1. Do not operate the appliance near children or infirm persons.

1. Do not add water beyond the MAX level on the water level indicator. 不要加水超过水位显示器的“MAX”标记。

2. When the product is in use, its upper lid and the pots have very high temperature, so do not touch them to avoid scalding.

1. Hot steam will be emitted during boiling process and may cause scalding. Be careful when handling in 炖煮过程中，会发出蒸汽及可导致烫伤。操作时应格外小心。

2. Do not cover the steam vent during boiling process. It may cause the appliance to malfunction. 在炖煮过程中，不要遮盖着蒸汽孔以避免损坏本产品。

3. Do not heat ceramic pots directly on naked flame, and avoid the ceramic parts from contacting cold water when it is hot, so as to avoid cracking. 不要将内锅直接放在明火上加热，并避免陶瓷件在较热时接触冷水，以免发生爆裂。

4. The inner surfaces of the Outer Pot will be very hot after any cooking process. Do not clean immediately after cooking.

1. Do not operate appliance when Outer Pot is dry (no water added). 在外锅没有加水时，不要操作本产品。

2. Do not operate appliance in humid or high temperature environment. Do not place the product near or at the surfaces of the items that are flammable and explosive. 不要在潮湿或高温的环境下操作本产品。不要放在易燃易爆的物品附近或表面使用。

3. Insert plug to AC mains securely. Do not operate with wet hands or when the plug is wet. 连接插头至插座。不要用潮湿的插头或湿漉漉的手来操作本产品。

4. Plug in the socket to the Product Body securely. For your safety, use the power source with ground protection.

1. Do not move the appliance during cooking process. 炖煮时, 不要移动本产品。

2. Handle Ceramic Pots with care. All ceramics are fragile which are not included in the scope of warranty. 小心使用陶瓷锅。陶瓷件是易碎品，不在保修服务范围。

3. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. 1. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

1. Before cleaning, unplug from the mains and allow the appliance to cool down.

CAUTION: Do not immerse cord or the body of this appliance into water to avoid risk of electric shock.

1. The ceramic parts can be washed with mild detergent and sponge. Do not use scouring pads, hard steel wool, metallic brushes to clean it to avoid damage to the surface.

1. Use a wet towel to wipe the outside surface of the product body, but do not use corrosive liquids for cleaning. 可用湿毛巾擦拭机体外表面，切勿使用腐蚀性液体进行清洗。

2. For easy cleaning, pour hot water into Ceramic Pots, soak for a few minutes before washing. 为了容易清洗，将一些热水倒入陶瓷锅，待浸泡几分钟后才清洗。

3. Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. 用软布抹干。

4. When the product is not used for a long time, please clean it and pack it into carton box. It should be stored in a ventilated and dry place to prevent humidity.

1. The presence of either "minerals" or "hard water" in the water piping system, may cause brown or white spots and mineral scale which appear on the surface of the Stainless Steel Pot, could visually resemble rust spots. As these spots are not rust, it is harmless and safe to consume water or food from the appliance.

1. These spots can be removed by the below two methods:

i) Boiling Citric Acid Crystal Solution (Food Grade).

(i) Add 1 to 2 tbsp of white vinegar or 3 to 5 slices of lemon into Outer Pot and add water. Boil it.

1. For tough stains, you may need to use a good metal cleaner to remove the stubborn stains and then wash off with soap solution before using.

Standby Mode: The product is powered on, the screen displays "00:00", all indicators are off, the "Pre-set / Timer" key and "Menu / Cancel" key can be operated, the keys of "Hour" and "Minute" are locked until a menu is selected.

