How do I pair the TWS900K earbuds with my phone?

Turn on the earbuds (by removing from case or holding MFB button for 5 seconds). Enable Bluetooth on your phone and select TWS900 from the list of available devices.

How do I control playback?

Use the MFB button: single click to pause/resume, double-click left for previous track, double-click right for next track. Triple-click right for volume up, triple-click left for volume down.

How do I activate or change noise cancellation modes?

When powered on, the earbuds default to ANC mode. Hold the MFB button on any earbud for 2 seconds to switch to Transparent mode. Hold again for 2 seconds to return to ANC. A third hold disables noise reduction (ANC off).

How long does the battery last and how do I charge?

Earbuds last up to 4 hours on a single charge. The charging case provides three additional full charges. Charge the case using the included USB-C cable (about 1.5 hours). The earbuds charge fully in 1 hour when placed in the case.

Can I use only one earbud at a time?

Yes, you can use a single earbud. Simply take one earbud out of the case or turn on only one manually. All controls are available on that earbud (pause/resume, next track, volume up, answer/reject calls).

How do I answer or reject calls?

Lightly click the MFB button on any earbud to answer an incoming call. Hold the MFB button for 2 seconds to reject the call.

What should I do if one earbud is not playing or is quieter?

First, ensure the earbud is clean, especially the speaker mesh. If the issue persists, try resetting by placing both earbuds in the charging case and reconnecting. Also check that the ear tips are properly fitted.

How do I replace the ear tips?

Pull off the current ear tip. Align the new tip at an angle to the earbud nozzle and press it on until it snaps into place. The set includes 2 pairs of silicone tips and 1 pair of memory foam tips.

Are the earbuds waterproof?

Yes, they have an IPX5 rating, meaning they are resistant to water splashes and sweat. However, do not immerse them in water or use during swimming.

How do I reset the earbuds if they won't connect?

Place the earbuds in the charging case to turn them off. Then turn off Bluetooth on your phone and turn it back on. Remove the earbuds from the case and they should reconnect automatically. If not, manually pair again by selecting TWS900.

Please read the present operating manual carefully in its entirety before using the device.

1. The range of operation of wireless Bluetooth technology is about 10m, however, it may vary depending on the environment (walls, metal objects, devices).
2. When used in wireless mode, this product emits RF waves.
3. Use the device according to its intended purpose described in the operating manual. Do not interfere with or change the design of the device as this may be dangerous.
4. This device emits electromagnetic energy. Contact with other electronic devices should be avoided, as this may affect their correct operation.
5. Do not use the device near people with a pacemaker or other electronic biostimulators.
6. The device should not be used in hospitals, as it may interfere with the operation of medical devices.
7. Do not immerse the device in water or other liquids. Do not expose the device to moisture.
8. Do not expose the device to excessively high or low temperatures: below 0^ C or above 40^ C.
9. Do not use the device in dusty rooms and do not store it near or on hot surfaces.

1. To avoid damage to your hearing, never operate the device at a high volume level for a prolonged period of time. Make sure that the device with a fixed high volume will no be used by children whose hearing is particularly vulnerable to damage.

1. Avoid using the device in vicinity of other Wi-Fi devices. Electromagnetic interference may occur causing interference, inability to connect, or loss of sound.
2. Do not use the device in wireless mode onboard of aircraft. Always follow the instructions of the crew regarding the use of the product in this mode.
3. The device does not guarantee it will establish connection to all Bluetooth devices. All devices must comply with the Bluetooth standard, and their technical specifications should allow you to connect to other devices.
4. Do not expose the device to severe shocks.
5. If you experience discomfort while using the device, please immediately stop using it.

6. Special care should be exercised, when using the earbuds while performing any activity as they impair your ability to hear.

7. The product should be stored out of the reach of children.

8. Do not use the device after you notice that any of its components is damaged.
9. Any repairs should be ordered from the manufacturer, an authorized service center or a person with appropriate qualifications.
10. Avoid exposing the product to rain, moisture or other liquids.
11. Do not use the device during bathing, showering or training water sports such as swimming, surfing, etc.

INITIAL START-UP

1. Automatic switching on of earbuds

Take the earbuds out of the case and put them in your ears. If the case is charged, the earbuds will turn on automatically when they are taken out. The message „Power on“ will inform you when the earbuds turn on. Thus, putting the earbuds back in the case will turn them off.

