The battery status indicator lamp quickly flashes (about 0.15 second intervals)● Is the charging adapter plug securely inserted into the main unit's connector?→ Unplug the plug from the main unit, and reinsert it● Is there any foreign matter on the main unit's connector, or the charging adapter plug?→ Remove the foreign matter▶ ● Was the battery charged in places where the ambient temperatures are high or low?→ Charge it in places where the room temperatures are 5 °C to 35 °C (P. 8)● Is the dedicated charging adapter being used?● Is the battery connector securely inserted? (P. 19)
The operating times are short even when it is charged up● Even if the battery status indicator lamp is lit, it might not be being charged. (It cannot be operated)If the battery temperature is high such as immediately after the vacuum is operated, it automatically waits to charge until the temperature becomes suitable for charging, so it is not being charged even if the battery status indicator lamp is lit.→ Charge it until the battery status indicator lamp goes out▶ ● Was the battery charged in places where the ambient temperatures are high or low?→ Charge it in places where the room temperatures are 5 °C to 35 °C (P. 8)● When the usage times are significantly shortened even though it is being correctly charged, the battery's lifespan is over.(The battery's lifespan varies depending on the usage conditions such as ambient temperatures and usage times)→ Replace the battery (P. 19)

Troubleshooting (Continued)

Please check the following items before contacting the retailer for repair.

Problem Check here
SmellThe smell of the debris is coming from the exhaustAre you leaving the vacuum filled with strongly smelling sucked up debris in it?→ If you are concerned about this with repeated operating, dispose of the debris (P. 12)→ Clean out each filter (P. 12, 15)
NoiseThe operating sound makes high and loud (“Conk, conk” etc.) noises. Are the mesh filter and net filter clogged up?→ Clean them (P. 12)Are the extension wand and nozzle clogged up with debris? Is the nozzle tip blocked?
The floor nozzle vibrates, and makes “Rattle, rattle” noises. It is not malfunctioning. These are the operating sounds of the ball and the lever inside the rolling switch.
If anomaly persists even after checkingBring the product (main unit, extension wand, floor nozzle, battery and charging adapter) along with the warranty to your retailer.

Replace the battery (Battery disposal)

The battery is a consumable!

If the operating time reduces significantly even after proper recharging, it means the battery has reached the end of its service life. Please replace it to the new battery.

You can purchase the replacement battery (sold separately) at the place where you purchased the unit.

About the rechargeable lithium-ion battery

The usable time reduces as you continue to repeatedly use the unit. The life of the battery depends on factors such as the ambient temperature, and amount of time it is used, and the length of charge/discharge cycles will become shorter depending on usage conditions.

The used battery should not be disassembled and disposed it together with normal household waste. Please take it to appropriate collection points in accordance with your municipal rules. For more information, contact with the retailer or your local authorities in charge of waste management.

Handling of used batteries

● Use adhesive tape to insulate the connector of the battery.
