Frequently Asked Questions - TSA8025 Teesa

How do I turn on the heater?
Plug the heater into a mains socket with the mode knob set to 0 and thermostat at minimum. Then turn the mode knob to I (1000 W) or II (2000 W) for heat, or to the fan symbol for cool air.
What do the different mode positions mean?
The fan symbol provides cool air. Position I provides warm air at 1000 W. Position II provides hot air at 2000 W. Position 0 turns the heater off.
How does the thermostat work?
Set the thermostat knob to the desired temperature. When the room reaches that temperature, the heater will automatically switch off. Turn the knob anticlockwise to find the point where it clicks off; that sets the constant temperature.
What should I do if the heater overheats?
The heater has an overheat protection that shuts it off automatically. Unplug the heater, remove any obstruction from the air intake or outlet, let it cool down, then plug it back in. It will resume operation once cooled.
Can I use this heater in a bathroom?
No, this heater is not suitable for bathrooms or humid environments. Do not use it near a bath, shower, or swimming pool.
How should I clean the heater?
Turn off and unplug the heater, let it cool completely. Wipe the casing with a soft damp cloth. Clean the air intake grill with a soft cloth or vacuum cleaner to remove dust. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
Can I leave the heater unattended?
No, do not leave the heater unattended while it is operating. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.
What is the minimum room size for this heater?
Do not use the heater in rooms smaller than 4 m².
The indicator light is on but no heat?
The indicator light stays on when the room temperature is below the thermostat setting. If the heater is set to a heating mode and the light is on, it means the heater is actively heating. If no heat, ensure the mode knob is at I or II and the thermostat is set high enough.
Can I use an extension cord?
The manual does not recommend extension cords. Plug the heater directly into a wall socket. If necessary, use a heavy-duty cord that matches the power rating.
