How long does it take for the steamer to heat up?

The steamer heats up in approximately 45 seconds. The indicator light turns off when it is ready for use.

Can I use tap water in the steamer?

Yes, tap water is suitable. However, if you live in an area with very hard water, it is recommended to use distilled water to reduce scale buildup.

Why is no steam coming out?

Possible causes: the appliance hasn't heated enough (wait 45 seconds), water tank is empty or not inserted properly, or you are holding the steamer upside down. Ensure the tank is filled and properly seated, and hold the steamer upright.

Can I use the steamer on flat surfaces?

No. This steamer is designed for upright use on hanging garments. Using it horizontally may cause water to leak or prevent steam production.

What does the indicator light mean?

The indicator light turns on when the appliance is plugged in and heating. It turns off when the steamer is ready to use (after about 45 seconds).

How do I clean the steamer?

Unplug and let it cool completely. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and then dry with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse in water.

What is the brush attachment for?

The brush attachment helps steam penetrate thicker fabrics like coats or upholstery. Attach it to the steam nozzle for better results on heavy materials.

Why does the steamer make a pumping sound?

The pumping sound is normal. It indicates that water is being pumped from the tank to the heating chamber to be converted into steam.

Can I add perfume or vinegar to the water?

No. Do not add perfume, vinegar, starch, descaling agents, or other chemicals. Only use clean water (tap or distilled).

What should I do if water drips from the nozzle?

This may happen if the water tank is not properly inserted or the steamer hasn't heated enough. Ensure the tank is seated correctly and wait for the indicator light to turn off before using. Also, always hold the steamer upright.

Before use make sure to read all of the below instructions in order to avoid injury or damage, and to get the best results from the appliance. Make sure to keep this manual in a safe place. If you give or transfer this appliance to someone else make sure to also include this manual.

In case of damage caused by user failing to follow the instructions in this manual the warranty will be void. The manufacturer/importer accepts no liability for damages caused by failure to follow the manual, a negligent use or use not in accordance with the requirements of this manual.

1. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

2. Children shall not play with the appliance.

3. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

4. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

5. Unplug the appliance during filling and cleaning.

6. The appliance is not to be used if it has been dropped, if there are visible signs of damage or if it is leaking.

7. Before inserting the plug into the mains socket, please check that the voltage and frequency comply with the specifications on the rating label.

8. If an extension cord is used it must be suited to the power consumption of the appliance, otherwise overheating of the extension cord and/or plug may occur. There is a potential risk of injuries from tripping over the extension cord. Be careful to avoid dangerous situations.

9. Ensure that the mains cable is not hung over sharp edges and keep it away from hot objects and open flames.

10. Do not immerse the appliance or the mains plug in water or other liquids. There is danger to life due to electric shock!
11. To remove the plug from the plug socket, pull the plug. Do not pull the power cord.

BEFORE USE

Remove all packaging material. Make sure the appliance is unplugged.

Detach the water tank from the main body. Open the cover of the water tank and fill with water. For this, use the measuring cup. Then place it back into the housing.

Your appliance has been designed to be used with tap water. In case you live in an area with very hard water, fast scale build-up may occur. Therefore, it is recommended to use distilled water to prolong the lifetime of your appliance. Do not put perfume, vinegar, starch, descaling agents, ironing aids or other chemicals in the water tank, as your appliance is not designed to work with these chemical.

OPERATION

1. Insert the power plug in to a designated outlet, the indicator light goes on.
2. The water will heat in about 45 seconds and the indicator light will turn off. Now the appliance is ready for use.
3. Put garment on a hanger. Pull lightly on the garment with one hand. Hold the appliance in the other hand, direct the steam nozzle toward the garment, and press the steam button to control the steam.
4. Move the appliance up and down and/or back and forth along the garment to release wrinkles.
5. After use, unplug the appliance and empty the water tank when the appliance has completely cooled down.

Note:

1) There may be little drops of water or a small amount of steam in the steam nozzle when first plug in. This is normal. Do not press the steam control button before the indicator light turns off.
2) Brush attachment can be used to improve the steam penetration to thick and heavy fabric.

CLEANING

1. Before cleaning, ensure the appliance is disconnected from the power supply and has completely cooled down.
2. Wipe the appliance with a damp cloth and then polished with a dry one.
3. Never use souring pads, abrasive cleaning agents or aggressive liquids such as alcohol, petrol or acetone to clean the appliance.

If problems occur?

The appliance does not produce any steam.	The appliance has not heated up sufficiently.	Let the appliance heat up for approx. 45 seconds. When the light goes out, the appliance is ready for use.
	The water level in water tank is too low.	Unplug the appliance and refill the water tank.
	The water tank is not in place	Insert the water tank properly.
	You are holding the appliance upside down, which makes it impossible for the appliance to suck up water from the water tank.	Hold the appliance in upright position.
	You are holding the steamer in horizontal position to steam a garment on a flat surface.	This appliance is designed to be used in upright position on hanging garments. Do not use the steamer in horizontal position or on garments in horizontal position.
Water droplets drip from the steam nozzle.	The water tank is not in place.	Insert the water tank properly.
	The appliance has not heated up sufficiently.	Let the appliance heat up for approx. 45 seconds. When the light goes out, the appliance is ready for use.
The appliance produces a pumping sound/ the handle vibrates	Water is pumped to the appliance head to be converted into steam.	This is normal.
The appliance does not heat up.	There is a connection problem.	Check if the mains plug is inserted properly in the wall socket and if the wall socket is working properly.
