How do I empty the dust cup?

Press the release button at the bottom of the dust cup and pull it away from the main body. Empty the contents into a trash bin. Do not rinse the dust cup with water unless indicated. For detailed steps, check the maintenance section of your manual.

How often should I clean the HEPA filter?

Clean the HEPA filter at least once a month. Under heavy use, clean more frequently. Tap off loose dust or rinse with cold water and let it dry completely for 24 hours before reinserting. Do not use the vacuum without a filter.

Why is my SVC31 losing suction?

Common causes: a full dust cup, a clogged filter or hose, or a blocked brush roll. Check and empty the dust cup, clean the filter, and inspect the hose and brush for obstructions. If the problem persists, contact support.

How long does the battery last?

On standard mode, the battery lasts up to 30 minutes. On max mode, it lasts about 12-15 minutes. Charging time is approximately 4-5 hours. Battery performance degrades over time.

Can I use the vacuum on carpets?

The SVC31 is designed for hard floors. On low-pile carpets, you can use the brush tool, but it may not be as effective. Avoid using on high-pile carpets to prevent damage.

How do I clean the brush roll?

Turn off and unplug the vacuum. Remove the brush roll by pressing the release button on the side. Cut away any hair or debris with scissors, then wipe with a damp cloth. Reinstall firmly.

What does the flashing red light mean?

A flashing red light usually indicates a battery error or a blockage. Try resetting the battery by removing it for 30 seconds. If the light persists, check for blockages in the suction path or contact customer service.

Can I wash the foam pre-filter?

Yes, the foam pre-filter is washable. Rinse it under lukewarm water until clean. Squeeze out excess water and let it air dry thoroughly before reusing. Do not twist or wring.

Is the battery replaceable?

Yes, the battery is removable and replaceable. You can order a spare battery from PRIME3 or authorized retailers. To replace, slide out the old battery and insert a new one until it clicks.

What accessories work with the SVC31?

Bagless Cyclonic Vacuum Cleaner

Before using this device read the instruction manual and follow the instructions inside. The manufacturer is not liable for any damages caused by the misuse of this device due to inappropriate handling. Please keep this manual for future reference.

- This device is for domestic use only. Do not use for any other purposes.

- The device should only be connected to an socket with values corresponding to the values on the rating label.

- It is necessary to check, if total current consumption of all devices plugged into the wall outlet does not exceed the fuse in the circuit.

- If you are using an extension cord, make sure that the total power consumption of the equipment plugged into the extension cord does not exceed the extension cord power rating. Extension cords should be arranged in such a way as to avoid tripping hazards.

- Do not let cord hang over edge of counter, or touch any hot surface.

- The device is not designed to be controlled via an external timer, separate remote control, or other equipment that can turn the device on automatically.

- Before maintenance work always disconnect the unit from the power supply.

- When unplugging the power cord from electrical outlet, hold it by the plug only and remove the plug carefully. Never pull the cable as it may cause damage to the plug or power cord. Damage to the power cord or plug can lead to an electrocution hazard.

- Never leave the product connected to the power source without supervision.

- Never put the power cable, the plug or the whole device into the water or any other liquids.

PREPARATION OF THE VACUUM CLEANER FOR WORK

Make sure that the dust container of the vacuum cleaner is empty and the motor inlet filter is properly installed. Insert the hose connector into the vacuum cleaner inlet and lock it. Connect the hose handle with the telescopic tube or the nozzle. b Put the appropriate nozzle on the telescopic tube. Grabbing the plug unwind the power cord. The yellow band on the cord signals the end of the cord.

Connect the power plug to the wall socket. Turn on the vacuum cleaner with the switch button (6b).

WHEN THE VACUUM CLEANING IS DONE

Unplug the power cord from the wall socket. It is recommended that the cord be rewound by pressing the cord reel button (6a). Make sure that the cable is loose, it is not blocked by anything and gently hold the cord to prevent it from tangling and to avoid the strong impact of the plug on the housing.

Disconnect the nozzle, tube and hose. Clean these parts.

The vacuum cleaner may be stored in a vertical or horizontal position.

Be careful not to bend the hose excessively, this may result in its deformation or damage.

EMPTYING THE DUST CONTAINER

To remove the container, press the release button of the container (9b), while pulling the container upwards and holding the handle of the container (9a).

In order to empty the container quickly, pull back bottom cover leaver (9e) and open the bottom cover of the container. Empty the container.

To clean the container and the internal filter:

1. Turn the upper cover in left direction (anti-clockwise) and take it off.
2. Turn the internal filter in left direction (anti-clockwise) and take it out.
3. Remove the internal filter.
   To assemble the container follow above steps in reversed order.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Regularly clean the nozzles, the tube and the hose.

The body may be wiped with a slightly damp cloth, then it should be immediately wiped dry.

Whenever emptying the dust container, remove dirt from the inlet filter. It is recommended that the filter be thoroughly washed under running water at regular intervals. After washing the filter, install it only if it is completely dry.

It is recommended that the exhaust filter be replaced every 6-12 months depending on the intensity of the use of the vacuum cleaner. To do this, open the exhaust filter cover and remove the old filter. Then insert a new filter in place and close the cover of the exhaust filter by engaging the lower fastening items and blocking the upper hook. The inlet filter must be replaced twice as often as the exhaust filter.
