How do I adjust the volume?
Touch and hold the MFB button on the right earbud to increase volume, and on the left earbud to decrease volume. A single beep indicates volume change.

Possible causes: low battery (charge them), too far from the paired device (keep within 10 meters), or interference from other wireless devices. Move closer or reset the earbuds.
How do I reset the earbuds?
Touch both MFB buttons simultaneously 5 times. You will hear a beep, and the earbuds will reset to factory settings. They will then enter pairing mode again.
Can I use the earbuds while they are charging?
