VIKTIGE SIKKERHETSREGLER
OPPSKRIFTER PÅ VAFLER:
Vaniljevaer
150 g smør eller margarin
200 g sukker
4 egg

1/2 ts salt
250 g hvetemel
1 str. ts bakepulver
1-2 ss øte
Fremgangsmåte: Bland smør, sukker, egg, salt, vaniljesukker, mel, bakepulver og øte. Rør godt sammen. Bland i melk I passe tykk røre.

- To disconnect the appliance, remove plug from wall outlet.
- Do not use the appliance for things other than for what it was intended.
- Is the cable damaged, it must be replaced by authorized service personnel.
- Is there damage to the device or that it does not work, it must be serviced only by authorized personnel.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instrucon concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years.

This appliance is intended for domesc use only.
No user-serviceable parts inside.
A short power cord is provided to reduce the hazards resulting from entanglement or tripping over a longer cord. An extension cord may be used with care; however, its marked electrical rang should be at least as great as the electrical rang of this appliance. The extension cord should be posioned such that it does not hang over the counter or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over. The electrical rang of this appliance is listed on the appliance's rang plate.
BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME
Before using for the rst me, the hotplates should be cleaned with a moist cloth.
We recommend lightly greasing the hotplates when using the appliance for the rst me. This will not be necessary on subsequent occasions.
The rst two waes should not be eaten.
MAKING WAFFLES
- Insert the plug into a standard electrical outlet. Make sure that the voltage to be used agrees with the rated voltage of your appliance.
- Close the wae iron and prepare wafe batter while the wafe iron heats up. Set the thermostat regulator to the desired seng.
- The power (red), indicator lights will light up. When the green indicator lights up (aer about 4 minutes), the wae iron is ready for baking.
- Open the appliance and pour the wae baer onto the centre of the lower hotplates. Using the included ladle will result in the correct amount of baer being used. Close the appliance carefully. Do not force shut. Steam may be ejected from between the hotplates.
- When the green indicator light turns o, the red indicator light will light. Aer few minutes the green light will light up and the wae is ready.
- If you think the wae is too light or too dark, adjust the thermostat.
NOTE:
■ Care must be taken to ensure that ngers do not come into contact with the hotplates.
During baking, the ready light will turn on and o as the thermostat keeps the wae iron at the right temperature.
- Your wafe will bake in about 2 minutes or longer depending on your personal tastes. When baking is nished, open the wae iron and remove the wae with a plasc or wooden spatula. Never use a metal knife as this may damage the non-sck coang. The appliance should be kept closed in-between baking waes.
- Aer use, remove the plug from the wall socket.
HELPFUL HINTS
- Always preheat the wafe iron before baking. Plug the wafe iron in rst, and prepare the baer while the wae iron is heang.
- If you want lightly colored waes, remove them before the READY light goes off. Or if you prefer darker colored waes, leave them in a lile while longer.
- If the lid resists liing allow the wae to bake a lile longer, and then try liing the lid again.
- If the wafe scks to the top cooking plates, remove them with a plasc or wooden spatula.
- Let wae cool slightly on an oven grate before eang to avoid possible burns.
- Top baked waes with dierent fruits or ice cream to create your own speciales.
- The included ladle measures out the correct amount of batter.
- These wae irons hotplates are a new, revolutionary design. The coned design ensures that the baer is evenly distributed and that all the air is pressed out of the wae iron. It is therefore not necessary to spread out the wae baer using a ladle or similar. This is done automatically when you close the wae iron.
CLEANING
■ Always pull out the plug before any cleaning operaon and allow the appliance to cool down.
■ Never immerse the appliance in water or hold it under running water.
■ Wipe down the casing with a moist cloth only.
■ Clean the hotplates aer they have cooled down with a moist cloth or with a very so brush.
■ Never use sharp or pointed objects or any abrasive cleaning agents for cleaning purposes.
NEVER IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE IN WATER OR OTHER LIQUID.
