Getting Started

Identify all the parts packaged in the carton against the parts list. Remove all protective materials and place parts on a non-abrasive surface to avoid scratching. If any parts are missing or damaged, DO NOT attempt to assemble. Please contact our customer service center (Monday-Friday 9:00AM-4:00PM ET) at 1855 965 5310.

Caution (ADULT ASSEMBLY REQUIRED)

Read all the instructions before assembly. Failure to do so may result in faulty assembly and potential injury! Assemble product on a soft, non-abrasive surface such as a carpet or cardboard to avoid damaging the item.

Small parts like bolt caps and bolts, may pose a choking hazard to young children. Keep out of reach of small children.

ALL bolts should be fully tightened.

Do not place unit near stairways, wall heaters, fireplace, or any source of extreme heat.

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Insert the Bolts (J) through the tray and tape the heads to the inside of the tray. Turn the tray upside down and place a handle over the two bolts as shown. Then place a Leg (C) with the hole towards the end of the handle, over the bolts. Add a Washer (N), Lock-Washer (M) and Nut (L) then hand tighten. Repeat this procedure with the other handle and leg.

Step 2: Attach the Leg Brace (D) to the Leg (C) as shown using Bolts (I). Add Washers (N), Lock-Washers (M) and Nuts (L) then hand tighten.

Step 3: Turn the wheelbarrow over and attach the Tray Braces (E) to the Tray (A) with bolt (I). Add Washers (N), Lock-Washers (M) and Nuts (L) then hand tighten.

Step 4: Place Bolt (K) through the Tray Brace (E), handle and Axle Tube (F). Add Washers (N), Lock-Washers (M) and Nuts (L) then hand tighten.

Step 5: Place the Axle (G) through the Axle Tube (F) and the Wheel (H) use the other Bolt (K) to secure the remaining tray brace, handle and axle tube. Add Washers (N), Lock-Washers (M) and Nuts (L) then hand tighten.

Step 6: Using a flat head screwdriver and a 10mm wrench, tighten all nuts. Place the red Plastic Caps (O) over the ends of the bolts.

In order to make a claim under the warranty, please send us:

The faulty item with all component parts, the original receipt and the warranty card properly completed.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Any and all acts of nature.
• Wind and water damage.
- Unreasonable, unanticipated or abusive use.
- Improper treatment or modification.
- Lack of care or maintenance.
• Rust or oxidation caused by exposed metals.
- Disregard of the safety instructions.

After the expiration of the warranty period, you may wish to have your product repaired at your own expense. You will be notified of the repair costs in advance.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state but this warranty is not intended to exceed statutory minimum requirements beyond what is included above.

This warranty does not limit the statutory obligation of the seller arising from any implied warranties. The period of warranty can only be extended in accordance with applicable law.
