Indication lights
Full: Indication light of full water tank
When this light flashes, it indicates that the water tank is full with water or that the installation position of the water tank is not correct. In this case, the water in the tank should be emptied or the water tank should be re-installed to a correct position.
Power Indication light:
When the power of the unit is turned on, this indication light will be on.
Mode Indication light:
When the Dehumidify, Laundry or Quiet indication light is on, it shows the current operational mode of dehumidification, laundry or muting.
Humidity Indication light:
When the indication light of 50%, 60% or 70% is on, it shows the corresponding RH (room humidity) that you have chosen by pressing the respective humidity button.
| Humidity Indication Light | Range of RH |
| 50% | RH < 60% |
| 60% | 60% ≤ RH < 70% |
| 70% | RH ≥ 70% |
Functions of the Buttons:
1. ON/OFF button:
Under the standby condition, pressing the ON/OFF button will start the unit for operation, and pressing the button once again, the unit will be switched off.
2. MODE button:

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Cleaning of the main unit
Please use a soft and dry cloth to do the cleaning. Do not use gasoline, benzene, diluents, mops treated with chemicals, detergents etc. to clean the unit, that might cause damages to the unit.

TROUBLESHOOTING
| PROBLEM | CAUSE | POSSIBLE SOLUTION |
| The unit cannot be operated | Is the power cable disconnected? | Plug in the power cable properly. |
| Is the FULL indication light on?(The water tank is full, or the water tank is not placed in a proper position). | Empty the water tank and place it back to its original position, or replace it to a proper position. | |
| Is the ambient temperature above 39°C or below 2°C? | The built-in protective device is in action, making the unit unable to be switched on to avoid operations of the unit under a seriously unfavorable condition. Do not use the dehumidifier under such circumstances. | |
| The dehumidification is not functioning | Is the air filter blocked | Clean the air filter by the ways stated in the Maintenance and Cleaning section. |
| Is the air inlet or air outlet blocked? | Remove the blocking substance from the air inlet or air outlet. | |
| No air is discharged from the unit. | Is the filter blocked? | Clean the air filter by the ways stated in the Maintenance and Cleaning section. |
| The operating noise level is very high. | Is the unit properly installed? Is it tilted or unstable? | Place the unit on a firm and stable surface. It is recommended to put a cushion under the unit to reduce the operational noise. |
| Is the air filter blocked? | Clean the air filter by the ways stated in the Maintenance and Cleaning section. |
If the above-stated phenomena remain alter the corresponding trouble shooting is made, or there are some other defects or malfunctions of the unit, please contact a qualified technician.
The following phenomena are not defects or malfunctions of the unit. You do not have to worry about them.
| Phenomena | Causes |
| The operational noise turns bigger abruptly | When the compressor is activated, the operational noise will be bigger. |
| The humidity does not drop | Is the room too large for the model of the dehumidifier? Are the windows or doors closed? Are there any apparatuses inside the room that may discharge vapor, such as an oven? |
| The dehumidification is very little or nothing at all | When the room temperature or RH is too low, such phenomenon will occur. |
| The outlet air smells moldy when the unit is put into operation for the first time. | As the temperature of the heat exchanger is raised abruptly, there might be some strange odor or moldy smell. |
| The unit utters echoing sounds. | If the unit is used in a small room or a room with wood floor, it might have echoing sounds. |
| The unit utters abnormal noises when it is turned on or when it shifts the operational modes. | The refrigerant might utter some noises before it restores to stable flow. |
| There are water stains in the water tank. | The stains are left by the test operation of the unit before leaving the factory; or they are left by the water evaporating during test running. These are not indications of problems. |
| The unit only operates in the laundry mode, and refuses to work in other modes by pressing the buttons. | When the ambient temperature is above 35°C or below 10°C, the protective device of the unit will be in action, which makes the unit only operate in the laundry mode (with air delivery speed at high level). When the ambient temperature is below 10°C, the compressor will be operating intermittently by switching on for 40 minutes and switching off for 10 minutes. |
| The fan motor runs but the compressor is not activated. | If the unit is immediately switched on within 3 minutes after the power is off of the unit is stopped for operation, the protective device of the unit will be in action. The compressor will be automatically reactivated after 3 minutes' delay. Or when the ambient temperature is too low, the dehumidifier is in the operational mode of defrosting. The dehumidification will be resumed after the defrosting is over. |
