WARNING!
- The safety instructions in this instruction manual do not cover all possible situations that can occur when the compressor is in operation. Always use common sense and pay attention to all warnings and safety information in the instruction manual.
- Make sure that you have read and understood all instructions. Failure to follow the following instructions could lead to an electric shock, fire and/or serious personal injury.
- Make sure that the work area is clean and properly lit. Cluttered surfaces and areas with poor lighting will increase the risk of personal injury or damage to property.
- This compressor is designed to fill car tyres, bicycle tyres, ATV tyres, sport equipment, air mattresses, beach toys and other inflatable objects with air. Do not use the air compressor for any other purpose as this may result in personal injury.
- This compressor should only be connected to 12 VDC. Do not attempt to connect the air compressor to any other power source or voltage. Do not change the cables or reconfigure the tyre inflator as this may result on personal injury.
- Do not operate the compressor in explosive environments, e.g. in the vicinity of flammable liquids or gases or dust. Power tools emit sparks, which can ignite the dust or vapours.
- Keep bystanders, children and visitors at a distance while operating the compressor.
- The compressor is not a toy. Keep children away from it.
- Use caution! After 10 minutes of continuous use, allow the compressor to cool for 10 minutes.
- Turn the power off when the compressor is not being used.
- Do not lift the compressor using the air hose or electrical cord as this may damage the product.
• Always keep an eye on the compressor while it is in operation. - Do not over inflate. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for the object being inflated.
- Do not use the compressor in moist or wet areas.
- Only use accessories that accompany the compressor.
- Wear safety goggles. Also wear a face or dust mask if the compressor is used in a moist environment.
• Always use hearing protection.

FILLING WITH AIR
Note!
- A fully charged 12 V car battery is recommended for the compressor to achieve maximum performance. If the car battery is weak, the compressor will not achieve maximum effect.
- For the best results and a more efficient power supply, the compressor should be used with the car engine running. Please make sure this is done outdoors or in an open and well ventilated area, not in a confined space such as a garage as this can lead to life-threatening personal injuries and risk of suffocation. Always make sure there is good ventilation.
- Do not over inflate.
Car and bicycle tyres
- Remove the direct drive compressor from its carry case.
- Connect the PVC air hose to the compressor by moving the sleeve of the quick connector backwards and inserting it into the valve located at the end or the rubber air hose Push the sleeve in and move the quick coupling back until a click sound is heard; this means that the PVC air hose is correctly attached.
- Connect the clamps of the 12 V power cable to the car battery by first attaching the red positive (+) clamp to the battery's plus terminal. Then attach the black negative (-) clamp to the battery's negative terminal.
- Connect the screw valve connector to the tyre valve by turning clockwise until the attachment is securely in place.
- Put the switch in the "On" position to start the compressor. Fill with the desired amount of air by checking the meter's PSI value. Place the switch in the "OFF" position when the desired air pressure is achieved.
- Remove the air hose from the tyre valve by turning the screw valve connector anti-clockwise.
- Remove the 12 V power cable clamps from the battery terminals.
- Remove the PNC air hose from the compressor by moving the quick connector sleeve backwards and by removing it from the valve on the end of the rubber air hose.
- Put the compressor back in the carry case. Store the compressor connectors in the carry case.
Balls, air mattresses, rubber boats etc.
- Remove the direct drive compressor from its carry case.

- Connect the clamps of the 12 V power cable to the car battery by first attaching the red positive (+) clamp to the battery's plus terminal. Then attach the black negative (-) clamp to the battery's negative terminal.
- Select an appropriate air filling accessory and screw it onto the end of the screw valve.
- Insert the air filling accessory into the object being filled with air.
- Put the switch in the "On" position to start the compressor. Fill with air until the desired pressure has been achieved and then place the switch in the "Off" position.
