When the oven is first switched on, it may give off an unpleasant smell. This is due to the bonding agent used for the insulating panels within the oven.

Please run up the new empty product with the conventional cooking function, 250 °C, 90 minutes to clean oil impurities inside the cavity.

During Use

- CAUTION: The cooking process has to be supervised. A short term cooking process has to be supervised continuously.

This device should use only after you installed into kitchen cabinet or base.

Allow disconnection of the appliance after installation, by accessible plug or switch in the fixed wiring.

CONTROL PANEL

Symbol	Function description
	Oven Lamp: Which enables the user to observe the progress of cooking without opening the door. Oven lamp will light for all cooking functions except ECO function.
	Defrost: The circulation of air at room temperature enables quicker thawing of frozen food (without the use of any heat). It's a gentle but quick way to speed up the defrosting time and thawing of ready-made dishes and cream filled produce etc.
	Bottom heater: Heat is applied only by the bottom side of the oven. Use this option for browning the bottom side of the food. This function is suitable for slow cooking recipes or for warming up meals.
	Conventional cooking: Heaters from the upper and the lower side uniformly heat the exposed food. Baking and roasting is possible only at single level.
	Convention with fan: The top heating element and the bottom heating element are working with fan. The appliance to be cooked is evenly and quickly cooked all around.
	Grill-small: This cooking method is normal grilling, utilizing the inner part only of the top heating element, which directs heat downwards onto the food.
	Double grilling: The inner heating element and the outer heating element in the top ofthe oven are working. Suitable for grilling larger quantities.
	Double grilling with fan (at the rear panel): The inner heating element and the outer heating element in the top of the oven are working with fan. It is suitable for grilling large amount of meat.
	For energy-saved cooking. Cooking the selected ingredients in a gentle manner, and the heat comes from the top and the bottom.

Note: Some functions maybe will not be available on your model.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

When the oven is first connected to the electrical supply, wait for the display automatically show "12.30", a beep sound once and the "12"". flash.

Ensure the correct time of the day is set before using the oven. please note: that is 24 hour clock, for example 2PM shown as 14.00.

To set the correct time of day

- Press " + " " - " button to adjust the hour setting.

- Press " to confirm the hour setting.

- Press " + " " - " button to adjust the minute setting.

- Press " <> " to confirm the minute setting and the timer will be in standby mode.

Note: If the display does not flash, adjust the time of day by pressing the " + " and " - " buttons at the same time for more than 3 seconds.

Oven ON and OFF

If the timer is in standby mode, press " <> " for more than 3 seconds, the timer will enter manual mode and the symbol "###" will light up continuously.

- Set the desired cooking function and the temperature degree.

- Set the time function, then the oven will on.

If you set Dur or End, after cooking, the oven will automatically turn off.

If you set manual or minute minder, after cooking, bring the cooking function and oven temperature knob to "0" position.

Press " <> " and " + " buttons for more than 3 seconds to return to standby mode.

Time function setting

In manual mode, pressing " <> " can enter the time function setting, the sequence of the function setting is Manual mode - Minute minder-Dur-End-Manual mode. Then selected cooking function and adjust the cook temperature if required.

Manual mode: 🏠

In manual mode, only the day's time and the symbol " lights up. The cooking duration has to be controlled by the user.

Notes:

In manual mode, to ensure the oven is not left on accidentally, after 5 hours no any button pressed, the timer will flash once a second to warn you the oven will enter standby mode. After a total of 10 hours, the timer will enter standby mode.

When the timer is flashing in manual mode, press any button to reset the timer if you intend to continue using the oven. Or, press " <> " and " + " together for more than 3 seconds to enter standby mode if oven will not be used.

Audible warning time adjustment: 📄

This function can be used to receive audible warning at the completion of the adjusted time period.

- Press " <> " button to select the minute minder function. The relevant " 🔊 " " . " symbol will flash.

- Use " + " " - " button to adjust minute minder. (Refer to the instructions for setting the correct time of day).

Press "◀" button to confirm, the "◀" symbol will begin to light continuously. When the "◀" symbol begins to light continuously, the audible warning time adjustment is done.

