Climate class

Acronym for ambient temperature range, ie SN, N, ST or T, in determining climate classes:

1. the extended temperate zone (SN) has a temperature range of 10\ °C to 32\ °C ;

PART 4: CORRECT USE FOR YOUR REFRIGERATOR

Warnings!

• Don't use mechanical equipment or other methods to accelerate the defrosting process except the means recommended by the manufacturer.
• Don't use any electrical appliances in the food storage compartments except the model recommended by the manufacture.
• The R600a refrigerant and cyclopentane foaming material used in the refrigerator are inflammable. All waste and discarded refrigerators shall be placed away from naked fire and they are not allowed to burn.

New refrigerator is coming

• Remove all packaging material before using the new refrigerator. This includes the foam base and all adhesive tape holding the refrigerator accessories inside and outside.
• Clean both the inside and outside of the refrigerator with wet cloth (a little detergent could be added into the warm water to wash the cloth and then wipe it again with the clean water);
  • Prepare an independent two-pole socket with grounding contact for the refrigerator and it shall not share a multi-purpose socket with other electrical appliances;
• Do connect grounding wire! The grounding pole of the socket shall be provided with a reliable grounding wire.
• Open the refrigerator body and take out the accessory two screws from the instruction packaging bag; then install them into the bottom beam as shown by the schematic diagram on the right.

Instruction to height adjustment of the door

Before adjusting the height of the door, rotate the downward adjusting nut counterclockwise (as shown in Figure I) for 2 circles with a wrench, and loosen the downward adjusting nut. Rotate the upward adjusting nut (as shown in Figure I) to adjust the height, and then tighten the downward adjusting nut clockwise again.

1. When the door of refrigerating chamber is low:

Open the door, use the accompanying wrench to rotate the upward adjusting nut counterclockwise according to the method as shown in Figure I, to move it upward until it is parallel and level.

2. When the door of refrigerating chamber is high:

Open the door, use the accompanying wrench to rotate the upward adjusting nut clockwise according to the method as shown in Figure I, to move it downward, until it is parallel and level.

NOTE: Height adjustment cannot be too large. The total height can be adjusted to 5 mm!

PART 5: REFRIGERATORS TRANSPORTION AND LOCATION

Transportation

Please don't inverted, squeezed, vibration refrigerator. when moving, the tilt angle can't larger than 45 degree. When moving, dont cling the door or coping.

Location

Ensure proper air circulation around refrigerator, dont place the unit near heat source, direct sunlight, moisture or water, avoid rust and weakening the insulation.

Top space at least 30cm, space on both the sides and back at least 10cm from the wall. So refrigerator door can open or close convenience and emanate heat.

Installing the refrigerator on solid. level floor (If don't level, it can adjust the leveler to level.)

Attention!

PART 6: START USING

Before it is used, make sure that the refrigerator is installed on the solid and level floor. To understand all the attention to security matters.

1. Connect to power supply

After connecting to power supply, the refrigerator is in the default status, and it shows the actual chilled and frozen temperature. The refrigerator has a Power-down memory, The first time when it is power on, then every time will be set up at the last power-down operation.

1. Put the food into the refrigerator

TIPS:

When the temperature is set to change or put new food into the refrigerator, it takes some time to balance the inside temperature. Refrigerator compartment

Put the food which are short-term storage or to eat at any time in the refrigerator compartment.

Shelf adjustment

Height adjustment and cleaning of rack

Lift the rack by the direction (1.), hold both the sides, then pull it out by the direction (2.). After cleaning, to install the rack by the opposite direction. You can also adjust the position according to the height of stored food.

Warning!

The water pipes must be connected under the condition of power-off. Electric shock may cause serious injury or death.

User shall determine whether to require an anti-reflux valve upon the installation of water pipe. If required, user shall purchase it individually and install a single-way valve or an anti-reflux valve on the joint of water route, or make it installed by a specialized person.

Notices!

The water pipe cannot be used where environmental temperature is under 0, Or it may lead to freezing. The water pipe cannot be connected to hot water, which may lead to deformation. The water pipe should be used in the pressure range 30-100psi. Lower pressure may cause smaller ice pieces and longer water exiting time. But higher pressure may damage the filter.

The pipe cannot be connected to drinks, alcohol or other liquids except for water.

1. Turn off the water-tap.
2. Connect water pipe onto the water-tap. The water pipe should be long enough to prevent the drop-off of the water pipe caused by removing of refrigeratory.
3. Turn off the refrigerator.
4. Use a connecting pipe to connect the water pipes behind the refrigeratory and on the water-tap.
5. To prevent the drop-off or leaking of the water pipes, they must be fixed by fixed pins.
6. Turn on the water tap to check leakage.
7. The refrigeratory is energized an used normally.

Use of Automatic Ice Maker/Ice& Water Dispenser

Notices!

The water pipes are used in the pressure range of 30-100psi. Water softeners may damage the ice maker and must not be used. Please check the ice pieces in the storage box when power-off above 1h. If the ice pieces are thawing and binding together, please empty them, because the bound ice pieces may cause Failure of the ice system.

