How do I set up my personal data on the scale?

Press and hold the SET key until the screen displays a user code (P0-P9). Use ▲ or ▼ to select a code, then press SET to confirm. Follow the prompts to select gender, age (10-80), and height (100-240 cm). Each value is confirmed by pressing SET.

How do I switch between kg and lb?

Press the SET key. The display will show '0.0kg' after a test sequence. Use ▲ or ▼ to toggle between kg and lb, then step on the scale to weigh.

Why is the scale not turning on?

Check if the protective isolation sheet has been removed from the battery. If the battery is dead, replace it with a new CR2032 battery. Ensure the battery is inserted with correct polarity.

How do I measure body fat and hydration?

Stand barefoot on the scale with your feet evenly positioned on the electrodes. Keep still after the weight appears. The scale will automatically display your body fat %, hydration %, muscle %, and bone percentage in sequence.

What does 'ERR2' mean?

ERR2 indicates an error during measurement. This can happen if you move too much, have wet feet, or the electrodes are not making proper contact. Stand still and ensure bare feet are clean and dry.

Can I use the scale if I have a pacemaker?

No. The scale is not recommended for people with implanted medical devices such as pacemakers. It may interfere with the device. Consult your doctor if unsure.

How do I clean the scale?

Use a soft, damp cloth without chemical agents to wipe the surface. Do not immerse the scale in water or use abrasive cleaners. Dry with a soft cloth.

What does 'O-Ld' on the display mean?

O-Ld means the weight exceeded the maximum capacity of 150 kg. Step off immediately to avoid damage. The scale will return to normal once the excess weight is removed.

Why are my body composition results different each time?

Results can vary due to hydration levels, time of day, recent exercise, or foot placement. For consistency, measure at the same time under similar conditions. Ensure your feet are clean and correctly positioned.

What is the recommended age range for body composition measurement?

The body fat/hydration analysis is designed for users aged 10 to 70 years. Children under 10 and adults over 70 can only use the scale in normal weighing mode (weight only). Athletes may also see deviations.

Please read all these instructions carefully before using this appliance.

1. This device may be used by children of 8 years of age or more and by persons with limited physical and mental capacity, as well as by persons without experience and knowledge of the device, provided that supervision or instruction is ensured as regards operation of the equipment in a safe way, so as to make the related hazards understandable. Children should not play with the device. Children without supervision should not clean and maintain the appliance.

This product is specially designed to test body fat/ hydration, help keep a close eye on the daily change of your body fat, hydration and weight, providing information for your reference. Base on the analysis of your height, weight and age etc., it tells your body fat status and gives you an idea of your body condition. Please read this instruction carefully before use.

During Measuring

1. Always remove your shoes and socks, wipe clean your feet before using.
2. It is advisable to take measurement at the same time of the day.
3. Measured result could be misleading after intensive exercise, excessive dieting or under extreme dehydration condition.
4. Always weigh/use the scale on a hard and flat surface. When you are measuring, please keep still.
5. The body fat/hydration measured data of the following people may have deviation:

- Children under 10 or adult over 70 (can only use the device under normal weighing mode)

- Body building athletes or other occupational athletes.

1. People with the following conditions should not use the device:

- Pregnant women

- Those on dialysis treatment

- Those who use heart pacemaker or with other implanted medical device.

The Fat% Hydration%Muscle% content evaluated by this device is only for reference (not for medical purpose). If your Fat% Hydration% content is over/below normal level, please consult your doctor for more advice

BATTERY

Used batteries should be discarded in special collection bins. Please remove the isolation sheet from the battery contact before use.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT:

1. Open the battery cover at the bottom of the device.

2. Carefully lever the battery and take it out.

3. Insert a new battery and press it gently until the retaining clip snaps in place. Please pay attention to the polarization.
4. Close the lid.

TO SET WEIGHT UNIT

• Press "SET" and it will get ready for use when screen shows
  "0,0kg" after "8888" and you can press and to switch within different units (kg/lb)

FOR WEIGHT ONLY

• Press "SET"
• Step on the scale gently, position your feet evenly near the center and keep ypour body still until the scale stabilizes your weight.
• The scale will be auto off if no further using.

Step on the scale gently and keep your bare feet in touch with the electrodes. Stand still and erect to get your weight measured and your body fat, hydration, muscle and bone percentage will be displayed respectively on the screen within seconds. Thes results will be repeated for two times and the scale will be auto off no further using.

The personal data will be stored once you set. Just confirm your code when you use scale again and your other information will be showed so there is no need to program them again.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• The appliance cannot be submersed in water
• Do not use any cleansing agents which are strong and damage the surface
• Wipe the housing with a moistened cloth

The weighing subject on the platform exceeds the maximum capability of scale. Please step off to avoid damage.

Message redo the measurements.

If body percentage is less than 5%, then screen will show "FATL". If more than 50% it will display "FATH" and "ERR2" indicates that the measuring makes an error.