2. Switching on the earbuds manually

You can turn on the earbuds manually by holding the „MFB“ button on both for approx. 5 seconds. To turn off the earbuds, do the same until you hear „Power off."

3. Single earbud mode

You can also use one earpiece from the set. All you have to do is take one earpiece out of the case or turn on only one of them manually.

BLUETOOTH PAIRING

Turn on the earbuds and the Bluetooth module on your phone. Select "TWS900" from the list of available devices and pair it with your phone.

Each time you turn on the headphones, they will automatically connect to the phone. To interrupt this process, connect to the headphones and cancel the pairing.

EARBUDS OPERATION

1. Pause/Resume

A single click of the "MFB" button on any of the earbuds will stop or resume playback.

2. Previous track

Double-clicking the „MFB“ button on the left earbud will play the previous song.

3. Next track

Double-clicking the „MFB" button on the right earbud will play the next song.

4. Accept an incoming call

A light click of the „MFB" button on any earbud will answer the incoming call.

5. Reject an incoming call

Holding the "MFB" button for 2 seconds will reject the incoming phone call.

6. Volume up

Triple-clicking the "MFB" button on the right earbud will increase the volume.

7. Volume down

Triple-clicking the "MFB" button on the left earbud will reduce the volume.

Regardless of which earbud you use in single-ear mode, they have the same functionality.

1. Pause/Resume

A single click of the "MFB" button will stop or resume playback.

2. Next track

Double-clicking the "MFB" button will play the next track.

3. Volume up

Triple-clicking the "MFB" button will increase the volume.

4. Accept an incoming call

A light click of the "MFB" button on any earbud will answer the incoming call.

5. Reject an incoming call

Holding the "MFB" button for 2 seconds will reject the incoming phone call.

NOISE REDUCTION MODES

The earbuds are in noise cancelling mode when switched on by default.

1. Transparent mode

To switch to transparent mode, hold the "MFB" button on any earpiece for 2 seconds. Immediately afterwards, you will hear a message indicating that transparent mode is currently enabled.

2. ANC mode

While in transparent mode, hold the "MFB" button on any earpiece again for 2 seconds. The message „ANC on" will confirm the currently enabled mode.

1. Before a longer storage period, charge the battery to 50% and recharge it every 3-4 months. If it is not possible to determine a specific charge level in the product, discharge the device, then charge it for half the time required to fully charge it. Leaving a discharged battery for a prolonged period of time may result in its damage or loss of its properties.
2. When using the device regularly, avoid full discharge of the battery and always charge it to the full.
3. Once the battery is charged, disconnect the charger plug from the charging socket on the device.
4. Do not leave the device unattended while charging.
5. Using chargers and cables other than those recommended in the device manual with may lead to damage to the product and even an explosion of the battery.
6. Charge in a dry, well-ventilated place that is not exposed to direct sunlight.

REPLACING THE OVERLAYS

The set includes an additional 2 pairs of silicone overlays in two sizes and 1 pair of Memory Foam overlays.

To replace the overlays:

1. Remove the currently worn overlays by pulling them.
2. Apply a new overlay at an angle to the earpiece sleeve.
3. Press the overlay against the earbud so that it „jumps on" the sleeve.

3. ANC mode off

To disable the noise reduction modes, hold the "MFB" button on any earpiece again for 2 seconds. The headbuds will inform you that the noise reduction modes have been switched off with the message "ANC off".

STORAGE AND PROTECTION

If you are not using the headphones, place them in a dry, safe place. Do not expose the set to high temperatures, moisture, rain or direct sunlight. Do not allow the set to come into contact with liquids. Do not place any items on the earbud set.

CHARGING THE CHARGING CASE

1. When charging the case, you can place the headphones in the slots, once they are placed, the headphones will turn off automatically.
2. Connect the case to the USB port using the included charging cable. During charging, the battery level display will flash.
3. Once charging is complete, the device will turn off.
4. The LED display of the charging case shows the current battery level of the station, not the battery level of the headphones. If the display shows "0", connect the charging case with the included USB-C cable.

NOTE: A 100% CHARGED CASE, ALLOWS YOU TO CHARGE THE BATTERY IN THE HEADPHONES THREE TIMES.

