REPLACING THE BATTERIES

1. Open the battery cover on the bottom of the device. Remove the used battery.
2. Insert a new battery paying attention to the proper polarity.

WEIGHT MEASUREMENT

Make sure the batteries are operational and inserted into the device. Place the scale on a flat, hard surface.

Step on the scale. It will start automatically and calibrate, then it will indicate the result of the measurement. Wait for the result to stabilize, it will pulse for some time, then the scale will turn off

automatically.

CHANGING THE UNITS

To change units from metric (kg) to imperial (lb) or vice versa, start the scale and find the units change button. Press the button to change units.

THE INSTALLATION OF THE MOBILE APP ON THE PHONE

Search for the BodyMonitor app in Google Play (for android phones) or AppStore (for iOS phones). Install the application.

THE FIRST STARTUP OF THE APP

Make sure that the Bluetooth function on your phone is active. Run the application.

The application will start the Configuration Wizard.

1. Select the unit of weight and height and press "next"

2. Create your user profile. Insert your name and gender, set your date of birth, select your height and target weight, and specify your level of activity. Confirm saving the profile by pressing the floppy-disk icon in the upper-right corner.

3. The application will search for compatible scales available in the area. Run the scales by pressing its platform. Select the scales from the list of devices. Confirm the selection. Assign a profile to a profile number in the scales (1 out of 12). Confirm.

WEIGHT MEASUREMENT WITH ANALYSIS WITH THE USE OF THE APP

Make sure that the Bluetooth function on your phone is active. Run the application.

Stand on the scales on bare feet, touching the metal surfaces on the scales platform.

The scales will start and calibrate and show the measurement result on the display. Wait a moment until the scales measure and analyse the resistance. The measurement result will be presented in the application.

ERROR MESSAGES

Err - The scale has been overloaded.

Lo - Low battery, replace the batteries.

ErrL - % of fat too low.

ErrH - % of fat to high.

If an error is displayed and the scale does not turn off automatically after a longer time, remove the batteries for more than 5 seconds.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Wipe the weighing platform with a damp cloth. Then wipe dry. Do not submerge in water or other liquids.
