How do I use the kettle for the first time?

Before first use, boil water twice and discard to clean the interior. Fill to MAX level, boil, then empty. Repeat once more.

How do I select a specific temperature?

Press the Temperature Increase or Decrease button to adjust from 40°C to 100°C in 5°C steps. Alternatively, press one of the preset tea buttons: White (70°C), Green (80°C), or Oolong (90°C).

What is the Keep Warm function and how does it work?

The Keep Warm function maintains your selected temperature for up to 2 hours. After setting the desired temperature, press the Keep Warm button. The kettle will reheat when the water cools about 5°C below the set value.

How do I clean the kettle and remove limescale?

Use a mixture of 1 part vinegar and 2 parts water, boil, let sit for 10-12 hours, then rinse. Alternatively, use a commercial descaling product. Clean the filter with a nylon brush under running water.

What does the memory function do?

In Keep Warm mode, the kettle remembers the temperature setting for up to 10 times of lifting the kettle off the base, as long as the water temperature does not drop more than 8°C below the set value each time.

Can I use the kettle without water?

No, never switch on the kettle without water or below the MIN mark. The boil-dry protection will shut it off, but you must unplug and let it cool before refilling.

How do I turn off the kettle manually?

Press the Power button for 5 seconds to enter standby mode. The power button indicator will change to a breathing light. To turn off completely, unplug the kettle from the outlet.

What should I do if the kettle does not turn on?

Check that the power cord is properly plugged into a suitable earthed outlet. Ensure the kettle is correctly placed on the base. If it still does not work, contact authorized service.

Is the kettle safe to use around children?

• Do not place the kettle and its support on heating devices.
• Do not close the opening for the exit of vapor near the switch.
• Do not use the kettle without a cover.

- Do not switch the kettle on without water or when the water level is below the mark «MIN». If the kettle is empty or there is not enough water in it, it is automatically turned off by safety device. In such case, disconnect the device from the mains, let it cool down and then fill it with water again and turn it on; the kettle will begin to boil water and after the end of this process it will turn off in the regular regime.

Operation Instruction

Please check whether your socket and power is suitable for this product before use

Do not exceed the maximum line of the mark(1700ml)

It is suggested to boil twice to clean the inner pot when first use

1. Place the the kettle on a horizontal surface for use.
2. Open the lid and pour water into the kettle.
3. Connect with power, enter the setting interface, and press the button for boiling water (you can select the setting temperature you need under the setting interface).
4. Take off the kettle for brewing.

Basic Operation:

1. Temperature Icon: Show the real-time and setting temperature.
2. White: Under setting interface, Press (shortly, enter the mode of white tea and relevant temperature 70^ C.

3. Green: Under setting interface, Press Snorny, enter the mode of Green tea and relevant temperature 80^ C.

4. Oolong: Under setting interface, Press

,enter the mode of Oolong tea and relevant temperature 90°C.

1. Boil button: Under Setting interface, press shortly.

And the buzzer sound "DI", and the temperature show 100°C, the three buttons all light on.

The temperature icon show the current real time temperature and enter boiling status. After boiled, The buzzer sounds"DI DI".

1. Temperature Increase/Decrease button: Single press setting from 40-100°C in every 5°C as level.

1. Keep Warm Key: Under setting interface, press the key once and the buzzer will sound «di» (light) in twinkle status.

At the same time, after selecting the required setting temperature by pressing the increase/decrease button or directly selecting the white tea, green tea and oolong tea button on the setting interface, it will automatically enter the keep warm state. The keep warm time is 2 hours. When the water temperature is lower than the set value of about 5 degrees, the heat will be resumed until 2 hours. (On the setting interface, press the WARM button by mistake without

performing any other operation, and the system returns to the setting interface in 3 seconds later.)

1. Power button: in the power state, the power button indicator will light up. If there is no operation within 1 minute, the kettle will automatically enter the standby state, and the power button light will be changed into the breathing light (in the standby state, only press the power button is effective, other keys are invalid, and enter the setting state; To switch function, you need to press the power button again to switch to the setting interface; Under the setting interface, press it for 5 seconds and the kettle will enter the standby state)

2. In the state of keep warm, after boiling water to the set temperature, the function of memory starts. Within ten times of kettle lifting, the water temperature of the kettle should not be less than 8 degrees below the set value for each time, and the memory is effective, that is, the keep warm continues to work and the time of keep warm continues to the last time. Otherwise exit the keep warm.

Cleaning and maintenance

Regular cleaning improves the performance of the device.

The quantity and the speed of forming the scale, and consequently, the necessity of cleaning depend on the water hardness in your region and the intensity of the device usage. All over fur of scale in your kettle is not allowed!

It is recommended to clean the kettle at least 2 times a year but however until the appearance of all over scale.

• Never clean a kettle connected to mains.

• Before cleaning, disconnect the kettle and let it cool down.

• Do not use abrasive and aggressive detergents.

• Never submerge the kettle, its support, power line cord and plug in water or other liquids.

Cleaning the filter (for the models with removable filter)

-Clean the filter from lime scale with a nylon brush under a flow of water. Soak dirty filter in vinegar or special liquid for removing the scale before cleaning.

Cleaning the kettle from scale

Clean the kettle from scale with special agents sold in the open market. Cleaning from scale can be also performed by the methods described below:

METHOD 1

• Fill the kettle to maximal level with a mixture consisting of 1 part of usual vinegar and 2 parts of water. Switch on the kettle and let is boil and automatically switch off.
• Let the mixture settle during 10-12 hours and pour it out.
• Fill the kettle with fresh water up to maximal level and boil it again. Pour out this water too to remove the smell of vinegar.
  -Wash the internal part of the device with clean water, wipe it and dry the kettle.

METHOD 2

• Fill the kettle with the above mentioned mixture of water and vinegar and boil it 2 or 3 times running. Rinse it with water and rub it dry.
• For usual cleaning wipe the kettle case from the inside and outside with a soft wet sponge or cloth. Soapy water can be used.
• Rinse the kettle and wipe it dry.
• Let the device get fully dry before using.
• Any other kinds of maintenance should be performed by qualified personnel in a servicing center.

Storage

• Switch off the kettle and let it completely cool before storage.
• Wipe and dry the kettle before storage.
• Do not wind the power line cord around the kettle until it is completely cooled down.
• Store the kettle in a cool, dry and clean place beyond the assess of children and people with limited physical and mental abilities.

Old appliances contain valuable materials that can be recycled. Please arrange for the proper recycling of old appliances. Please dispose your old appliances using appropriate collection systems.
