How to descale my Venga VG JK 4 kettle?

To descale your kettle, use diluted white vinegar (1/3 vinegar to 2/3 water). Bring to a boil, let it sit for 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary. Do not use abrasive products.

Why does my kettle turn off before the water boils?
