When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

Read all instructions thoroughly.

Before using the unit, check if the voltage indicated corresponds with the convenience outlet (230Va.c.).

Do not use a two-way socket with another appliance.
-
Do not use any appliance with a damaged cord or plug. If the cord is damaged it should be replaced with the same type and size or bring the unit to the nearest Imarflex Authorized Service Center.

Do not place the unit near a gas stove, an electric burner or in a heated oven.

Place the unit on stable surface; keep it away from the edge of counter to avoid accident.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
-
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliances by a person responsible for their safety.

The maximum continuous operating time of the food processor is one minute only. Do not exceed with the maximum operating time. It may cause damage to the unit.

To protect against electric shock, do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquids.
-
Extreme caution must be exercised when using an appliance containing hot liquid in the food processor when mixing as it can be ejected out of the appliance due to sudden steaming.

Use of accessories or equipment not supplied by the manufacturer may cause damage or malfunctioning of your appliance or result in injuries.
-
Use on a hard, flat level surface only, to avoid interruption of air flow underneath the appliance.

Blade is sharp, handle it carefully.

The maximum continuous operating time of the chopping is three minutes only. Do not exceed with the maximum operating time. It may cause damage to the unit.

Do not exceed into the maximum capacity if food processor is overfilled, it may cause damage to the unit.

Do not put the blade assembly on the base without the bowl.
-
Do not use the appliance if the bowl has a crack or damage.
-
This appliance is not intended for outdoor use.

Never place the appliance near hot surfaces.
-
In case of malfunctions, please bring the appliance to the nearest Authorized Imarflex Service Center.

Avoid water spillage into the socket, connector, cord and alike.

Switch off the appliance before removing the bowl into the motor base.

Do not use this unit other than its intended use.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE:
Food Processor
IMPORTANT: Your Plastic Jug, Bowls and Blades are subject to wear and tear during normal use. Always inspect the jar for nicks, chips or cracks. Always inspect blades for broken, bent or loose blades. Avoid using the jar or blades if damaged.
Contact any Authorized Imarflex Service Center to obtain evaluation and repair.
Make sure that the unit is unplugged. Place motor base on clean, dry surface to keep foreign particles from being pulled up into motor during operation.
- Place the bowl into the motor base and turn it clockwise to lock. Make sure it is properly locked. (See photo #1&2)
- Put the drive shaft inside the bowl. (See photo #3)

Insert the desired attachment (Chopping Blade, Whipping Disc, Dough Blade or Disc Assembly) onto the drive shaft. (See photo #4-7)

Align the bowl cover into bowl slot then turn it clockwise to lock. (See photo 8&9)
NOTE: Make sure that the bowl and cover is properly fitted and locked otherwise the unit will not work. Please refer to lock and unlock icon.

Blender
- Place the blade assembly at the bottom of blender jug then turn it counter-clockwise to lock. Make sure that the blade is tightly locked. (See photo #1)
- Put the blender jug into the motor base and turn it clockwise to lock. (See photo #2) NOTE: If the blender jug base is not properly locked, the blender will NOT work.
- Put the measuring cup into the lid, then properly secure the lid into the jar. The lid must be placed securely into the jug. Turn it clockwise to lock the lid into place. (See photo #3-5) NOTE: If the blender cover is not properly locked, the blender will NOT work.

A. Food Chopper – to chops different types of food such as cheese, dried fruits, vegetables, meat, etc.
- Place the unit on a stable surface.
- Assemble the unit properly. Please refer on How to Assemble (Food Processor).
- Select the desired speed.
Note:
- Do not overfill the unit. Maximum capacity chopping capacity is 400g of hard or soft substance and raw or cooked meat.
- Always keep the chopping blade inside the bowl before adding food.
- Use pulse function for several times before selecting speed.
- For chopping meat: Please remove the skin and bone before processing.
- Standard chopping time is 30 to 60 seconds depending on the size and amount of the food to be processed.
- Operating time should not be more than 90 seconds.
B. Kneading / Mixing – to process dough or soft food or ingredients.
- Place the unit on a stable surface.
- Assemble the unit properly. Please refer on How to Assembler (Food Processor).
- Select the desired speed.
Note:
- Do not overfill the unit. Maximum flour capacity is 375 grams and maximum water capacity is 225cc only.
- Always keep the dough blade inside the bowl before adding ingredient.
- Flour and water proportion must be 5:3.
- Operating time should not be more than 90 seconds and minimum of 2 minutes rest period must be maintained after one operation cycle. At least 30 minutes rest period must be maintained to let the appliance cool down after three operation cycles.
C. Beating and Whisking – Can be used to prepare mayonnaise, sauces, egg whites, meringues and whip cream.
- Place the unit on a stable surface.
- Assemble the unit properly. Please refer on How to Assembler (Food Processor).
- Select the desired speed.
Note:
- Operating time should not be more than 2 minutes per operation cycle.
- Do not use the whisk to knead dough or mix cake mixtures.
D. Slicing / Chipping / Shredding – Can be used to slice thickly-potatoes, onions, thinly-cucumbers, boot roots, apples, carrots, etc.
- Place the unit on a stable surface.
- Assemble the unit properly. Please refer on How to Assembler (Food Processor).
- Fit the shredding blade / slicing blade / chipping into the disk stand then place it in the bowl.