Ice maker

When the ice pieces in the storage box are binding together, you had better to melt it with warm water rather than smash and take out them with a sharp tool, which may damage the refrigeratory.

Supply of cold water

1. Choose the ice/water button on the display board, and make sure the water indicator turns on.
2. When the water switch plate is pressed by the cup, the cold water comes out.
3. When using the refrigerator the first time, water does not come out before the water tank in the refrigerator is filled up. The normal manner to get water is pushing and holding the switch plate for 2-3 minutes.
4. After the water comes out, please discharge water for about 3 minutes to purge the air and smell of plastic in the water pipe.
5. When cold water is required, it's better to get some ice before getting water.

6. When getting water, it is normal for noise of valve operation.

7. Automatic ice maker operates when the freezer reaches the needed temperature below 0^irc C after a period prescriptive time when the refrigeratory is energized. Under normal temperature, the time between the refrigerator's first energizing and first making of ice is about 6 hours.

8. The ice firstly made after the installation of the refrigeratory shall be thrown away because of plastic smell and impurities.

9. The time interval of ice making is about 2 hours, and the amount of the ice is different according to different service conditions.

10. When the ice storage is full, the ice maker will stop automatically, and when the ice storage is empty, the ice maker will make ice again automatically.

11. The noises for de-icing, motor operation, dropping of ice into the ice storage, and operation of water supply valve may not happen periodically. They are not errors.

12. Please use the button on/off on the distributor to turn off the ice-making function when it is not required. The ice maker is sold under ON state. If unnecessary, please turn off this function timely after installation of the refrigerator. When the ice-making function is turned on without connection of waterways, there are operational noises of water supply valve.

13. When ice piece is smaller than usual in a certain period of time, please verify the replacement frequency of the fi Iter. When the fi Iter reaches its operation time, the water supply pressure is lower and the made ice piece is smaller.

14. When cleaning the ice storage box, turn off the ice-making function on the distributor before detaching the ice storage box.

15. Do not whirl the Auger during reinstallation of the removed ice storage box. After being whirled, the Auger cannot be assembled and installed normally. It may be damaged when taking out the ice. Whirl the Auger left and right after it has been whirled to ensure normal installation.

16. Choose the ice/ water button on the display board, select entire or crushed ice pieces and make sure the relevant indicator turns on.

17. Use the container to push and hold the switch plate to get ice.

18. According to the water supply condition, some mixed small ice pieces may come out when getting the entire ice pieces..

19. When crushed ice pieces are required, please press the container most close to the ice discharging orifice to prevent the crushed ice from dropping out.

20. When getting ice, the noises of motor, crushing ice and so on are normal.

21. To protect the motor, the refrigeratory will stop when the switch plate is pushed for 1 minute or more. Then, releasing the switch plate and waiting a moment, you can get ice normally again. When large amount of entire ice pieces are required, please open the door Of freezer, take the ice storage box out and use the ice in it.

Way to replace the filter

1. The filter installed in this refrigerator is refi nded by NSF42, which can fi lter the smell, chlorine and so on in running water.
2. The replacement cycle of the filter is about 6 mouths. When replacement is needed, the indicator on the display board will turn on. The replacement cycle may be shortened according to operating environment.
3. With the function of BY-PASS, it can supply water normally without the filter. If necessary, additional filter can be installed and used out of the refrigerator by yourself.
4. During replacement, little water in the connection part may drop out, a container can be located under it to receive the drops.
5. The filter is installed in the liner of the refrigerator. You can seize the lower bugle and whirl it leftward to take it out. When it is difficult to take out, you can detach the lampshade in the refrigerator before detaching the filter.
6. The assembling is in opposite order. Push it upwards and whirl it rightward at the same time.

PART 9: INTRODUCTION OF FUNCTION

Display Control

Power on the display panel to reach full display after 3s, the start-up tone rings and the panel displays the systemic memory mode and temperature settings. This is a lock mode. The factory default memory status of main control board: temperature of refrigerating chamber and freezing chamber is set to 5 °C and -18°C respectively; there is no setting for special mode; the ice-maker is off by default. After the operation of display panel, the status is changed and memorized to main control board.

In normal cases, display screen enters standby state and then dies out after display board is locked without operation of door opening and key operations for 30s.

Where there are key operation, communication failure, sensor failure and ice-making malfunction when the door is opened, the display screen will light up and prompt relative information. Numeric area displays the temperature settings of all chambers; when a communication failure occurs, the area of freezing temperature gives a prompt of communication failure; when a sensor failure occurs, the area of freezing temperature give a prompt of all fault codes in turns under the lock state; in unlock state, the unlock pattern lights up; in lock state, the lock pattern lights up. To operate the unlocked keys under the lock state (except option key of ice water and fi lter reset), the lock pattern will fl ash lights.

1. LOCK/UNLOCK

Hold "LOCK/UNLOCK" key for 2s under the unlock state, the system enters the lock state; hold "LOCK/ UNLOCK" key for 2s under the lock state, the system enters the unlock state.

