1. Read the instruction manual carefully and follow the instruction closely.
2. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
3. This appliance is intended for household use only; commercial use will void warranty.
4. This appliance is not suitable for outdoors use or on wet surfaces.
5. Use this appliance and adaptor with specified voltage as stated on the rating label. Before connecting the appliance to AC mains, made sure the voltage specified corresponds to the AC supply to your house.
6. Do not handle the adaptor and appliance with wet hands.
7. Do not pull, lift, or carry the appliance by its power cord. Do not excessively bend, stretch, twist, haul and tramp the power cord or place heavy objects on it.

8. If the power cord or adaptor is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

9. Use only the attached parts which are supplied by the manufacturer.

10. Do not operate the appliance if any parts appear to be faulty, missing or damaged.

11. Do not operate the appliance near a gas stove, kerosene stove, gas cooker, in any space with an open fire, or in an environment with high temperature.

12. With any indication of damage or malfunction, please stop using the appliance immediately to avoid hazards. Take it to the authorized service centre for repair. Do not attempt to repair or change any parts by yourself.

13. Do not use the appliance without HEPA Filter or Dust Container in place.

14. Do not use the appliance in areas where flammable or combustible liquids may be present.

15. Do not insert any objects into openings or covers.

16. Keep body away from openings and moving parts.

17. This appliance is intended to pick up cold ash from fireplaces, chimneys, ovens, ash-trays, and similar places of ash accumulation.

Do not suck up any of the following objects to avoid damages to the product and risk of injuries:

- Any large or broken objects such as glass.

- Burning or hot object such as cigarettes, matches or ashes.

-Spilled liquid.

- Reactive liquids such as solvents, corrosives or detergents.

- Flammable or explosive substances such as alcohol, thinners etc.

1. The dust container must be emptied and cleaned before and after each use.

2. Do not use paper dust bags or bags made from similar flammable materials.

3. Do not rest the vacuum cleaner on flammable or polymeric surfaces, including carpeting and vinyl tile.

How to Use

Maintenance

1. Press the Dust Container Release Button and push the bucket down so that it completely falls off.
2. Press the Main Body Release Button and push it down so that the Extension Tube come off.
3. Press the Brush Release Button and push down to make the brush come off from the Extension Tube:
4. Remove the brush lever release cover and remove the roller. Clean the attachment on the roller brush and put it back then buckle the brush lever release cover.

1. Open the bottom cover of the Dust Container and clear up the dust and debris in it.
2. Take out the Filter Bracket and remove HEPA filter from the bracket
3. Clean the Filter Bracket with water and put it back after thoroughly dry.
4. Clean the HEPA Filter with water and put it back after thoroughly dry. (HEPA filter has to dry naturally without using any heating devices or sunlight)

Charging

1. Please charge the battery before using the appliance for the first time. The indicator flashes when charging and remains on after charging.
2. It shall be charged for 5 hours for the first use and the normal time of each charge shall not exceed 4.5 hours.
3. If the vacuum is connected to charger and power supply, it will not be able to operate.
4. For safety reasons, the Lithium-Ion batteries are only replaceable by technician from service centre. When the batteries fail to maintain charge, please contact the service centre for further info.

Troubleshooting

Problems	Solution
Appliance does not work	Check if the appliance is charged.
Loss of suction	1. Empty the Dust Container and clean the filter.2. Remove the Roller Brush and check if there is any blockage.
Batteries cannot be charged	1. This may be a result for long storage period.2. Contact customer service for diagnostic.