Note:
- Assemble: You must push in one with block side first then push in the other side. (As photo shown).

Disassemble the blade from the disk stand: You must push out one side with no block first, then push out the other side.

Select the desired speed.
a. Slicer blade- for slicing different types of vegetables, fruits and other food; i.e., for banana chips, potato.
b. Large Shredder- for shredding cheese, vegetables and some other foods with coarse outcome.
c. French Fries Slicer- for slicing potato for French fries.
Note:
- Food must be cut into proper size that will fit the feeding chute.
- You may slice / chip up to 1000 grams of food.
- Operating time should not be more than 90 seconds and minimum of 2 minutes rest period must be maintained after one operation cycle. At least 30 minutes rest period must be maintained to let the appliance cool down after three operation cycles.
- The blade is extremely sharp, please handle with care.
E. Blending
- Put the jar with blade assembly on the motor base. Please refer on How to Assemble (Blender)
- Plug the unit into the convenience outlet.
- Be sure to remove the seeds of the fruits/vegetables if needed.
- Put the desired mixture.
NOTE: If the Jug base and cover lid are not properly locked, the blender will NOT work.
- Plug the unit into the convenience outlet.
- Press the pulse button 3 to 5 times to crack the ice.

Select the desired speed.
-
Low Speed: This speed is intended for blending soft vegetables, soft fruits or any light mixture
- High Speed: This speed is intended for blending hard vegetables and hard fruits or if you desire to blend smoothie or any alike.
- Pulse: This function is intended to crush ice.
- Do not use boiling liquids or run the appliance empty.

The blending jug cannot be used for meat blending.
-
Additional ingredients can be added through opening in the lid.
-
Turn OFF and unplug the unit after every use.
Note:
- Some electric smell may be observed on first use.
- Do not overfill the unit. Maximum blending capacity is 1500cc or 6 cups only.
- Maximum continuous operating time is 1 minute only.
- To achieve the best result when pureeing solid ingredients, place a small portion

- When mixing solid ingredients, start with a small amount of liquid. Gradually add more liquid through the opening of the lid.
- For stirring solid or very thick liquid ingredients, it is recommended to use pulse speed to prevent the blades from being stuck.
CAUTION: Always put water or liquid in the jar to avoid damage to the unit. Use pulse speed first, if you are blending with ice.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:
Food Processor
- Turn OFF and unplug the unit after every use.
- Remove the food pusher from the feeding chute.
- Turn the cover counter-clockwise to unlock.
- Carefully remove the attachments used. The blade is sharp, handle it carefully.
- Turn the Bowl counter-clockwise to remove.
- Wash the bowl, cover, food pusher, drive shaft and other attachments with soap and water.
- Dry all parts before the next use and before storing the unit.
Blender
Motor Base
- Unplug the unit from the convenience outlet.
- Wipe or clean the outside surface with a damp or soft cloth. NEVER IMMERSE MOTOR BASE IN WATER OR OTHER LIQUID.
- Thoroughly clean speed selector knob so that it works freely. It will become sticky when in use. Use a damp cloth or sponge to flush and clean the groove around the water shielded switch. You may also lightly spray the surface around the switch with an all-purpose cleaner and work the switch back and forth a few times to loosen any dried residue under switch.
- Polish with a soft cloth.
- Always be sure to wring excess water out of cloth or sponge when cleaning around the controls or any electrical part.
Lid/Center Lid
Wash in warm soapy water. Rinse by a running water and dry. Reassemble before use.
Container and Blade Assembly:
Method #1
- After use, add warm water and a splash of vinegar to blender jar. Turn ON and let the blender work the liquid for about a minute. Pour out, rinse the blender jar well.
Method #2
- Fill the blender jar half way with warm water, add a small amount of liquid dish detergent and turn the unit ON for about 30 seconds. Repeat if needed. Rinse well.
Method #3
- If blender was left sitting until there is dried, crusty food bits inside: fill with warm, soapy water (or vinegar water) and let sit for about 30 to 60 seconds. Empty water to about half and then blend for 30 second intervals until clean.
- Turn OFF the unit and wait for the blade and motor to stop.
- Always unplug the unit after every use.
- Remove the blade assembly by turning it counter-clockwise.
- Wash the rubber packing and jar support with soap and water.
- Turn the plastic jar upside down to remove excess water.
- Wipe the plastic jar and blade with soft cloth to dry. Make sure to reassemble the unit properly before storing it.
- Never leave food inside the blender jar for a long period of time.
- Store the blender on a dry cool place.
NOTE: NEVER ALLOW THE BOTTOM OF THE BLADE TO GET WET.