In unlocking, the unlock pattern lights up; in locking, the lock pattern lights up.

To operate the unlocked keys under the lock state (except option key of ice water and fi lter reset), the lock pattern will fl ash lights.

Without any key operation for 30s under the unlock state, the system enters the lock state automatically. Except the key "DISPENSER" and operation of fi iter rest, the operations of following keys must be conducted under unlock state. For any operation under the lock state, the lock icon will fl ash and prompt a buzzing sound for fault operation.

The following settings must be valid upon locking.

2. MODE.SEL

Press "MODE.SEL" for cycle setting of the mode "Holiday" → "Super Freezing" → "Super Cooling + Super Freezing" → "Super Freezing" → "None" → "Holiday"... Display panel and relative setting icon will display/die out synchronously.

Holiday mode: Freezing chamber is operating upon the temperature setting of -18 °C and refrigerating chamber is off (not freezing). (Closedown of refrigerating chamber has no effect on its lamp control).

Super Freezing mode: Freezing chamber is operating upon the temperature setting of -24^ircC ; the Super Freezing mode will exit automatically after operation for 26h. Then, freezing chamber restores to the valid temperature setting before Super Freezing mode. (Power off and then on, the Super Freezing mode exits. After that, the set temperature of freezing chamber is restored to -18^ircC ).

Super Cooling mode: Refrigerating chamber is operating upon the temperature setting of 2^irc C; the Super Cooling mode will exit automatically after operation for 150min. Then, refrigerating chamber restores to the original temperature setting. (Power off and then on, Super-cooling mode exits) After that, the set temperature of refrigerating chamber restores to 5^irc C).

Press "FRZ. TEMP." or "REF. TEMP.", holiday mode exits; refrigerating chamber and freezing chamber restore to original temperature settings;

Press "FRZ. TEMP.", Super Freezing mode exits; freezing chamber restores to operation under the original temperature setting;

Press "REF.TEMP.", Super Cooling mode exits; refrigerating chamber restores to operation under the original temperature setting;

Hold "MODE.SEL" for 2s to cancel/set the function of door-opening sound. To power on the display panel for the first time, the system defaults a sound for door opening. Press the key again to cancel the sound of door opening. To open the door, the buzzer does not prompt a sound (but the timeout warning of door opening is still valid).

3. REF.TEMP.

Temperature setting of refrigerating chamber

Press "REF.TEMP." key to choose refrigerating chamber, the temperature setting of refrigerating chamber blinks; press "REF.TEMP." again to set the temperature of refrigerating chamber; set the refrigerating chamber circulating under the state of "8 → 7 → 6 → 5 → 4 → 3 → 2 → 8 ……" Without key operation, the area of refrigerating temperature stops blinking after 5s.

4. FRZ.TEMP.

Temperature Setting of Freezing Chamber

Press "FRZ.TEMP." key to choose freezing chamber, the temperature setting of freezing chamber blinks; press "FRZ.TEMP." again to set the temperature of freezing chamber; set the refrigerating chamber circulating under the state of "-16 → -17 → -18 → -19 → -20 → -21 → -22 → -23 → -24 → -16 ….." Without key operation, the area of refrigerating temperature stops blinking after 5s.

5. ICE OFF

Press "ICE OFF" key, the relative words and icon die out/lights up, activating/inactivating the ice-making function.

6. DISPENSER

Press "DISPENSER" key to choose ice/water state; set it circulate under the state of "Get IceCrushed IceGet Water None", the relative icon on the panel will light up/die out in turns.

7. Ice-maker Water Intake Time Setting

Hold the composition key "FRZ.TEMP." + "REF.TEMP." for 2s to enter the setting state; press "REF.TEMP." and "FRZ.TEMP." to increase or decrease the grade of water intake for ice-marker (adjustable between 5-25s). (Setting time is displayed on the area of freezing temperature). Enter the setting state of ice-maker water intake time or holding the combination key "FRZ.TEMP." + "REF.TEMP." for 2s, such mode may exit.

Announcements

Placement of food in the appliance

• Potatoes, onions and garlic should not be stored in the refrigerator / freezer.
• Under normal circumstances, the temperature setting in the refrigerator is sufficient to +4 °C.
- The temperature of the refrigerator should be between 0 °C and 8 °C. Fresh foods stored below 0 °C freeze, rot. The bacterial load increases when stored above 8 °C and food spoils.
- Do not put warm or hot food in the fridge / freezer, wait for it to cool to room temperature. Hot food raise the temperature inside the refrigerator / freezer and can cause unnecessary spoilage and possible food poisoning.
• Meat, fish, etc. should be stored in a designated refrigerated compartment - if available.
- Fruits and vegetables should be stored in a designated refrigerated compartment - if available.
- To prevent contamination of meat products with bacteria, do not store fruits and vegetables in a common compartment. The same is true in reverse - contamination of fruits and vegetables with bacteria from meat products.