1) In the standby mode, press the "Menu / Cancel" button, the menu displayed in sequence as follows: Rice → Soup → Porridge → Set Meal → Herbs → Yogurt → Desserts → Keep Warm. If press it again at this moment, it will return to the standby mode.
在待机状态下，按“菜单/取消”键，显示菜单顺序如下：“米饭→汤→粥→套餐→药膳→酸奶→甜品→保温”，此时再按则回到待机状态，如此循环。
2) When the "Menu / Cancel" button is pressed after a menu was selected, this will cancel the operation of the selected menu & the product returns to the standby mode. 在任何工作过程中，按“菜单/取消”键，该键将起“取消”作用，产品回到待机状态。

"Pre-set /Timer" Button "预约/定时"键

1) In the standby mode, press the "Pre-set /Timer" button, the pre-set indicator flashes on, and the default time "02:00" displayed on the screen also flashes on, with the maximum flashing time of 6 seconds. Each time press the "Pre-set /Timer" button within 6 seconds, the flashing time limit will be extended; When "02:00" is flashing, you can press the "Hour" and "Minute" button to adjust the pre-set time. 待机状态下，按“预约/定时”键，预约指示灯闪亮，显示屏显示厂商默认时间“02:00”也闪亮，闪亮时限为6秒，6秒内每按一次“预约/定时”键，闪亮时限顺延；“02:00”闪亮时，可以通过按“小时”和“分钟”键调整预约时间。

2) After pressing the "Menu / Cancel" button, if press the "Pre-set / Timer" button again within 6 seconds, then the timing indicator flashes on, and the default menu time displayed on the screen also flash on. You can press the "Hour" and "Minute" button to adjust the timing. 按“菜单/取消”键后，6秒内再按“预约/定时”键，定时指示灯闪亮，菜单指示灯和显示屏显示的菜单厂商默认时间也都闪亮，可以通过按“小时”和“分钟”键调整定时时间。

3) In the process of timing the cooking operation, press the "Pre-set / Timer" button again, the menu indicator will keep constantly on, and the timing indicator and the displayed time on the screen also flash on. The timing can also be adjusted by pressing the "Hour" and "Minute" button. 定时工作过程中，再按“预约/定时”键，菜单指示灯恒亮，定时指示灯和显示屏显示时间都闪亮，也可以通过按“小时”和“分钟”键调整定时时间。

How to use / 使用方法

"Hour" Button "小时" 键

After pressing the "Pre-set / Timer" button, press the "Hour" button, the XX on the "XX: YY" display screen increases by 1 from the default time up to "23" for presetting ("11" for timing), then press it again, it will return to "00", and it can be performed with such a cycle. If press this button for a longer time, the number will increase rapidly, with the same cycle as that of the short press.

After pressing the "Pre-set / Timer" button, press the "Minute" button, the YY on the "XX: YY" display screen increases by 05 from the default time up to "55" then press it again, it will return to "00", and it can be performed with such a cycle. If press this key for a longer time, the number will increase rapidly, with the same cycle as that of the short press.

C) Operational Procedures

使用步骤

Working principle of double boiling: It is a cooking method which takes water as a medium to evenly and gently heat the food inside the inner pot. Therefore, you must add water into the heating container of the double boiler.

1. Select the cooking method to deploy the inner pots (when using the inner pot to cook food, you can select the following methods, but the food and water added should not exceed 80% of the capacity of the inner pot): 选择炖煮法配置内锅（使用内锅炖煮食物时有以下方法供选择，加入食材和水不超过内锅容量的80%）： a) "Double Boiling Method": Do not use ceramic steam tray but directly put the food and appropriate amount of water into the inner pot (the water level shall be equal to or slightly higher than the food), and then cover the inner pot lid. Note: The small inner pot is only applicable for "Double Boiling Method" "煲炖法"；不使用陶瓷锅蒸盘，直接在内锅中放入食材并加入适量水（以水恰好浸没食物或略多一点为宜），再盖上内锅盖。注：小内锅仅适用“煲炖法”。

	When using the outer pot to directly cook sticky food, the food will build up at the bottom of the outer pot, which will cause the product to start its overheating protection.外锅直接炖煮粘稠食物,食物集结于外锅底部,使产品启动过热保护。	1) Clean up the sticky food stick at the bottom of the outer pot.将附在外锅底部的粘稠食物清洗干净2) Put the sticky food or the food that can become sticky into the inner pot for double boiling将粘稠食物或可变为粘稠的食物放入陶瓷内锅,进行隔水炖煮。
The power is switched on but heating process does not starts.能通电但不加热。	Product failure产品故障。	Send to maintenance center for troubleshooting.请送指定维修中心检修。

