The minimum distance between the hob and the lowest part of the hood is 65 cm for gas or mixed cookers. For electric hobs, it is 43 cm.
How do I clean the grease filter?
Clean the grease filter once a month using a non-aggressive detergent. It can be washed by hand or in a dishwasher at a low temperature and short cycle. Discoloration may occur but does not affect performance.
How do I enable the charcoal filter saturation indicator?
With the hood off, press and hold buttons B and D simultaneously for 3 seconds until the 1st and 2nd speed LEDs flash and a beep sounds. To disable, repeat the same procedure.
When should I replace the charcoal filter?
The activated charcoal filter should be replaced every 4 months or when the saturation indicator (2nd speed LED flashing) appears. It cannot be washed or regenerated.
How can I reset the filter saturation indicator after cleaning?
After cleaning or replacing filters, press and hold button A for 3 seconds until the flashing LED (1st for grease, 2nd for charcoal) stops. The F LED will also turn off.
Can I use the hood without the charcoal filter?
Yes, if the hood is ducted externally, a charcoal filter is not required. For recirculation mode, the charcoal filter must be installed to remove odors.

The intensive speed runs for 5 minutes at maximum power. If the hood is on, it reverts to the previous speed; if off, it turns off after 5 minutes. Press A or B to interrupt.
How do I replace the LED lights?
LED lights are integrated and should be replaced only by authorized service personnel. Do not look directly into the LED light. Contact technical service at www.husqvarna-electrolux.se/shop.
