Read carefully this manual before using the appliance.

This appliance must never be used near water!

Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquids!

- Close supervision is necessary when using the appliance near children.

Do not use the appliance in case of its damage, in such case the appliance should be handed over to an authorized service shop for repair.

To avoid the risk of damage or injury, always use the attachments recommended by the manufacturer.

Make sure the device is protected from moisture. Use it on dry materials only.
Structural and very delicate materials, such as mo hair, may be damaged during the use of trimmer. Therefore, before the normal use of trimmer it is advisable first to check the effect on a less visible part of the garment, e.g. on the inner side.
Do not use the trimmer on the clothes you are wearing, always take them off. This may cause injury or damage to the trimmer.
Do not use the trimmer on buttons, zips, patches, labels, abrasions, seams, imprints, stickers, etc.

Note! Do not use the trimmer for shaving hair or beard - risk of injury.

Do not expose to direct sunlight. The appliance shall be stored in a cool, dry place, at a temperature 0-40°C. After use, put it in a dry place.

In order to ensure your children's safety, please keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene etc.) out of their reach.

●The trimmer is designed for cutting hair and knots on clothing. Smoothes the fabric and removes lint.

● Suitable for all kinds of fabric.
● The clothes must be spread evenly on a flat horizontal surface.
- Do not press down the trimmer on the clothes when removing the knots - slide it gently over the fabric!

BEFORE FIRST USE

1. Unpack the lint shaver from the cardboard box. Remove all plastic bags and filling materials.
2. Remove the battery compartment cover ⑥ and install two 1.5V LR6 (AA) batteries. Follow the proper polarity marks. Close the battery compartment cover ⑥.

CAUTION! The batteries are not included with MMU-04.

1. Make sure that the lint shaver is properly assembled and the lint bin ① is empty.

USING THE TRIMMER

1. Remove the head protective cover ③.
2. Start the appliance using the switch ⑦. After switching on, the blades of the trimming head start to operate. When the head touches the surface, the sound of the trimmer changes. This is not unusual.
3. Operate the lint shaver by sweeping the cutting head screen in contact with the fabric. Do not press the lint shaver against the fabric. The lint shaver's cutting head will cut off the lint and force it into the lint bin ①. If you need to shave lint from gentle textiles, use the protective cover ③ with the cutting head ②. However, it will reduce the cutting surface of the cutting head ②.
4. The chamber ① must be regularly emptied. If the engine slows down or stops completely, this could mean that the chamber for trimming residues is full or replace the batteries.
5. After you have finished using the appliance, turn it off using the switch ⑦ and place the head protective cover ③.

NOTE! The trimming blades are very sharp. To avoid injury, use caution when removing the head and blades.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

The trimmer does not require any special maintenance. Simply follow the instructions for use below:

● To ensure proper operation, the appliance should be kept clean.
- From time to time - depending on the degree of cleanliness of the blade ② - it is advisable to clean it with the brush ⑨. To do this, first unscrew the blade cover - trimming head ②, then clean the blade ② thoroughly. When finished, carefully screw the blade cover ② back in place.
●Use cloth for cleaning the external surfaces of the appliance. Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquids!
●Empty the lint bin ① contents into a trash bin. Remove the lint bin by grasping its both sides and pulling away until the locks let go. To reinstall the lint bin, slide it into the handle towards the cutting head.

• If the device is not going to be used for a prolonged period, please remove the batteries from the device in order to prevent the leaking of battery acid.
  ●Different battery types or new and used batteries must not be used together.

WARNING! Do not dispose of batteries in the domestic waste. Please return used batteries to the relevant collection points or the shop where they were bought. Never throw batteries into a fire.