To charge the earbuds, insert them into the charging case, corresponding to the right and left slots, respectively. When charging the headphones, the LEDs on them will be red and the charging case will show the current battery status. Once the headphones are fully charged, the LED and the screen in the case will turn off.

CAUTION! BATTERY DETERIORATION DURING OPERATION OF THE DEVICE IS A NATURAL PHENOMENON. TO KEEP THE BATTERY IN GOOD CONDITION AND EXTEND ITS LIFE, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES:

1. Do not start the device if the battery is discharged.
2. Charge the battery according to the voltage and charging current data

Unable to connect to earbuds or one of them	Bluetooth module error or earbuds connected to the previously paired device.	Turn off and turn on the Bluetooth module in the phone and place the earbuds in the charging station to reset them.
Earbuds disconnect during use.	Low earbud battery level.	Place the earbuds in the charging station.
	Too far away from the paired device.	Make sure that the paired device is nearby and that nothing interferes with the transmission signal, e.g. another device using wire-less transmission or walls of the room.
The occurrence of interference during sound transmission and a problem with communication with the phone.	Wrong Bluetooth version on the phone.	Make sure that your phone supports the Bluetooth version required by the earbuds.
One earbud plays quieter.	Soiling of the earbut. Make sure that the product is free of contamination.
Problems with startup/ charging the earbuds.	The protective film has not been removed or dirt or other things have accumulated on the power contacts, preventing the earbuds from charging.	Verify that all protective film has been removed and that the earbuds and case contacts are free of dirt, soiling, other substances.
The earbuds do not turn off automatically when inserted into the case.	The case is discharged. Charge the case.
The earbuds fall out of your ears.	Incorrectly selected size of the overlays.	Change the overlays to fit your ear.

ECO-FRIENDLY AND ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY DISPOSAL

This device is marked in accordance with the Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council of 2012/19/EU of 4 July 2012 on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), with the symbol of a crossed-out waste bin:

the buyer requests replacement or the Guarantor may perform replacements when the buyer requests repair, if bringing the goods (device) into conformity in accordance with the granted warranty in the manner selected by the buyer is impossible or would require excessive costs at the part of Guarantor. In particularly justified cases, if both repair and replacement are impossible or would require excessive costs for the Guarantor, the Guarantor may refuse to bring the goods into compliance with the granted warranty and propose another way to settle the warranty claim.

1. The exchange of goods is made at the point of sale at which the goods were purchased (replacement or refund) or an authorized service point, if it offers such service (replacement). The returned device must be complete, without mechanical damage. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in failure to accept the warranty claim.
2. In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the sales contract, the buyer is entitled by law to legal protection measures on the part and at the expense of the seller, and the warranty does not affect these remedies.
3. The present warranty is valid in Poland.
4. The condition for the warranty repair or replacement of the device is the presentation of proof of purchase and the use of the goods in accordance with the information contained in the operating manual.

Damage or removal of the rating plate from the device may result in warranty being deemed void.

Do not dispose of devices marked with this symbol, together with household waste. For disposal return the device to your local waste treatment and disposal facility or contact your local authorities.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS FOR EARBUDS

1. ART-DOM Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Łódź (92-402) at ul. Zakładowa 90/92 National Court Register Number 0000354059 (Guarantor) guarantees that the purchased device is free from physical defects. The warranty covers only defects resulting from the causes inherent in the item sold (manufacturing defects).
2. A disclosed defect will be removed at the Guarantor's expense within 14 days from the date of reporting the damage to the authorized service or point of sale.
3. In exceptional cases, e.g. the need to import spare parts from their manufacturer, the repair period may be extended up to 30 days.
4. The warranty period for the user is 24 months from the date of delivery of the goods.
5. The goods are intended for use only in the conditions of an individual household.
6. The present warranty does not cover:

a. damage caused by using the device in a manner inconsistent with the user manual,

b. mechanical, chemical or thermal damage,

c. repairs and modifications made by companies or persons that were not authorized to do so by the manufacturer,

d. parts that are inherently easy to wear or consumables such as: batteries, bulbs, fuses, filters, knobs, shelves, accessories,

e. installation, maintenance, inspection, cleaning, unlocking, removal of contaminants and instruction.

1. The Guarantor will select the mode of defect removal at its own discretion. Removal of a confirmed defect of the device will take place through warranty repair or replacement of the device. The Guarantor may perform repairs when
