Frequently Asked Questions - CP-1 WILFA

What type of cookware can I use with the Wilfa CP-1?
For best performance, use flat-bottomed pans made of stainless steel or iron. If your CP-1 is an induction model, ensure the pan has a magnetic base. Avoid glass or ceramic cookware.
How do I clean the cooker?
Unplug the appliance and let it cool. Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse in water. The control panel should be wiped gently.
What does error code E0 mean?
Error E0 typically indicates that no pan is detected or the pan is unsuitable for induction. Ensure you use a proper pan with a magnetic bottom and place it centrally on the cooking zone.
Can I use the CP-1 outdoors?
The CP-1 is designed for indoor use only. Using it outdoors may expose it to moisture and increase the risk of electric shock. Use in a dry, well-ventilated area.
Does the cooker have a timer function?
Yes, the Wilfa CP-1 includes a built-in timer that can be set up to 180 minutes. After the set time, the cooker will automatically turn off.
What is the power consumption of the CP-1?
The maximum power consumption is 1800 W. The actual consumption varies depending on the temperature setting and cookware used. The unit operates at 220-240 V.
How do I activate the child lock?
Press and hold the lock key (usually a padlock icon) for 3 seconds until the indicator lights up. To deactivate, press and hold again. This prevents accidental changes during operation.
What should I do if the cooker does not turn on?
Check that the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Ensure the child lock is not activated. If the issue persists, try a different outlet. If still no power, contact Wilfa customer support.
Can I download the manual for the CP-1?
Yes, the user manual is available for free in PDF format on notice-facile.com. Visit the Wilfa CP-1 page and select your language to download.
Is the cooking surface easy to scratch?
