How to use the turbo button?

Press and hold the turbo button to instantly increase speed, regardless of the selector position (1 to 5). Release to stop turbo.

Which speed to choose for beating egg whites?

Use speeds 4-5 for egg whites, whipped cream or Chantilly. Speeds 1-2 are for dense foods (butter, potatoes), 2-3 for liquids and sauces, 3-4 for pie dough or cakes.

How to insert and remove the whisks or dough hooks?

Make sure the appliance is unplugged and the selector is at 0. Insert the accessories into the openings under the appliance until they click. For the dough hooks, respect the direction (the one with washer in the larger opening). To remove, press the ejection button.

Can I use this appliance for hot liquids?

Yes, but with caution to avoid splashes. Use a moderate speed and a tall container. Beware of burns.

How to clean the mixer?

Unplug the appliance. Wash the accessories with soapy water (not in dishwasher). Wipe the motor unit with a slightly damp soft cloth without letting moisture enter the vents. Never immerse the motor unit.

Please read these instructions carefully before using the appliance.

USE OF THE BEATERS AND DOUGH HOOKS

With these accessories you can beat, knead and mix. It is recommended to make circular movements or movements in the form of an 8.

• Make sure the speed switch is in off-position "0" and the appliance is unplugged from the power supply.
• Insert the accessories in the openings at the bottom of the appliance and if necessary turn them lightly until you hear a light click.
• Check if they are locked properly by pulling them gently.
• The beaters can be mounted equally in both openings, but for the dough hooks you have to respect the sense indicated on page 4 (the hook fitted with a disk has to be placed in the larger of the two openings of the appliance).
• Press the eject button to remove the accessories.

Your appliance is fitted with a turbo function which allows you to increase the speed of your appliance, whatever the speed (1 to 5). You only have to press the turbo switch and to maintain it. The turbo switches off when you release the button.

CLEANING

• Always unplug the appliance from the power supply before cleaning it.
- Remove the accessories before washing them in soapy water.
- Wipe the outside only with a slightly moistened cloth, ensuring that no moisture enters the cooling slots.
- Do not clean with any abrasive scouring pad or steel wool, as this will damage the finish.
• Do not immerse the motor block in water or any other liquid.
