Make sure the main voltage is compatible with the appliance's. If this is not the case, please consult the Customer Support Service.

1.2. Power Cord and Other Cables
Do not tangle the cord or pull it to disconnect the appliance. Also, keep the cord away from warm surfaces.
Never use the appliance if it has a damaged cable or socket.
Take it to the Customer Support Service for replacement.
1.3. Humidity and Water
Do not use your appliance in humid places. Do not allow the appliance to become wet under any circumstances as this may be dangerous. To avoid fire hazard or electric shock do not expose your appliance to humidity or water. Furthermore, do not place your appliance under water (e.g. for cleaning).
1.4. Cleaning
Before cleaning, be sure to switch off the appliance and remove the plug from the main power supply. Always allow the unit to cool down before cleaning.
To clean the exterior of the product, use a dry soft cloth only.

- Do not continuously operate the mixer for too long, since its motor may overheat. The continuous operating time must be less than 5 minutes.
- Do not use the appliance to mix hard or sticky ingredients.
- Using accessories that are not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or injuries.
- Do not allow the cord contact to contact hot surfaces, including the stove.
- Do not let cord hang over the edge of a table or a counter.

2.2. Product usage
MIXING GUIDE:

SPEED DESCRIPTION
- WHIP For cooked icings, whipped cream, etc.
2 - 3. CREAM For creaming butter and sugar; For beating uncooked candy, desserts, etc. - BLEND Best speed to start blending liquid ingredients and for mixing salad dressings.
- FOLD or MIX This is a good starting speed for bulk and dry foods such as flour (Maximum quantity 750g, proportion: 350g flour per 400g water), butter and potatoes, and for mixing cakes, cookies and quick breads, and for beating eggs.
Note: the proportion and quantity of each food need to be adjusted to avoid making the mixture too thick or too sticky.

USING YOUR HAND MIXER
- Fit the Forks (5) to the Beater Holes.
- Plug in the appliance.
- Hold the mixer handle. Lower the Forks or Muddlers into ingredients.
- Switch on (3) and select the desired speed. The mixer begins to mix the ingredients in the bowl.
- When you have finished mixing, stop the mixer by immediately pushing the speed button to "0".

- Wait until the Forks or Muddlers have stopped revolving; press the Ejector Knob (2) to remove the Forks or Muddlers. "Switch off the appliance before changing accessories or approaching moveable parts while in use."
- Unplug the appliance when you have finished mixing. Clean the Forks and the Muddlers with water and then dry them to store them in the box together with the main body.
2.3. Maintenance
CLEANING
- Do not put the main body in water. Clean it only with a dry cloth.
- Wash the Forks and the Muddlers with water after using them.
- Dry them with a cloth and store them in the box.
