Frequently Asked Questions - TTE 2305 HOOVER

How to replace the dust bag?
Turn off and unplug the vacuum cleaner. Detach the hose, press the button to open the cover, remove the full bag by the collar and discard it. Insert a new bag (ref. H60) aligning the collar in the bag holder, then close the cover.
How to clean the HEPA filter?
Press the latch at the top of the filter frame to unlock it. Remove the filter, wash it by hand with warm water (no detergent), let it dry completely before reinstalling. Do this every 5 bag changes.
What to do if the bag full indicator is red?
First check if the bag is full: replace it if necessary. Otherwise, clean the filters and check for blockages in the tube or hose. The indicator may also indicate overheating: turn off the vacuum cleaner and wait 30 minutes for reset.
How to clear a blockage in the system?
If the red light persists after checking the bag, clean the filters. Then, inspect the telescopic tube and hose: use a rod or handle to remove the blockage. Never operate the vacuum cleaner without the bag or filters.
Can I vacuum liquids or hot ashes?
No. Never use the vacuum cleaner outdoors, on wet surfaces, or to vacuum liquids, hot ashes, matches, or sharp objects. This poses a risk of fire or explosion.
How to adjust the suction?
Slide the suction adjustment slider located on the vacuum cleaner (some models) to adjust the power according to floor type or carpet.
What accessories are available and how to use them?
The 3-in-1 accessory can be used as a crevice tool, upholstery brush, or corner tool. The 2-position brush adapts to hard floors (brushes down) or carpets (brushes raised). The mini turbo brushes are for pet hair and allergens, but do not use them on long-fringed rugs or carpets with pile over 15 mm.
How to store the vacuum cleaner?
For temporary parking, place the tube in the 'parking' position (hook on the back). For storage, use the 'storage' position (tube fixed along the body). Wind the cord by pressing the rewind button after use.
The vacuum cleaner stops during use, what to do?
This is likely due to overheating: the thermal circuit breaker has activated. Turn off the vacuum cleaner, unplug it, check that the bag is not full, filters are clean, and there is no blockage. Wait 30 minutes for automatic reset.
Where can I buy spare parts and consumables?
Hoover parts (bags, filters, nozzles) are available from Hoover retailers or directly from after-sales service. Have your model number TTE 2305 ready when ordering. References include: H60 bag (35600392), HEPA filter S81 (35600520), etc.
