e.g. wrapping, polystyrene) can be dangerous for children. There is a risk of suffocation. Keep packaging material out of the reach of children.
- Dispose of old appliances before disposal. Pull out the main plug, cut the power cord, break or remove spring-loaded latches or catches, if present. This will ensure that children cannot lock themselves in the appliance while playing (risk of suffocation!) or get into other dangerous situations. Children often cannot recognize the dangers present in electrical appliances. It is therefore important that you ensure proper supervision and never let children play with the appliance.
Daily operation
-Containers with flammable gases or liquids may leak at low temperatures. There is a risk of explosion. Do not store containers with flammable materials, such as aerosols, fire extinguisher cartridges, etc. in the wine cooler.
-Do not use electrical appliances in the wine cooler (e.g. electric refrigerators, mixers, etc.).
-Before cleaning the appliance, always turn it off and unplug it, or disconnect the house fuse or circuit breaker. -When unplugging, always pull the plug from the outlet, do not pull on the cord.
In the event of a malfunction: If a malfunction occurs in the appliance, first refer to the "Troubleshooting" section of these instructions. If the information provided does not help you, do not carry out any repairs yourself. -Under no circumstances should you attempt to repair the unit yourself. Repairs carried out by inexperienced persons may cause injury or serious malfunctions. Contact the Technical Service Department.
Moving the appliance
- Transport
Do not carry the appliance horizontally or upside down. Do not carry the appliance while holding the door or handle.
The appliance must be transported by lifting the bottom of the appliance.
IMPORTANT: The installation of this unit requires the intervention of several people.

The wine cooler is only operated with a single-phase AC220-240V / 50Hz AC power supply. If the voltage fluctuation at the district user is so great that the voltage exceeds the above range, for safety reasons, be sure to apply an automatic AC voltage regulator to the wine cooler. The wine cooler should employ a special outlet instead of one common with other electrical appliances. Its plug must match the outlet with a ground wire.
Caution: Do not use extension cords.
Power cord
The cord must not be lengthened or coiled during operation. In addition, it is forbidden to keep the cable near the compressor located at the back of the wine cooler, whose surface temperature is quite high during operation. Touching it will disable the insulation or cause electrical leakage.

