How do I connect the soundbar to my TV via Bluetooth?

Press the SOURCE button on the soundbar or the Bluetooth button on the remote to select Bluetooth mode (blue LED flashes). On your TV, enable Bluetooth and search for devices. Select "TH-E321B" from the list. If prompted, enter password 0000. Once paired, the LED turns solid blue. The operational range is up to 8 meters.

How do I use HDMI ARC to connect to my TV?

Use an HDMI cable (not included) to connect the soundbar's HDMI ARC socket to the TV's HDMI (ARC) socket. Ensure your TV supports HDMI-CEC and ARC, and that these functions are enabled in the TV settings. Press the HDMI ARC button on the remote to select this mode. You can then control volume and mute using your TV remote.

Why is there no sound coming from the soundbar?

First, check that the soundbar is not muted – press MUTE or VOLUME +/-. Ensure the correct input mode is selected (e.g., HDMI ARC, Optical, etc.). For digital connections (HDMI, Optical, Coaxial), set the audio output of the source device to PCM. Also verify that the volume is turned up on both the soundbar and the source device. If using Bluetooth, ensure the source device is paired and not muted.

How do I wall mount the soundbar?

Drill four parallel holes (5.5–6 mm diameter) in the wall, spaced 864 mm apart. Insert dowels if needed, then fix the wall mounting brackets with screws (included). Loosen the screws at the back of the soundbar about 2–3 mm, then lift the soundbar onto the brackets. Ensure the wall can support the total load (1.6 kg). Suggested mounting height is ≤ 1.5 meters for optimal performance.

Can I play music from a USB drive?

Yes, connect a USB mass storage device (up to 32 GB, formatted FAT16/FAT32) to the USB socket. Press the USB button on the remote to select USB mode. Only MP3 files are supported. Use the remote to play/pause (▶) and skip tracks (◄►).

How do I pair a new Bluetooth device after the first one?

In Bluetooth mode, press and hold the ▶ button on the remote for a few seconds. The soundbar will voice "Pairing" and the blue LED will flash rapidly. Then, on your new device, search for "TH-E321B" and select it. Follow the same pairing steps as for the first device.

What should I do if the remote control stops working?

First, ensure you are within 6 meters of the soundbar and pointing directly at the sensor. Replace the batteries (2 x AAA) with correct polarity. Also, check if there are obstacles or other infrared devices interfering. If still not working, try resetting the soundbar by unplugging and plugging it back in.

How do I clean the soundbar?

Unplug the soundbar from the power outlet. Use a dry, soft cloth to clean the exterior. Do not use chemical solvents or abrasive cleaners, as they may damage the finish. Avoid getting moisture into any openings.

Why does the soundbar automatically turn off?

The soundbar has an automatic power-off function: if no audio signal is detected for approximately 15 minutes (e.g., the TV is off or the volume is too low), it will switch to standby mode. To resume, press the ⏻ button. To disable this feature, you must keep a constant audio signal present.

What audio formats are supported via Optical or Coaxial input?

The soundbar supports PCM audio format via Optical and Coaxial inputs. If the source device outputs other formats (e.g., Dolby Digital), the soundbar will mute. In that case, set the source device's audio output to PCM. Refer to your source device's manual for configuration.

Prepare the Remote Control

The provided remote control allows the Soundbar to be operated from a distance.

• Even if the remote control is operated within the effective range of 6m (19.7 feet), remote control operation may be impossible if there are any obstacles between the Soundbar and the remote control.
• If the remote control is operated near other products that generate infrared rays, or if other remote control devices using infrared rays are used near the Soundbar, it may operate incorrectly. Conversely, the other products may operate incorrectly.

Replace the Remote Control Battery

• Press and slide the back cover to open the battery compartment of the remote control.
• Insert two AAA size batteries (included). Make sure the positive and negative ends of the batteries match the positive and negative ends indicated in the battery compartment.
• Close the battery compartment cover.

