Please read these instructions carefully before using the appliance.
Important: People (including children) who are not able to use the appliance in a safe way, due to their physical, sensorial or mental capacity or their lack of experience or knowledge, must never use the appliance except if they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety or if they previously received instructions concerning the safe use of the appliance.
Close supervision is necessary to prevent children from using the appliance as a toy.
☐ Check that your mains voltage corresponds to that stated on the appliance.
□ Never leave the appliance unsupervised when in use.
From time to time check the appliance for damages. Never use the appliance if cord or appliance shows any signs of damage. In that case, repairs should be made by a competent qualified electrician ^[1] . Should the cord be damaged, it must be replaced by a competent qualified service ^[2] .

□ Never move the appliance by pulling the cord. Make sure the cord cannot get caught in any way in order to avoid the appliance's fall.

This kind of appliance cannot function continuously; it is not a professional type of appliance. It is necessary to make temporary stops. Check the section « Important information » in the instruction manual.
It is absolutely necessary to keep this appliance clean at all times as it comes into direct contact with food. Check the section « Cleaning » in the instruction manual.
☐ Make sure the accessory is solidly and correctly tightened at the motor block before starting the appliance.
☐ Make sure your hands and/or any kind of utensil stay clear of the receptacle when the appliance is in use in order to avoid serious injuries. Never touch the accessories when the appliance is in use. Furthermore, never try to stop the movement of the accessories in any way whatsoever. Use the function OFF of the switch or unplug the appliance.
☐ When mixing warm liquids, be particularly careful as a projection of warm liquid could cause serious burns.
☐ The appliance is designed for the preparation of small quantities of food that have to be consumed rather quickly. It is not designed for the preparation of large quantities at once.
☐ Attention: never assemble several accessories simultaneously.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This appliance is not intended for professional use. You should follow the requested breaks. Failure to follow this instruction carefully may result in damage to the motor. Please refer to the rating label for the maximum continuous usage time (KB xx min where xx is the allowed maximum usage time). The breaks should last at least 10 minutes.
USE OF THE BEATERS AND DOUGH HOOKS
With these accessories you can beat, knead and mix. It is recommended to make circular movements or movements in the form of an 8.
- Make sure the speed switch is in off-position "0" and the appliance is unplugged from the power supply.
- Insert the accessories in the openings at the bottom of the appliance and if necessary turn them lightly until you hear a light click.
- Check if they are locked properly by pulling them gently.
- The beaters can be mounted equally in both openings, but for the dough hooks you have to respect the sense indicated on page 4 (the hook fitted with a disk has to be placed in the larger of the two openings of the appliance).
- Press the eject button to remove the accessories.
SPEED SETTINGS
Speeds: 0 OFF
1-2 Dry ingredients: butter, potatoes, and flour
2-3 Liquids, sauces, spices
3-4 Dough: cake, biscuits
4-5 Egg white, whipped cream
Your appliance is fitted with a turbo function which allows you to increase the speed of your appliance, whatever the speed (1 to 5). You only have to press the turbo switch and to maintain it. The turbo switches off when you release the button.
CLEANING
• Always unplug the appliance from the power supply before cleaning it.
- Remove the accessories before washing them in soapy water.
- Wipe the outside only with a slightly moistened cloth, ensuring that no moisture enters the cooling slots.
- Do not clean with any abrasive scouring pad or steel wool, as this will damage the finish.
• Do not immerse the motor block in water or any other liquid.
