How do I connect my Optoma W318STe to a computer?

Use a VGA or HDMI cable to connect your computer's output to the corresponding input on the projector. Select the appropriate source via the Source menu.

How do I adjust the focus of the image?

Turn the focus ring around the lens until the image is sharp. For finer adjustments, use the Image menu.

How do I clean the air filter?

Turn off and unplug the projector. Remove the air filter, clean it with a vacuum or soft cloth, then reinsert it. It is recommended to do this every 500 hours of use.

How do I replace the lamp?

Turn off the projector and unplug it. Allow to cool for 45 minutes. Open the lamp compartment, unscrew the fixing screws, replace the lamp with a new one (model BL-FP240A), and reconnect the projector.

How do I correct keystone distortion?

Use the Keystone Correction function in the Installation menu. Adjust the vertical and horizontal sliders to straighten the image.

Can I install this projector on the ceiling?

Yes, it is compatible with ceiling mounting. Use a suitable mounting kit and follow the instructions in the manual for safe installation.

What is the minimum projection distance?

With its short throw lens, the projection ratio is 0.52:1. For a 100-inch image, place the projector approximately 1.15 meters from the screen.

How do I activate 3D projection?

Set the projector to 3D mode via the Display menu. Use DLP-Link compatible 3D glasses and a source player with 3D output.

How do I reset to factory settings?

Go to the Settings menu, select Restore Factory Defaults and confirm. The projector will restart with original settings.

What is the warranty for the Optoma W318STe?
