Frequently Asked Questions - TSA8034 Teesa

How do I turn on the heater?
Plug the heater into a power outlet. Turn the thermostat knob to the desired temperature, then select the fan speed using the switch: Low (1000W) or High (2000W). The Fan Only setting circulates air without heat.
What is the recommended room size for this heater?
The heater is suitable for rooms up to approximately 25 m² (270 sq ft). For larger spaces, consider using multiple units.
How do I clean the heater?
Always unplug the heater and let it cool completely. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the heater in water. The air intake and outlet can be cleaned with a vacuum brush attachment.
Does the heater have an automatic shut-off?
Yes, the heater features overheat protection and a tip-over switch. If the unit overheats or is knocked over, it will automatically turn off for safety.
Can I use the heater in a bathroom?
No, this heater is not designed for damp or wet locations. It should only be used in dry indoor areas to avoid electric shock.
Why does the heater produce a smell when first used?
During initial use, the heating element may produce a slight odor as it burns off dust or manufacturing residues. This is normal and will disappear after a few minutes of operation. Ensure the room is well-ventilated.
How can I reduce noise from the heater?
The fan generates some noise (< 45 dB). To minimize it, operate on the Low setting or place the heater on a stable, non-carpeted surface. Oscillation may add slight mechanical noise.
Does the heater have a remote control?
No, the Teesa TSA8034 is controlled manually via knobs and a switch on the unit. There is no remote control included.
Can I leave the heater on overnight?
It is not recommended to leave the heater unattended or while sleeping. Although safety features are present, always follow the manual's guidelines: turn off the heater when leaving the room or going to bed.
What should I do if the heater stops working?
First, check that it is plugged in and the power outlet is working. Ensure the thermostat is set above room temperature. If the heater tipped over, reset it by placing it upright. If it still does not work, contact Teesa customer service under the 2-year warranty.