Precautions Concerning Batteries

• Be sure to insert the batteries with correct positive and negative polarities.
• Use batteries of the same type. Never use different types of batteries together.
• Either rechargeable or non-rechargeable batteries can be used. Refer to the precautions on their labels.
• Be aware of your fingernails when removing the battery cover and the battery.
• Do not drop the remote control.
• Do not allow anything to impact the remote control.
• Do not spill water or any liquid on the remote control.
• Do not place the remote control on a wet object.
• Do not place the remote control under direct sunlight or near sources of excessive heat.
• Remove the battery from the remote control when not in use for a long period of time, as corrosion or battery leakage may occur and result in physical injury, and/or property damage, and/or fire.
• Do not use any batteries other than those specified.
• Do not mix new batteries with old ones.
• Never recharge a battery unless it is confirmed to be a rechargeable type.

PLACEMENT AND MOUNTING

Placement

Option A

If your TV is placed on a table, you can place the Soundbar on the table directly in front of the TV stand, centered with the TV screen.

Option B

If your TV is attached to a wall, you can mount the Soundbar on the wall directly below the TV screen.

Wall Mounting (if using Option B)

• Installation must be carried out by qualified personnel only. Incorrect assembly can result in severe personal injury and property damage (if you intend to install this product yourself, you must check for installations such as electrical wiring and plumbing that may be buried inside the wall). It is the installer's responsibility to verify that the wall will safely support the total load of the Soundbar and wall brackets. Additional tools (not included) are required for the installation.
• Do not overtighten screws.
• Keep this instruction manual for future reference.
• Use an electronic stud finder to check the wall type before drilling and mounting.

WARNING

• To prevent injury, this apparatus must be securely attached to the floor/wall in accordance with the installation instructions. Suggested wall mounting height: ≤ 1.5 meters.
• Drill 4 parallel holes (5.5-6 mm each according to wall type) in the wall. The distance between the holes should be 864 mm.
• Firmly fix 1 dowel into each hole in the wall if necessary. Tighten the wall mount brackets on the wall with screws and screwdriver (not included). Make sure that they are securely installed.
• Loosen the screws at the back of the Soundbar. Leave approximately 2-3 mm between the screw head and the surface of the Soundbar.
• Lift the Soundbar onto the wall mount brackets and slot into place.

GENERAL OPERATION

CONNECT POWER

Risk of product damage! Ensure that the power supply voltage corresponds to the voltage printed on the back or the underside of the Soundbar.

Before connecting the AC power cord, ensure you have completed all other connections.

Soundbar

Connect the mains cable to the AC~ socket of the Soundbar and then into a mains socket.

Note: If there is no power, ensure the power cord and plug are fully inserted and the power is turned on.

STANDBY/ON

When you first connect the Soundbar to the mains socket, the Soundbar will be in Standby mode.

• Press the ⏻ button on the Soundbar or on the remote control to switch the Soundbar ON.
• Press the ⏻ button again to switch the Soundbar back to STANDBY mode.
• Disconnect the mains plug from the mains socket if you want to switch the Soundbar OFF completely.

Automatic Power Off Function

The Soundbar automatically turns to Standby mode after about 15 minutes if the TV or the external unit is disconnected, switched off or the volume is too close to mute.

• To switch the Soundbar off completely, remove the mains plug from the mains socket.
• Please turn the Soundbar off completely to save energy when not in use.

SELECT MODES

Press the ⭕ (SOURCE) button on the Soundbar or the AUX, ✝ (Bluetooth), USB, OPTICAL, COAXIAL, HDMI ARC buttons on the remote control to select the desired mode.

Green > AUX mode

Green flash > USB mode

Blue > BLUETOOTH mode

White > HDMI ARC mode

Orange > OPTICAL mode

Orange flash > COAXIAL mode

ADJUST THE VOLUME

Press the +/- (VOLUME) buttons on the Soundbar or on the remote control to adjust the volume. If you wish to turn the sound off, press the (MUTE) button on the remote control.

Press the ⏻ (MUTE) button again or press the +/- (VOLUME) buttons on the Soundbar or on the remote control to resume normal listening.

Note: While adjusting the volume, the status LED indicator will quickly flash. When the volume has hit maximum/minimum value level, the status LED indicator will slowly flash 3 times.

Press the EQ button on the remote control to select your desired preset equalizer effects.

HDMI CONNECTION

ARC (Audio Return Channel)

The ARC (Audio Return Channel) function allows you to send audio from your ARC-compliant TV to your soundbar through a single HDMI connection. To enjoy the ARC function, please ensure your TV is both HDMI-CEC and ARC compliant and set up accordingly. When correctly set up, you can use your TV remote control to adjust the volume output (VOLUME +/- and MUTE) of the soundbar.

