Operation

• Do not massage more than 5 minutes on the same area or more than 30 minutes at a time.

• Attach one of the massage heads to the massager by pressing it onto the holder.

• Make sure the power switch is in the 0 position. Plug in the massager.
• Set the power switch to I or II.
• When finished, turn the power switch to the 0 position and unplug the massager.

Tip: Drink a few glasses of water before and after a massage since this assists in extracting waste from the body.

Care

Clean the massager every now and then with a slightly moistened cloth. Use a mild detergent and avoid solvents and strong, abrasive cleaning agents.