How to use / 使用方法

b) Separating the edibles from the throw away by the Double Boiling method: First put the medicinal material which are not directly eaten at the bottom of the inner pot, and put in ceramic steam tray to separate it, and then put the food onto the ceramic steam tray. Finally, add appropriate amount of water into the inner pot (the water level shall be equal to or slightly higher than the food), and then cover with the inner pot lid.

c) "Original taste & original flavour cooking method". First put the ceramic steam tray into the inner pot, and then put the food onto the ceramic steam tray, without adding water. Directly cover with the inner pot lid. After using this method to carry out cooking process, you will get a small bowl of essence of the food. "原汁炖法": 先将陶瓷锅蒸盘放入内锅中，再将食物搁于陶瓷锅蒸盘上，不用加水，直接盖上内锅盖。用此种方法炖煮后您将得到一小碗食物“原汁”。

1. Add water into Stainless Steel Outer Pot:

往不锈钢外锅内加水：

a) Use the big ceramic inner pot to cook food: Add water into the Stainless Steel Outer Pot to the water level of "☐".

b) Use the small ceramic inner pot to cook food: Put the base plate into the stainless steel outer pot, and add water into the stainless steel outer pot to the water level of "00".

使用小陶瓷内锅炖煮食物：将垫板放入不锈钢外锅内，往不锈钢外锅内加水至“QQ”水位线处。Note: The water levels are at the same height as the “and “QQ”。

注：“☐”，“☐”水位线相同高度。

1. Place the big ceramic pot or small ceramic pot with the food material into the stainless steel outer pot and cover it with the glass lid. 把装好食材的大陶瓷锅或小陶瓷锅放入不锈钢外锅内，盖上玻璃盖。

2. Turn on the power, the display screen on the operation panel is on, and it is in the standby mode. 接通电源，控制面板上显示屏亮起，处于待机状态。

D) Select the menu and set time 选择菜单及设置时间

1. Default setting and operation description:

厂商默认炖煮设置及操作说明

Press the "Menu / Cancel" button to select the desired function, and the functions selection sequence is as follows: "Rice → Soup → Porridge → Set Meal → Herbs → Yogurt → Desserts → Keep Warm", and if you do not change any operations, it will enter into the selected cooking mode within a few seconds. 按“菜单/取消”键，选取所需的功能，功能选择顺序如下“米饭→汤→粥→套餐→药膳→酸奶→甜品-保温”。如果随后不做其它的任何操作。几砂后，本产品将自动进入已选取的炖煮设置。

How to use / 使用方法

1. Example: To set the cooking time for Menu: Soup, Cooking time : 3 hours and 15 minutes.

a) Press the "Menu / Cancel" button to select the desired "Soup" menu. The "Soup" menu indicator and the displayed number on the screen flash on at the same time.

b) In the flashing process of the menu indicator and the displayed number on the screen, press the "Pre-set / Timer" button, and at this moment, the timing indicator flashes at the same time. 在菜单指示灯和显示屏显示数字闪亮的过程中，按“预约/定时”键，定时指示灯将同步闪亮。

c) Press the button of "Hour" and "Minute" to adjust the time to "03:15".

d) After a few seconds, it automatically enters into the timing working state. The "Soup" menu indicator and the timing indicator turn from flashing to being constant on, the screen displays "03:15" and it starts the countdown (decreasing by the unit of 00:01, every minute). 几秒钟后，本产品自动进入定时工作状态，“汤”菜单指示灯和定时指示灯闪亮转为恒亮，显示屏显示“03:15”并开始倒计时(以00:01即1分钟为单位递减)。

e) After the cooking time is over, it enters into the Keep Warm state, the "Soup" menu indicator is off, the "Keep Warm" menu indicator is constantly on, and the screen displays"-:-".