Connect the HDMI cable (included) from unit's HDMI ARC socket to the HDMI (ARC) socket on your ARC compliant TV. Then press the remote control to select HDMI ARC.

NOTE:

Your TV must support the HDMI-CEC and ARC function. HDMI-CEC and ARC must be set to On. The setting method of HDMI-CEC and ARC may differ depending on the TV. For details about ARC function, please refer to the owner's manual. ARC only works with devices that are HDMI ARC capable as well as with an HDMI 1.4 cable (and higher).

USE THE OPTICAL SOCKET

Remove the protective cap of the OPTICAL socket, then connect an OPTICAL cable (not included) to the TV's OPTICAL OUT socket and the OPTICAL socket on the Soundbar.

USE THE COAXIAL SOCKET

You can also use the COAXIAL cable (not included) to connect the TV's COAXIAL OUT socket and the COAXIAL socket on the Soundbar.

USE THE AUX SOCKET

Use a 3.5mm to 3.5mm audio cable (included) to connect the TV's or external audio device headphone socket to the AUX socket on the Soundbar.

Use an RCA to 3.5mm audio cable (not included) to connect the TV's audio output sockets to the AUX socket on the Soundbar.

1. Ensure that the Soundbar is connected to the TV or audio device.
2. Press the ☉ (SOURCE) button repeatedly on the Soundbar or press the AUX, OPTICAL, COAXIAL, HDMI ARC buttons on the remote control to select the desired mode.
3. Press the +/- (VOLUME) button to adjust the volume to your desired level.

NOTE:

The Soundbar may not be able to decode all digital audio formats from the input source. In this case, the Soundbar will mute. This is NOT a defect. Ensure that the audio setting of the input source (e.g., TV, game console, DVD player, etc.) is set to PCM (refer to the user manual of the input source device for its audio setting details) with HDMI / OPTICAL / COAXIAL input.

Pairing the Soundbar with a Bluetooth® device to listen to music.

First time pairing

1. Press the ☉ (SOURCE) button repeatedly on the Soundbar or press the button on the remote control to select Bluetooth® mode. The Blue indicator will flash slowly.
2. Activate your Bluetooth® device and select the search mode. "TH-E321B" will appear on your Bluetooth® device list.
3. Select "TH-E321B" and enter "0000" for the password if necessary. The Soundbar will voice "Paired" and the Blue indicator will light up solidly.

Pairing a new device

1. In Bluetooth® mode, press and hold the ▶ button to clear all pairing. The Soundbar will enter pairing mode. The Soundbar will voice "Pairing" and the Blue indicator will flash rapidly.
2. Follow steps 2-3 in "First time pairing" above to pair a new Bluetooth® device.

Listen to music from a Bluetooth® device

If your Bluetooth® device supports A2DP, play music via your device.

If your Bluetooth® device supports AVRCP, use the supplied remote control to control playback.

• To increase or decrease the volume, press the +/- (VOLUME) button.
• To pause or resume playback, press the ▶ button. • To skip to a track, press the ↖ button.

To disconnect the Bluetooth® function, you can:

• Switch to another source on the Soundbar;
• Disable the function from your Bluetooth® device.

NOTE:

The operational range between the Soundbar and the device is approximately 8 metres.

Before connecting a Bluetooth® device to the Soundbar, ensure you know the device's capabilities.

Compatibility with all Bluetooth® devices is not guaranteed.

Any obstacle between the device and the Soundbar can reduce operational range.

Keep this player away from other electronic devices that may cause interference.

The player will also be disconnected when your device is moved beyond the operational range.

USB OPERATION

By connecting a USB mass storage device (e.g. USB flash drive) to this unit, you can enjoy the device's stored music through the Soundbar.

1. Press the (SOURCE) button on the Soundbar or press the USB button on the remote control to select USB mode.
2. Press button ▶ to pause/resume playback.
3. To skip to a track, press the ↖ button.

NOTE:

The player supports the USB music file format of MP3 only.

The Soundbar can support USB devices with up to 32 GB of memory.

The Soundbar may not be compatible with all USB devices; this is not an indication of a problem with the unit.

To keep the warranty valid, never try to repair the system yourself. If you encounter problems when using this unit, check the following points before requesting service.