- When the time is up, the timer gives an audible warning and the " " symbol begins to flash on the screen.

Press any button less than 3 seconds, it will stop the audible warning and the symbol disappears on the screen.

Audible warning time adjustment is for warning purposes only. Press " ⚙ and " + " together for more than 3 seconds to enter standby mode if oven will not be used.

Semi-automatic programming according to cooking period: Dur

This function is used to cook in the desired time range. The food to be cooked are put into the oven, The oven is adjustment to the desired cooking function and temperature degree. The maximum setting of cooking period is 10 hours.

- Press " <> " button until you see " Dur " on the timer screen. (Before setting cooking period.)

- Use " + " " - " button to adjust cooking period for the food you wish to cook. ( Refer to the instructions for setting the correct time of day .)

Press " ©" button to confirm, the day's time will appear on the screen and the symbols " A " " , " will light on the screen. While doing this, the oven will also start to operate.

- At the completion of the set duration, the time will stop the oven and give an audible warning. Also, the symbol "A" will begin to flash on the screen. After bringing the cooking function and oven temperature knob to "0" position. Pressing any button less than 3 seconds, it will stop the audible warning. Pressing " <> " for more than 3 seconds set the oven to Manual mode again to use the oven.

This function is used to cook according to the desired cooking time. The food to be cooked is put into the oven. The oven is adjusted to the desired cooking function and temperature degree.

• Press " <> " button until you see " End " on the timer screen. (Before setting finished time).
• Use " + " " - " button to adjust cooking time. (Refer to the instructions for setting the correct time of day).
• Press "button to confirm, the day's time will appear on the screen and the symbols "A" "will light on the screen. While doing this, the oven will also start to operate.
• At the completion of the set duration, the timer will automatically stop the oven and give an audible warning. Also, the symbol "A" will begin to flash on the screen. After bringing the cooking function and oven temperature knob to "0" position. Pressing any button less than 3 seconds, it will stop the audible warning. Pressing "② for more than 3 seconds set the oven to Manual mode again to use the oven.

Full-automatic programming:

This function is used to cook after a certain period of time, with a certain duration. The food to be cooked is put into the oven. The oven is adjusted to the desired cooking function. The oven temperature is adjusted to the desired degree depending on the food to be cooked.

1. Press " button until you see " Dur " on the timer screen. Use "+" - " button to adjust cooking period for the food you wish to cook.
2. Press " <> " button to confirm, the day's time will appear on the screen and the symbols " A " will begin to continuously light on the screen.
3. Keep pressing on " 🔒 " button until you see " End " on the timer screen. When you see " End " on the time screen, Use " + " " - " button to adjust finishing time, Press " 🔒 button to confirm, the day's time will appear on the screen and the symbol " A " will begin to continuously light on the screen. The symbol " 🔒 disappears until the time cooking starts.

Note: You can set a time which can be up 23.59 hours after the time obtained by adding the cooking period to the day's time.

• The oven will start operating at the time calculated by deducting the cooking period (Dur settings) from the set finishing time (End time settings), and will stop at the set finishing time.
• When End time is reached, the timer will give an audible warning and the symbol "A" will begin to flash.
• After bringing the cooking function and oven temperature knob to "0" position. Pressing and button less than 3 seconds, it will stop the audible warning.
• Pressing " <> " for more than 3 seconds set the oven to Manual mode again to use the oven.

Please note:

Once setting full-automatic mode, all the time can not be changed. Change time means cancle automatic programme and enter into corresponding mode. If you need to reset automatic mode, need to stop setting the current mode, to set the automatic mode according to the above steps again.

Other operations

• When setting the date of each function, long press on "+" or "-" for more than 3 seconds, the date will progressively and rapidly increase or decrease.
• When setting each of the time function, if there is none operation for 5 minutes then it will return to manual mode.
• When settling each of the time function, pressing on" <> " for more than 3 seconds can cancel current setting and enter manual mode.
• During time function setting, pressing on " + " and " <> " for more than 3 seconds, a beep sounds it can cackle the current time function setting and enter standby mode.

