Can I use the food processor for more than 1 minute continuously?

No, the maximum continuous operating time is 1 minute. Exceeding this may damage the unit.

What should I do if the motor stops during operation?

This is due to overload protection. Unplug the unit and let it rest for at least 1 minute before resuming.

How do I clean the food processor?

Turn off and unplug. Remove all parts. Wash the bowl, cover, pusher, and attachments with soap and water. Dry thoroughly. Do not immerse the motor base.

Can I chop hot liquids in the food processor?

No, extreme caution is needed. Hot liquid can eject due to sudden steaming, causing burns.

What is the maximum capacity for chopping meat?

Per batch, meat should be ≤100g. Remove skin and bone before processing.

Is the blade dishwasher safe?

The manual recommends washing with soap and water. Dishwasher use may cause damage; hand wash recommended.

Why does my unit emit smoke or burning smell on first use?

This is normal for the first use. The motor coating may produce a smell initially. It should stop after short use.

Can I use the food processor without the bowl?

No, never place the blade assembly on the base without the bowl. It can cause injury or damage.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS:

DESCRIPTION OF PARTS:

HOW TO ASSEMBLE:

1. For initial use, wash detachable parts thoroughly.
2. Place the bowl into the motor base and turn counter-clockwise to lock.
3. Insert the chopping blade on the bowl's hole.
4. Put the bowl cover, align the slot then slightly turn it counter-clockwise to lock.

HOW TO USE:

1. Place the unit on stable surface.
2. Assemble the unit properly. Please refer on "how to assemble".

Tips and Warning :

• Always keep the chopper inside the bowl before adding food
- Do not operate for too long while processing hard cheese or chocolate. These ingredients melt easily
- For chopping meat, remove the skin and bone before processing
• Standard chopping period: 30-60 sec.

NOTE: Processing time depends on size and amount of food to be processed.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:

1. Turn OFF and unplug the unit after every use.
2. Make sure that the unit is unplugged before cleaning.
3. Remove the food pusher from the food chute.
4. Turn the cover counter clockwise to unlock.
5. Carefully remove the attachment used.
6. Turn the container counter clockwise to remove. Lift the drive shaft from the base. The blade is sharp, handle it carefully.
7. Wash the container, cover, food pusher, adapter, and other attachments with soap and water.
8. Dry all parts before the next use and before storing the unit.

Note: Do not immerse the unit in water or any liquids.