When the power supply is switched on, the cooling system starts to operate. The temperature is set in the range of 4^ - 18^ inside the unit.
Instructions for use
Before use
Clean the appliance with warm water and detergent and dry it with a cloth.
Note: Electrical components should be cleaned with a dry cloth.
Temperature regulation
By pressing the DOWN button on the display control unit, the LED display number gradually decreases, until it reaches "5°C or '6°C'.
By pressing the UP button on the display control unit, the number on the LED display gradually increases until it reaches "18°C". It can be set to a certain position, which means that if the temperature in the wine cooler reaches the set point, the auto temperature control system stops the cooling system so that the temperature in the cabinet gradually rises. When the inside temperature rises above the set point, the cooling temperature auto-control starts working again.
If you press the TEMPERATURE button, the display will change from Celsius (°C) to Fahrenheit (°F) and the light will change from on to off.
If no button is pressed for about 12 seconds, the temperature setting and temperature display functions will not work. To unlock the two buttons, press and hold DOWN and UP for about 5 seconds until you hear a beep. You can then change the temperature setting and display.
Important!
High ambient temperatures (e.g. on hot summer days) and a cold temperature setting of "5°C" or "6°C" can cause the compressor to run continuously.
Reason: when the ambient temperature is high, the compressor must run continuously to maintain the low temperature in the appliance.
The wine cooler will not be able to defrost, as automatic defrosting of the wine cooler is only possible when the compressor is not running (see also section "Defrosting"). The result is the formation of a thick layer of frost on the rear wall of the wine cooler. If this occurs, turn the temperature regulator back to a warmer setting "5°C 'or '6°C" With this setting, the compressor will switch on and off as usual and automatic defrosting will resume.
Defrost
The wine cooler is automatically defrosted.
The back wall of the wine cooler is covered with frost when the compressor is running, and defrosts when the compressor is off. The defrosting frost water evaporates by itself.
Switching off the device
If the appliance is not to be used for a prolonged period of time:
Remove all refrigerated containers.
Switch off the appliance by turning the temperature regulator to the "0" position.
Unplug the appliance from the mains or switch off or disconnect the power supply.
Clean the appliance thoroughly (see section: cleaning and care).
Leave the door open to prevent odor build-up.
WARNING! Before cleaning, unplug the power plug first; Do not connect or disconnect the power plug with wet hands, as there is a risk of electric shock and injury. Do not spill water directly on the appliance, thus avoiding rust, electricity leakage and accidents.
Internal and external cleaning
Food residues in the interior can cause a bad smell, so it should be cleaned regularly. Infiniton brand suggests that you clean the interior at least once a month.
Remove all interior elements (shelves, drawers, etc.) and clean with a soft towel or sponge dampened with warm water. Wipe off dust accumulated on the surface of the appliance frequently.
After using detergent, be sure to rinse it with clean water and then wipe it dry with a cloth.
WARNING! Do not use bristle brushes, wire brushes, detergent, soap powder, alkaline detergent, benzene, gasoline, acid, hot water and other corrosive or soluble elements to clean the surface of the appliance, door gasket, plastic decorative parts, etc. to avoid damage. Carefully dry the door seal, clean the groove with a wooden stick wrapped with cotton thread.
¿What to do if there is a failure in the power supply or cooling system?
- Try to open the appliance door as little as possible, so that food can be stored safely and freshly for hours even in summer.
- If you receive the power cut warning in advance:
- Set the thermostat to the highest setting one hour in advance, so that the food is completely frozen (Do not store new food during this time!). Restore the temperature to the original setting when the power supply comes back on.
- You can also make ice in an airtight container and put it inside the appliance to extend the storage time of fresh food.
Safety checks after maintenance
• Is the power cord broken or damaged?
- Is the plug firmly inserted into the socket?
• Is the socket overheating abnormally?
Note: Electric shock and fire may occur if the power cord and plug are damaged or stained with dust. If there is any abnormality, unplug the power cord and contact the supplier.
Energy saving tips
Do not install the unit near stoves, radiators or other heat sources. High ambient temperatures lead to longer and more frequent operation of the compressor.
Make sure that there is sufficient air circulation and exhaust at the base of the unit and at the rear wall of the unit. Never cover the ventilation openings.
Leave the door open only as long as necessary.
Do not set the temperature colder than necessary.
Always keep the heat-emitting condenser, the metal grille on the rear wall of the appliance, clean.
Whenever there is a problem with the appliance, check if you can solve it by following the tables below. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

Troubleshooting
A malfunction may only be due to a minor fault which you can rectify yourself by following the instructions below. Do not carry out any other work on the appliance if the following information does not help you in your particular case.
Important Repairs to the wine cooler should only be carried out by competent service technicians. Improper repairs can result in significant hazards to the user. If your appliance needs to be repaired, please contact your specialist dealer or the Service Department.
- When the wine cooler does not work.
- Check if there is a power failure.
- Check if the plug is plugged into the socket.
- Check if the fuse is blown.
- When the wine cooler cools excessively.
- The temperature control dial may be set too high.
If you place bottles containing a lot of moisture directly under the cold air outlets, they will freeze easily. This does not indicate a malfunction.
- When the wine cooler does not cool sufficiently.
You may have put something hot or a lot of food in the wine cooler.
The door may not be closed properly.
The wine cooler may not be ventilated.
There may not be enough space between the wine cooler and the surfaces immediately to the sides and above it.
The temperature control dial may not be set properly.
- When the defrost water overflows inside the wine cooler and falls on the floor.
Check that the drain tube and drain hose are not clogged.
Check that the drain pan is properly seated.
- When the front of the wine cooler cabinet becomes hot.
to prevent condensation, there is an anti-condensation tube that heats the front of the cabinet when it is turned on. A hot cabinet front does not indicate a malfunction.
- When condensation forms on the outside of the wine cooler.
Condensation can form on the exterior when humidity is high, such as during a wet season. This is the same result as condensation that forms when cold water is poured into a glass. Therefore, it does not indicate a fault, dry it with a dry cloth.
- When you hear a sound like flowing water.
A sound like flowing water is the wine cooler flowing. It does not indicate a malfunction.
- When the side panel of the cabinet becomes hot.
The cabinet side panel will become hot when the door is opened or closed frequently.
When the unit starts up and when the unit operates in summer with a high outdoor ambient temperature. In such a case, do not touch the panel, it results from heat dissipation from inside the cabinet, and does not mean that something is wrong with the wine cooler.
