What is the native resolution of the Optoma EW400 projector?
The native resolution is WXGA (1280 x 800), ideal for presentations and HD content.
How to connect an HDMI device to the projector?
Use a standard HDMI cable and plug it into the HDMI 1.4a port located on the back of the projector.
What is the minimum projection distance?
With the 1.2x zoom and standard lens, the minimum distance is approximately 1.5 m for a 60-inch image.
How to replace the projector lamp?
Turn off the projector, unplug it, wait for it to cool down, then open the lamp compartment by unscrewing the screws. Replace the old lamp with a new one (ref. SP.90E01GC01).
Does the projector support 3D?
Yes, the projector supports DLP-Link 3D via HDMI, requires compatible active shutter glasses.
How to clean the air filter?
Remove the filter located on the side of the projector and clean it with a vacuum cleaner or with soapy water. Put it back after drying.
What is the maximum power consumption?
The maximum power consumption is 350 W in normal mode, and 280 W in economic mode.
Can I use the projector without a screen?
Yes, you can project onto a white wall or a light-colored surface, but a projection screen will improve image quality.