ACCESSORIES

Wire shelf *: For grill, dishes, cake pan with items for roasting and grilling

Slider bracket*: For cooking larger size food, these shelf support rails on the right and left sides of the oven can be removed, dishes and tray can be put on the oven floor, using functions as Radiant grilling, Double grilling, Double grill with fan.

NOTE: When placing dishes on the oven floor, please DO NOT use functions with bottom heater to prevent heat gathering at bottom.

Universal pan*: For cooking large quantities of food such as moist cakes, pastries, frozen food etc, or for collecting fat/ spillage and meat juices.

Telescopic runner *: Some models might with telescopic runners to facilitate the use of oven. These telescopic runners and slider brackets could be disassembled by unscrewing the screws used to fix it. After disassembled, dishes and tray can be put on the oven floor, using functions as Radiant grilling, Double grilling, Double grill with fan.

SHELF PLACEMENT WARNING

To ensure the oven shelves operate safely, correct placement of the shelves between the side rail is imperative. Shelves and the pan only can be used between the first and fifth layers.

The Shelves should be used with the right direction, it will ensure that during careful removal of the shelf or tray, hot food items should not slide out.

BULB REPLACEMENT

For replacement, process as follows:

1. Disconnect power from the mains outlet or switch off the circuit breaker of the unit's mains outlet.
2. Unscrew the glass lamp cover by turning it counter clockwise (note, it may be stiff) and replace the bulb with a new one of the same type.
3. Screw the glass lamp cover back in place.

NOTE: Only use 25-40W/220V-240V, T300°C halogen lamps.

VENTILATING OPENINGS (models without Cooling Fan only)

NOTE:

Due to no cooling fan motor, the oven will exhaust through the ventilating openings at the bottom of the handle directly.

Please take care of the possible high temperature of the handle, glass door or control panel during using.

An all-pole disconnection means must be incorporated in the fixed wiring in accordance with the wiring rules

Fit oven into the cabinet recess

1. Only plus deviations are admissible for all dimension.

2. The cabinet is not include the power switch or socket.

3. Open the oven door.

4. Secure the oven to the kitchen cabinet with two distance holders "A" which fit the holes in the oven frame and fit the two screws "B".

TRANSPORT

If you need to transport the product, use the original product packaging and carry it using its original case. Follow the transport signs on the packaging. Tape all independent parts to the product to prevent damaging the product during transport. If you do not have the original packaging, prepare a carriage box so that the appliance, especially the external surfaces of the product, is protected against external threats.

MAINTENANCE and CLEANING

1. Disconnect the plug supplying electricity for the oven from the socket.
2. While oven is operating or shortly after it starts operating, it is extremely hot. You must avoid touching from heating elements.
3. Never clean the interior part, panel, lid, trays and all other parts of the oven by the tools like hard brush, cleaning mesh or knife. Do not use abrasive, scratching agents and detergents.
4. After cleaning the interior parts of the oven with a soapy cloth, rinse it and then dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
5. Clean the glass surfaces with special glass cleaning agents.
6. Do not clean your oven with steam cleaners.
7. Before opening the top lid of the oven, clean spilled liquid off the lid. Also, before closing the lid, ensure that the cooker table is cooled enough.
8. Never use inflammable agents like acid, thinner and gasoline when cleaning your oven.
9. Do not wash any part of your oven in dishwasher.

Clean the inside of the oven after each use. When oven is still warm, removing deposits is easier. For cleaning, you can use warm water with a detergent or some of the spray oven cleaning agents. Do not spray the cleaning substance directly on the heater or mats parts inside the oven because you can damage the material and

always read the manufacturer's instructions for cleaning. Clean the trays and plates in the oven with warm water and detergent.

Clean residues with a light abrasive cleaning powder.

Never cover the parts of the oven with aluminum foil. This could result overheating which can affect the result of the baking and damage the oven enamel.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If you still have a problem with your appliance after checking these basic troubleshooting steps, please contact an authorised service person or qualified technician.

• Do not elongate cooking time.
