1.1. Power Supply
Make sure the main voltage is compatible with the appliance's. If this is not the case, please consult the Customer Support Service.
1.2. Power Cord and Other Cables
Do not tangle the cord or pull it to disconnect the appliance. Also, keep the cord away from warm surfaces.
Never use the appliance if it has a damaged cable or socket.
Take it to the Customer Support Service for replacement.
1.3. Humidity and Water
Do not use your appliance in humid places. Do not allow the appliance to become wet under any circumstances as this may be dangerous. To avoid fire hazard or electric shock do not expose your appliance to humidity or water. Furthermore, do not place your appliance under water (e.g. for cleaning).
1.4. Cleaning
Before cleaning, be sure to switch off the appliance and remove the plug from the main

power supply. Always allow the unit to cool down before cleaning.
To clean the exterior of the product, use a dry soft cloth only.

- Do not leave the stand mixer unattended while it is in use.
- Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter or on a hot surface.
- To protect against the risk of electrical shock, do not place the stand mixer or the power cord in water or any other liquid. This may cause personal injury or damage the product.
- Avoid contact with moving parts. Keep hands, clothing, spatulas and other utensils away from the beaters during use to reduce the risk of injury to people, and/or damage to the stand mixer.
- The stand mixer cannot be used for mixing hard or dry substances, as this might blunt the blade.
- Be sure to return the speed selector to the 0 position after each use. Before disassembly, ensure the motor has stopped and remove the power supply cord plug from the outlet.
- Do not place the stand mixer on or near a hot gas flame or a heated oven.
- Never pull out the flat beater/dough hook/whisk when the stand mixer is in operation.

2. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
2.1. Product Description

2.2. Product usage
Before using your stand mixer
Before assembling the stand mixer, make sure the power cord is unplugged from the power outlet and the speed selector is on the OFF position.
- By pressing the tilt button, the head of the stand mixer will automatically release and lock into the tilt position.
- Select the desired attachments, depending on the intended tasks: the flat bealer for mixing and beating eggs and butter, the dough hook for kneading, the whisk for beating and frothing egg whites/milk/liquid food.
- Insert the flat beater/dough hook/whisk, pressing until it locks into position.
Note: Ensure the flat beater, dough hook or whisk are fully inserted into the socket, as this may affect your mixing results. - Place the mixing bowl in position. Start by placing the bowl on the base, then turn it clockwise until it locks into the right position (see fig. 2).

- Lower the head to place the flat beater/dough hook/whisk into the bowl by holding the head with one hand and easing the head down. A clicking sound will be heard when the head has reached the correct position.
- Make sure the bowl cover is in place (see fig. 3).

Using your stand mixer for mixing
- Ensure that the speed selector is on the OFF position, and the plug is connected to the power source.
- Turn the speed selector to your desired setting. Warning: Do not stick knives, metal spoons, forks and other such objects into the bowl when the stand mixer is in operation.

The maximum continuous operation time must not exceed 5 minutes and a minimum rest time of 10 is required between 2 consecutive cycles.

- When mixing is completed, turn the speed selector to the OFF position, and unplug the cord from the power outlet.
- Press the tilt button. The head of the stand mixer will automatically lift and lock into the tilt position.
Caution: Before pressing the tilt button (namely before lifting the head of the stand mixer), make sure the flat beater/whisk/dough hook are correctly in place on both sides of the head of the stand mixer, otherwise they will get caught in the mixing bowl when lifting the head of the stand mixer. If the flat beater/whisk/dough hook is resting on the front of the head of the stand mixer, turn on the speed selector again, let the stand mixer rotate for a few seconds, then turn off the speed selector to stop the flat beater/whisk/dough hook on both sides.
- If necessary, can scrape the excess food from the flat beater or dough hook using a plastic spatula.
- Apply a small amount of force to pull out the flat beater/dough hook/whisk by grabbing onto the washer on the flat beater/dough hook/whisk.
Caution: The speed selector must be set to the OFF position and the stand mixer must be disconnected from the power outlet before pulling out the flat beater/ dough hook/whisk.
After using the stand mixer, please allow 40 to 45 minutes before using it again.
COOKING TIPS
- Refrigerated ingredients, such as butter and eggs should be at room temperature before mixing. These ingredients should be taken out of refrigeration ahead of time.
- Break eggs into a separate container before adding them to the mixture, to prevent pieces of shell or rotten eggs from being added to the mixture.
- Do not over-beat the mixture. Be careful to only mix/blend mixtures as recommended in your recipe. Fold mixtures into dry ingredients only until just combined. Always use the lowest speed setting.
- Environmental conditions, seasonal temperature changes, the temperature of ingredients and their texture vary from area to area and all play a part in the required mixing time and the results achieved.
- Always start mixing at a lower speed, and gradually increase to the recommended speed as stated in the recipe.
2.3. Maintenance
- Unplug the stand mixer and wait for it to completely cool down before cleaning.
Caution: The stand mixer cannot be immersed in water or any other liquid.

- Wipe the outside surface of the head and base with a damp cloth and polish with a soft dry cloth.
- Wipe any excess food particles from the power cord.
- Immerse the mixing bowl, flat beater, spatula, dough hook and whisk in warm soapy water before rinsing them under running water, and then wipe them dry.
