Can I juice leafy greens like spinach or kale?
Yes, use low speed for leafy greens. For best results, wrap them around harder vegetables like celery to help push them through.
What is the overload protection feature?
If the motor overheats or jams, safety circuitry will automatically shut off the juicer. Unplug and let it cool for 15 minutes before resuming.
How do I clean the juicer after use?
Disassemble and rinse parts immediately. The filter, juice container, and pulp container are dishwasher safe. Use the included brush to clean the filter mesh thoroughly.
Is the juicer suitable for frozen fruits?
No, do not juice frozen fruits as they can damage the filter and motor. Only use fresh, ripe produce.
What is the warranty period?
The CASO C 330 Pro comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Keep your purchase receipt for validation.
Can I replace the filter or other parts?
Yes, replacement parts such as filters, jugs, and pulp containers are available. Contact CASO customer service or check their website for ordering.

Make sure the locking arm is properly engaged; the safety lock prevents operation if not secured. Check power connection and ensure the overload protector hasn't tripped.
What is the noise level?
The juicer operates at approximately 80 dB during normal use, which is typical for centrifugal juicers.
