Grillplate with non-stick coating
The food does not stick and the surface is easy to clean.
Ribbed grillsurface
Good for a juicy and delicious result. The fat flows along the ribs into the driptray.
Temperature regulator
The variable control has 10 different settings. The removable regulator is easy to clean and store separately. Always unplug the unit after use.
Removable dripray
Collects fat and fluid from the food. The driptray can be covered with foil before grilling but can also be washed in a dishwasher.
Handle
Heat insulated and does not become hot.
Base
In heat resistant plastic. Easy to clean. Can be placed directly on the table. The grill can be used as a tablegrill or heating plate.
Dome-shaped lid with steam ventilator
The tight lid keeps the heat in the same way as an oven. The lid can also be used as a windshield for the grill by placing the knob on the inside of the lid on the grillplate. Se instructions on next page.
Outside storing
The parts can be stored outside if you protect them from rain and snow. However, the temperature regulator should be stored inside.
Assembly
- Place the foot on an even surface. Press the tube into the hole of the foot. The end with the screw should be placed towards the base under the grillplate. Press the tube as much as possible into the foot. The tube can be difficult to assemble into the foot. The reason is to maintain the stability during use. It can be necessary to use a hammer to get the tube into the foot. Use a piece of wood on top of the tube and hammer on the wood (do not hammer directly on the tube).
- Place the bowl shaped base of the appliance onto the tube so that it fits properly.
- Put the dripray into the base. The dripray is easy to clean if you cover it with foil before use.
- Place the grillplate on the base of the appliance.
Wipe the grillplate with some cooking oil before use. Repeat before each use.
- WARNING: Never use fuels such as charcoal, combustibles, stimulating liquids.
- NOTE! Never place any objects for example frying pans, plates or similar on the grillplate.
Assembling the lid
The lid should be assembled according to the illustration below. The vent on the lid should be placed towards the hole in the lid.

Use
-
Insert the appliance socket into the opening intended for it. Remove the safetycap which hangs in a cord on the regulator (let the lid hang in the cord).
-
Plug the appliance and start the grill with the temperature regulator. If you use extension flex it should be earthed.
- Turn the regulator to desired setting.
Preheat the grill without lid when you grill sausages and small meat pieces. When the pilot light goes out the grill is ready to use. When you grill larger meat the lid should be on. Preheat for 10 minutes before start.
Note! The pilot light goes out as soon as the required temperature has been reached. After that the lamp will turn on an off during use. This means that the heating element keeps the desired temperature. The preheating time depends which setting the control has.
Always remove the plug from the outlet after use.
Important tips
Grilling has never been this easy. You can grill meat and vegetables at the same time under the lid and the ingredients will keep their flavour. The result will be juicy and tender meat and the vegetables will be tasty and crispy. Read the following instructions carefully before use.
Grilling ABC
- Large pieces of meat demands a hotter grill. Preheat the grill for 10 minutes with the lid on. If you grill smaller/fewer pieces you don't need the lid.
- Do not lift the lid without cause during use. The heat escapes and the grilling time is prolonged.
- The food should be room tempered and deep frozen food should be thawed before grilling.
- Large roasts and whole chickens, according to size, should be grilled 1-2 hours. Do not burn the underside, place the roast on foil and grease the surface. Fold the edges to avoid the juice to leak into the grill. The juice can be used to make a sauce.
- Scoop the fluid on the foil over the roast/chicken during the last 30 minutes. Turn the meat after half the time.
- Never grill the meat to long.
-
If you grill larger meat you can use a thermometer. Then you don't have to guess when the food is ready. Stick the thermometer into the center of the piece of meat.
-
You can wipe the grillplate with kitchen roll during grilling if you feel the need.
- Use different utensils for raw and grilled food.

Do not use steel wool pads or metal utensils it might damage the coating. Dry the parts well before you store the grill.
Base and lid
Wipe the base and lid with a damp cloth. They can also be cleaned with warm water and detergent. Never clean them in a dishwasher. Never use abrasive detergents or metal utensils which can damage the coating.
Foot
Wipe with a damp cloth and never clean it in a dishwasher.
Storing

IMPORTANT!
Check that the contactareas of the grillplate are completely dry before the temperature regulator in connected. Dry the inside with a dry cloth and shake it to get rid of water.
Grilling times
- The grilling times are approximate. It varies depending on thickness, temperature, own taste etc. The temperature of the environment does also affect the grillingtime. Start at full effect and lower it after some time and put on the lid. The food will get a crispy surface and at the same time grilled thoroughly.
- If the surface of the meat gets brown before it's grilled thoroughly, put the lid on and reduce the temperature.
- Chicken and turkey shall be completely done but not dry. Well-hung fillet can be somewhat red inside, then the meat is still juicy and tender. Pork should always be well done. Check the meat by cutting in it.
