How do I assemble the castors?

Place the heater upside down on a scratch-free surface. Screw off the wing nuts from the U-bolt, attach the U-bolt to the flange between the first and second fins (near the front cover), insert the threaded ends into the castor mounting plate holes, and tighten the wing nuts. Then attach each castor by aligning its shaft into the mounting plate hole and screwing on the spherical nut. Repeat for the rear castors between the end two fins. Do not overtighten.

How do I turn on the heater and adjust temperature?

Set the controls to OFF, plug into a grounded outlet, then rotate the thermostat knob clockwise to MAX. Use the power switches: switch I for low heat (800W), switch II for medium heat (1200W), both for high heat (2000W). When the room is warm, slowly rotate the thermostat knob counter-clockwise until the pilot light goes out. The thermostat will maintain the set temperature automatically.

How do I clean the heater?

Always unplug and let the heater cool completely. Wipe the fins with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use detergents, abrasives, or immerse in water. Do not let water enter the interior.

What should I do if the heater makes a noise when first turned on?

It is normal for oil-filled heaters to make a cracking or gurgling noise when first used or after long storage. This is due to the oil expanding and will disappear after a short time.

Can I use an extension cord?

Avoid extension cords as they may overheat and cause fire. Plug directly into a wall outlet. Ensure no other high-power appliances are on the same circuit.

How do I store the heater?

Let the heater cool completely. Wind the power cord around the cord storage bobbin. Store in a clean, dry place. Do not place heavy objects on the cord.

What are the safety warnings I should follow?

Do not cover the heater. Keep it away from curtains, furniture, and other flammable materials (at least 1m from the front, sides, and rear). Do not use in rooms smaller than 5 m². Never leave the heater unattended. Keep children under 3 years away, and supervise children aged 3-8. Do not place below a wall socket. Do not use in bathrooms, showers, or near water.

What should I do if the heater leaks oil?

Oil leakage is rare. If it occurs, turn off and unplug the heater immediately. Do not attempt to repair. Contact the manufacturer or an authorized service agent for inspection. Follow local disposal regulations for oil when scrapping.

Can I paint or modify the heater?

No. Do not paint, disassemble, or modify the heater. Tampering with the oil container or electrical components can cause fire or electric shock. Repairs must be done by qualified personnel.

How do I dispose of the heater at the end of its life?

Do not throw in household waste. Take it to a collection point for waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). Follow local regulations, especially for the oil content. Contact your local recycling center.

INSTRUCTION MANUAL

Read this instruction manual carefully. Keep it for future reference.

This product is only suitable for well insulated spaces or occasional use.

1. Read carefully this manual before using the product.
2. Use the appliance only for the mentioned purpose, namely for heating for domestic use. Do not use it for any other application as it could get dangerous. The manufacturer is not responsible for any eventual damages caused by improper or faulty use.
3. Danger. Don't use the product unproperly. Don't use the product for purposes other than those for which he was built.
4. Don't put any heavy object on power cord. It could get damaged.
5. Before cleaning the appliance or carrying out any maintenance switch off the whole system or disconnect the appliance.
6. In case of abnormal situation turn off the appliance immediately and contact the dealer or the service.
7. Don't use the product externally. Don't allow atmospheric agent go in touch with the product.
8. Do not use this device connected to controllers, timers, remote control or any other device that may turn the unit automatically on, risk of fire if the unit is covered or placed uncorrectly.
9. Do not use flying sockets or damaged cables.
10. Hold the plug firmly when disconnecting from the electric socket to prevent electric shock, short circuit or fire.
11. Don't attach safety switches with tape; risk of fire hazard.
12. It's absolutely forbidden to remove or repair the unit: risk of electric shock; contact your dealer or service center.
    WARNING: In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.

1. Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.
2. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
3. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.
4. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision

9. Don't use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool. Never locate the heater where it may fall into bathtub or other water container.
10. This heater is filled with a precise quantity of special oil.
11. Repair requiring opening of the oil container are only to be made by the manufacturer or his service agent who should be contacted if there is an oil leakage.
12. Regulations concerning the disposal of oil when scrapping the appliance have to be followed.
13. Attention: do not place the unit near curtains or other flammable materials, risk of fire.

