What type of cookware is compatible?
Only ferromagnetic pots and pans work with induction. Test with a magnet: if it sticks, it's compatible. Materials like cast iron, enameled steel, and some stainless steel work. Avoid glass, aluminum, or copper unless specified.
How do I clean the induction cooker?
Unplug and let it cool completely. Wipe the glass surface with a soft damp cloth. For stubborn residues, use a ceramic hob cleaner and a non-abrasive sponge. Never immerse in water.
Why does my induction cooker not heat up?
Check that the pot is compatible and properly centered. Ensure the appliance is plugged in and the power is on. If an error code appears, refer to the manual (e.g., E0 means no pan detected).
What does error code E0 mean?
Error E0 indicates that no pan or an incompatible pan is detected. Place a ferromagnetic pan on the cooking zone. If the error persists, check if the pan base is flat and at least 12 cm in diameter.
Can I use cast iron cookware?
Yes, cast iron is compatible as long as it has a flat bottom. However, avoid dragging it to prevent scratches on the glass surface.
Is it safe to leave the induction cooker unattended?
No, never leave the appliance unattended while in use. It has safety features like auto shut-off, but always supervise cooking to prevent accidents.
