Safety
- Incorrect handling of this product could result in personal injury.
- The product should always be disconnected from the mains when it is not in use, when it is to be assembled/disassembled and when it is to be cleaned.
- The product may be used by children of 8 years and above and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capability or lack of experience and knowledge provided they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the product in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
- Keep the product and its mains lead out of reach of children under the age of 8.
- Switch the product off and disconnect it from the mains before changing any accessories or handling any of the moving parts.
- Never let children play with the product.
- Ensure that the product is used with the correct voltage. Refer to the rating plate on the product.
- Never use the product for anything other than its intended use.
- Only use the supplied parts and/or accessories.
- The product should only be used and stored indoors.
- Never use the product close to heat sources.
- Always disconnect the product from the power supply by holding and pulling the plug. Do not pull the mains lead.

Never lay the mains lead over hot surfaces, sharp edges or corners.

To prevent electric shocks, the product and its mains lead should be kept dry.
- Make sure that all parts are correctly assembled and that the product is switched off before it is connected to the power supply.
- The mains lead should be checked regularly. Never use the product if the mains lead or plug is damaged. The mains lead must be changed if damaged. This is to prevent the risk of electric shock or fire and should only be carried out by the manufacturer, qualified service facility or qualified technician.

Use
Note: Clean whisks and dough hooks before the first use. They are dishwasher safe.
- Make sure the product is unplugged from the wall socket and the speed selector is on 0.
- Insert the whisks/dough hooks in the holes on the bottom. A click sound will be heard when they are properly inserted.
- Plug the mains lead into a wall socket.
- Lower the whisks into the mixture before switching the hand mixer on.
- Choose an appropriate speed (1–5) with the speed selector.
- Turbo mode can be activated at any speed setting for a temporary boost in speed.
- Set the speed selector to 0 once you have completed mixing.
Note: Never use the hand mixer for longer than 5 minutes at a time.
Removing the whisks/dough hooks
- Wait until the rotating parts have come to a complete standstill.
- Pull out the plug from the wall socket.
- Press the release button.
Care and maintenance
• Always unplug the product from the wall socket before cleaning.
- Wash the whisks and dough hooks thoroughly after use. Both are dishwasher safe.
- The motor unit must not be immersed in water – clean it by wiping with a damp cloth.
Responsible disposal
