How to replace the refrigerator door gasket?

Remove the old gasket by pulling it out of the groove at the corners. To install the new one, slightly warm it with a hairdryer to reshape it, then gradually push it into the groove starting from the corners. Make sure the groove is not damaged.

How to replace the side LED lighting?

Unplug the appliance for at least 60 seconds beforehand. Use a suction cup to grab the light in its upper third, pull forward while turning slightly. Disconnect the electrical connector and install the new one in reverse order.

Can I reverse the door opening direction?

Yes, the manual provides instructions for reversing the doors. You will need to remove the top, middle, and bottom hinges, then reassemble them on the other side. You will need a Torx TX20 screwdriver.

How to adjust the refrigerator temperature?

Use the thermostat located inside the refrigerator compartment. Turn the knob to a setting between 1 (warmest) and 5 (coldest). The middle position is generally suitable.

What to do if the door does not close properly?

Check that the door gasket is clean and in good condition. If the gasket is deformed, replace it. The hinges can be adjusted: the manual describes hinge adjustment to optimize closing.

How to clean the refrigerator?

Unplug the appliance. Remove shelves and bins, wash them with warm soapy water. Wipe the interior with a damp cloth and baking soda. Do not use steam cleaners or abrasives.

How to defrost the freezer?

Switch off the appliance and leave the freezer door open. Place towels to absorb water. Never use sharp objects to remove ice. Once defrosted, wipe dry and restart.

What to do in case of a power outage?

Avoid opening the doors. Food stays cold for several hours. If the outage lasts more than 4 hours, check the condition of the food. Do not refreeze thawed products.

How to install the appliance correctly?

Place the refrigerator on a stable and level floor. Leave at least 5 cm space at the back for ventilation. Plug into a grounded outlet. Wait 2 hours before putting into operation.

1.2 Explanation of symbols

1.2.1 Danger levels

The warning levels consist of a symbol and a signal word. The signal word indicates the severity of the danger.

Repair

1. Release door gasket from the groove on right and left corner.

1. Pull out door gasket from groove.

Door gasket is removed.

	Thickness of new door gasket may deviate slightly from thickness of old door gasket. This will not affect closing behavior and long-term function.
	If your appliance has adjustable hinges or hinge attachments, you can optimize the closing behavior subsequently.
	Small side holes in door gasket are functional (required for ventilation). These are not production faults.

Repair

1. Check groove for gasket for damage.

3. i Slight deformation of door gasket is normal and does not affect its function. It is recommended to straighten door gasket before inserting it into appliance.

4.2 Replacing door upper hinge

Required tools:

Prerequisite:

√ Appliance is disconnected from power supply.
√ Appliance interior fittings are removed.

4.2.1 Removing door upper hinge

1. Place appliance on the back side.

Repair

1. 1. Press upper hinge cover on both sides (1).

2. Move out upper hinge cover (2)

3. Rotate hinge cover (3).
4. Remove upper hinge cover (4).
5. Unscrew two screws (5).
6. Remove upper hinge (6)

Upper hinge is removed.

▶ Install in reverse order.
