Warning: The safety steps and instructions in this user's manual do not include all the possible conditions and situations which may arise. To protect against a risk of fire or electric shock, basic precautions shall be taken while using electrical appliances, including the following:

  1. Make sure that the voltage in your power socket corresponds to the voltage on the product's label and that the power socket is properly earthed. The power socket must be installed according to valid safety regulations.
  2. Do not use the mixer if the power cord is damaged. Have all repairs including power cord replacement done in an authorised service! Do not remove protective covers from the product as there exists a danger of injury by electric shock!
  3. To avoid potential injury by electric shock, protect the product from direct contact with water and other liquids.
  4. Do not use the mixer outdoors or in a wet environment. Do not touch the power cord or the product with wet hands. There is a danger of injury by electric shock.
  5. Pay extra attention if using the mixer near children.
  6. The mixer should not be left in operation unsupervised.
  7. Use only for processing of foods. The maximum permissible temperature of the processed food is 80^ C. Do not use for foods that are boiling!
  8. Before turning the product on prepare the container in place, place the beating arms on the mixer and only after that insert the plug into the power socket.
  9. Do not touch any moving parts of the product while it is in operation.
  10. We recommend that you do not leave the mixer with the power cord inserted in the power socket without supervision. Before carrying out maintenance pull the power cord out of the power socket. Do not pull the plug out of the power socket by pulling on the cord. Pull the cord out of the power socket by holding the power plug.
  11. Do not use the mixer near a heat source, e.g. oven. Protect it from direct sun rays.
  12. The power cord must not touch any hot parts or go over sharp edges.
  13. Do not use accessories that are not recommended by the manufacturer, otherwise you risk voiding your warranty.
  14. Use the mixer only in accordance with the instructions included in this user's manual. This mixer with bowl is designed for home use only. The manufacturer takes no responsibility for damages caused by the incorrect use of this product.
  15. This product is not designed to be used by persons (including children), who are due to their physical, sense or mental inability or insufficient experience or knowledge prevented from safely using the product, if they are not under supervision or if they were not instructed about the use of this product by a person responsible for their safety. Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the product.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

The mixer with bowl is appropriate for mixing / beating / whipping of dough, sauces, butter, potatoes, etc.

Before first use, thoroughly wash the container, the mixer and the beating arms.

  1. Place the bowl in its place and press on the shoulder to secure it in position.
  2. Into the mixer openings insert the whisks or kneading hooks.
    NOTE: Place them in such a way that the hook with the wheel is on the right side.
  3. Place the mixer into the holder.
  4. If you want to take the mixer out of the holder, press the shoulder button.
  5. After using the product, first disconnect it from the power source. By pressing the accessory release button, release the whisks or kneading hooks.
  6. If you wish to lift the shoulder, you must press the stand button.
  7. If you need a higher speed, press turbo or turn on pulse operation.
1 TURNINGThe speed is appropriate for initial mixing / mixing of larger food portions, such as butter, fl our or potatoes.
2 MIXINGThe speed is appropriate for initial mixing of liquid foods. For example salad sauces or other sauces.
3 KNEADING For mixing of dough for cakes and batter.
4 MIXING Speed appropriate for whipping of butter, dessert sauces and sauces.
5 WHIPPINGSpeed appropriate for whipping of egg whites or eggs, mashing potatoes and whipped cream.

Note: Maximum time of continuous operation of the product (KB) is 5 minutes, before further use allow product to rest for 3 minutes. If this is not done it will overheat and become damaged.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Before any maintenance disconnect the product from the electric grid! Clean the product always on a product that has fully cooled down!

Clean the removable hooks and whisks under running water. Wipe the body of the product with a wet cloth. Never clean it under running water, do not rinse or submerge in water!

Clean the container in warm soapy water or in a dishwasher. Do not use a wire pot scourer, abrasive agents or solvents. Before putting the mixer away, always check that it has cooled down, it is clean an dry.
