Setting the time

When the alarm clock is plugged in, the time display will start flashing and AL is on, red dot will appear next the letters AL on the display.

Press the button TIME, 00:00 display will flash. Press the buttons HOUR and MIN to set the hour and minute.
Note: If you do not press any button within 3 seconds, the settings are adopted automatically.
Setting the alarm

Press the button AL-SET to set the alarm time, 00:00 display will flash.

Press the buttons HOUR and MIN to set the hour and minute of the alarm.

Alarm 'On'
Press AL-ON/OFF to activate the alarm. A red dot will appear next the letters AL on the display.
Alarm 'Off'
When in AL-ON mode, to deactivate the alarm, press AL-ON/OFF to turned it off. The red dot next to the letters AL will then disappear.
Snooze
Press the SNOOZE button will temporarily stop the buzzer, red dot on the display will flash, but it will not deactivate the alarm. The alarm will go off again after 9 minutes and this can be repeated a number of times.
Dimmer High/Low
Press Dimmer to set high or low of the LED display.
Back-up battery
If the mains power supply fail, the display will disappear but the 9 Volt back-up battery (not included) will maintain timekeeping. The display will reappear and timekeeping will again be powered by the mains when the mains power supply is restored.
The battery compartment is underneath the alarm clock. Place the 9 Volt battery (preferably alkaline) in the battery compartment and connect the contact to the battery.
