The battery is low and needs to be recharged. Please charge the headset using the included USB cable or a travel charger.
What should I do if the red light does not turn on when charging?
Ensure the charger is properly connected to the headset. If the battery has been deeply discharged, charge for at least 30 minutes until the red light appears.
What is the effective range between the headset and my phone?
The maximum effective range is 10 meters (33 feet) under ideal conditions. Obstacles like walls may reduce the range.

Make sure the headset is in pairing mode (red and blue LEDs flashing). Check that both devices are within 1 meter of each other and that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
Why is there no sound from the headset?
Verify the headset is powered on, the volume is not muted or too low, and it is correctly connected to your device. Also check that the distance is within range.

Make sure your phone has a strong signal and that the headset is within the 10-meter range. Avoid sources of interference such as other electronic devices.
Why can’t I control music playback (pause, skip) from the headset?

How do I reset the headset to factory defaults?
With the headset off, press and hold the MFB and Volume + buttons simultaneously for about 3 seconds. Release when you hear two tones and see a red LED. All pairing information will be deleted.