1. Example: To set the cooking time for Menu: Soup, Preset cooking time: 3 hours and 30 minutes, cooking time: 3 hours.

a) In the standby mode, press the "Pre-set/Timer" menu, the presetting indicator flashes on, and the default presetting time of 02:00" displayed on the screen also flashes on.

b) Press the buttons of "Hour" and "Minute" to set the desired presetting time of "03:30".

c) Press the "Menu / Cancel" button to select the desired "Soup" menu, the "Soup" menu indicator and the displayed number on the screen flash on at the same time.

d) After a few seconds, it automatically enters into the preset working state. The "preset" indicator and the "Soup" menu indicator are constant on, the screen displays the presetting time of '03:30' and it starts the countdown (decreasing by the unit of 00:01, every minute). 几秒钟后自动进入预约工作状态，“预约”指示灯和“汤”菜单指示灯均恒亮，显示屏显示预约时间“03:30”并开始倒计时。（以00:01即1分钟为单位递减）。

e) After the countdown of presetting time is over, it automatically enters into the cooking mode of the selected menu of "Soup". The "Preset / Timer" indicator is off, the "Soup" menu indicator is constant on the screen displays the timing time of "03:00" and it starts the countdown (decreasing by the unit of 00:01, every 1 minute).

f) After the cooking time is over, it enters into the keep warm state, the "Soup" menu indicator is off, the "Keep Warm" menu indicator is constantly on, and the screen displays" --: -.

1. After pressing the "Preset /Timer" button, the "Menu / Cancel" button must be pressed to enter into the presetting working state; if you press the "Menu / Cancel" key first and then press the "Preset /Timer" button, then the presetting operation cannot be performed. 先按“预约/定时”键后必须再按“菜单/取消”键，才能进入预约工作状态。如果先按“菜单/取消”键后再按“预约/定时”键，则无法进行预约操作。

2. Under keep warm state, the time cannot be adjusted. 保温工作状态下无法调整时间。

3. The "keep warm" and "yogurt" menu cannot be preset. “保温”和“酸奶”菜单无法预约。

How to use / 使用方法

1. The maximum adjustable presetting time is "23:55", namely, 23 hours and 55 minutes. The maximum adjustable cooking time is "11:55", namely, 11 hours and 55 minutes.

1. Ratio of rice to water is 1:1 for cooking "Rice" Menu.

“米饭”菜单：白米与水的比例为1:1。

Method of measuring rice: Please use the cups attached with this product to measure the rice, and the right measuring methods of 1 cup of rice are as shown in the following diagram. 星米方法：请使用本产品所附带的量杯量米，1杯米的正确量米方法如下图所示。

E) Stop Operation 终止操作

After the double boiler operates for a certain period of time, once the food is double boiled to your desired taste, just press the "Menu / Cancel" key to stop the operations immediately and return to the standby mode. After the product is used, please unplug the power cord and turn off the power. 炖锅工作一定时间后，若您认为食物已炖至所需火候时，只须按“菜单/取消”键，立即停止工作，回到待机状态。产品使用完毕之后，请拨掉电源线插头、切断电源。

Tips/温馨提示：

1. Please set appropriate preset time according to the characteristics of the food materials and to fully immerse the food material in water for an appropriate period of time. The preset time set for those food that easily gone bad shall not be too long to prevent deterioration.

1. When double boiling or steaming food which takes longer time to cook, it is advisable to properly cook with extended time and add water to make sure that the food is fully cooked based on default timing. 在炖煮不易熟的食物时，请在厂商默认定时时间的基础上，适当加长时间和增加水量，确保食物熟透。

2. Set the operating time under the working state according to your personal preference to make food taste better.

1. Other then the menu of "Keep Warm" and "Yogurt", it will automatically turn into the keep warm function after the countdown is over.

1. Please add water into the stainless steel outer pot according to the highest water level on it, to ensure normal double boiling and prevent any potential damage to the product. 请按不锈钢外锅上的最高水位线往不锈钢外锅内加水，以保证正常炖煮，防止出现产品故障。

2. If you need to open the upper lid in the process of cooking, please first press the "Menu / Cancel" button to stop operation. Do not uncover the lid until the water stops boiling to prevent the boiling water from splashing out of the outer pot, causing scalding injury. WARNING: Avoid spillage on the socket inlet of this appliance. 产品炖煮过程若要打开上盖，请先按“菜单/取消”键停止工作，待水不再沸腾时再开盖，以防止容器内沸水溅出烫伤。警告：避免溢出在本产品的插座。

3. When the product enters into keep warm state, it is in the infinite-time heat preservation state and the screen displays "---". Press the "Menu / Cancel" key to stop the keep warm mode. 当产品进入保温状态后，为无限时保温，这时显示为“---”。若需停止保温，请按“菜单/取消”键即可。