14. Never leave the heater unattended while it is in use. Always turn the product to the OFF position and unplug it from the electrical outlet when not in use.

15. Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children, invalids or elderly person and whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.

16. The heater must not be located immediately below an electrical socket-outlet.
17. Do not run cord under carpeting and do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners or the like. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
18. Do not operate the heater with a damaged cord or plug, or after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped, or damaged in any manner.
19. Avoid the use of an extension cord as this may overheat and cause a risk of fire.
20. Use the heater in a well-ventilated area. Do not insert or allow objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening. To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust openings in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked. Use the heater on flat, dry surfaces only.
21. Do not place this heater near flammable materials, surfaces or substances, as there may be a risk of fire. Keep the above flammable materials, surfaces or substances at least 1m from the front of the product and keep them away from the sides and rear.
22. Do not use the heater in any areas where petrol, paint or other flammable liquids are stored e.g. Garages or workshops as a hot, arcing or sparking parts inside the heater.
23. This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns and personal injury, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. If provided, use handles when moving the product.
24. Be sure that no other appliances are in use on the same electrical circuit as your product as an overload can occur.
25. In case of oil leakage, don't try to repair but refer only to qualified technical center.
26. The heater should not be used in a room, of which the floor area is less than 5 m^2 .
27. The cord shouldn't be placed nearby the hot surface of the appliance.
28. This product is compliant to LVD Directive 2014/35/CE, EMC Directive 2014/30/CE and RoHS II 2011/65/CE.

NOTE: It is normal when the heaters are turned on for the first time or when they are turned on after having not been used for a long period of time the heaters may have noise inside, This will disappear when the heater has been on a short while.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

The heater is packaged with the feet unattached. You must attach them before operating the heater.

WARNING: Do not operate without feet attached. Do operate the heater only in upright position (feet on the bottom, controls on the top), any other position could create a hazardous situation.

1. Place the radiator body upside-down on a scratch-free location, make sure it is stable and will not fall.

2. Screw off the wing nuts from the U-shaped bolt provided, attach the U-shaped bolt to the U-facing flange between first and second fins (near the front cover).

3. To attach the castor mounting plate to the radiator body, you should insert the threaded ends of the U bolt in the holes on the castor mounting plate.

4. Screw the wing nuts back to the U bolt and fasten the wing nut properly.
   Note: do not over tighten, which may cause the damage of radiator flange.
5. Screw off spherical nut from the castor, align the shaft to the hole of the castor mounting plate, insert in, and screw on the spherical nut.
6. Repeat 2, 3, 4 and 5 on the rear of radiator for mounting of the rear castors.
   Note: the rear castors must be mounted between the end two fins.

HOW TO USE

1. Before using the heater, make sure that it is on a flat and stable surface. Damage may occur if it is placed on an incline or decline.
2. Set all the controls to OFF position and insert the plug into a socket-outlet with well grounded. Be sure that plug fits firmly.
3. Rotate the thermostat knob clockwise to MAX position and switch the heater on as follow:

a. the switch I for low heat;
b. the switch II for medium heat;
c. both switches on for high heat.

1. When your room reaches the desired temperature, now slowly rotate the thermostat knob counter clockwise until the pilot light goes out. The thermostat can now be left at this setting. As soon as the room temperature has dropped below the set temperature, the unit will switch itself on automatically until the set temperature has been reached again. In this way the room temperature remains constant with the most economical use of electricity.

2. If you want to change the room temperature setting, rotate the thermostat knob clockwise to raise the temperature, or counter clockwise to lower it.

3. This heater includes an overheat protection system that shuts off the heater when parts of the heater are getting excessively hot.

4. To completely shut the heater off, turn all the controls to OFF, and remove plug from the socket-outlet.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Always remove the plug from the socket-outlet and allow the radiator to cool down before clean the heater.
2. Wipe radiator with a soft damp (not wet) cloth.
3. Do not immerse the heater in water.
4. Do not use any cleaning chemicals such as detergents and abrasives.
5. Do not allow the interior to get wet as this could create a hazard.
6. To store away the heater, wind the cable round bobbin and store the heater in a clean dry place.
7. In case of malfunction or doubt, do not try to repair the radiator yourself, it may result in a fire hazard or electric shock.
